    We at Downs Custom Woodworks have been doing business with VB Custom Homes LLC. since May of 2016. Always expects the best from their sub contractors and always paid me when I was done with the job to customers satisfaction. I would suggest them to any of my clients.

    Custom Home Building at it’s Best!!We decided to build our primary residence in Vero Beach after purchasing a lot. We interviewed 4 builders, 2 very high end and expensive, VB Custom Homes, and one that has done a lot of building in the area with large developments. After viewing their work and interviewing the builders personally, Avi Baron of VB Custom Homes was our choice (hands down!). He is very personable and easy to talk to. We toured numerous homes VB has built and were astounded at the craftsmanship and quality of materials Avi’s crews produce. Many things were included in our project that other builders charged extra for. You have the option of submitting your own architectural plans or choosing from the many designs VB has available. We chose one of his designs and put our own custom touches/changes to it. From start to finish our project was done beautifully, on time and with expertise. We could not be there the entire build and had to rely on Avi to do what we needed and he could not have been more reliable. I am astounded at the ability of his crews and what beautiful work they do. The office staff (Patty and Shirley), Avi’s son, Brandon, and the work crews were all top notch, doing timely work with the best quality. The build was done on time through the pandemic! We do not know how they pulled this off but they knew this was important to us due to our upcoming wedding (which sadly was postponed). Our house is absolutely beautiful. It exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend VB Custom Homes if you are purchasing a finished house they have built or beginning your own project. You will not be sorry. Important to note, the price was fair on everything as Avi is clear and upfront about all aspects. The work and materials used are just as high quality as the higher end builders and Avi can build any home with custom touches that you like. We highly recommend VB Custom Homes
