    Derek is fully knowledgeable as to how things SHOULD be done. He has a keen eye for detail, and his work is meticulous.     I was referred to Derek by a local Realtor who had nothing but great things to say about his work and professionalism. He more than lived up to the review!Derek renovated a bedroom in my condo that had been torn down to the studs. He added new drywall, finished and painted the walls, and installed new baseboards and LVP flooring. He also reinstalled the water heater in the room once the floors were in and even moved the furniture back into the room. Derek was professional, incredibly responsive, and finished all of the work right on schedule and the quality of his work was great. His professionalism and responsive were particularly important to me since I am not local to Vero Beach and was working with him remotely. He sent updates throughout the project and always kept me in the loop. I would recommend Derek to anyone looking for a high quality Handyman, but even more so to anyone having work done while they are out of the area and can’t risk hiring the wrong person.

    I recently had the pleasure of hiring Premium Handyman Solutions for several projects around my home. Derek came over to quote the work and after we decided on the projects, he made every effort to accommodate my timeline for scheduling the repairs. He was tasked with replacing light fixtures in the kitchen and laundry room, repairing the bathroom ceiling that had water damage including repainting the ceiling, replacing screens on my old windows, power washing the outside of the house and other repairs that I can’t remember. His workmanship is top-notch, he is professional, efficient, punctual, courteous and his prices are fair.I highly recommend Premium Handyman to anyone as he is my go-to for home repair services.

    Derek is the best handyman--carpenter, painter, fixer of all things! We highly recommend him with complete confidence. He is a skilled and talented expert, who quickly identifies the simplest, smartest solutions.Derek worked on a wide variety of projects for us. We had water damage to patterned paneling and baseboards in an old house that he ripped out, replaced, and repainted so meticulously that its as if it never happened! Derek also repaired ceiling damage from a total HVAC/duct replacement, constructed a new, beautifully trimmed attic entrance, fixed and centered a mis-plumbed, mis-aligned bathroom vanity, and painted everything to perfection.Topping off his exceptional craftsmanship, Derek is just a nice person! Hes easy to work with, always on time, his pricing is fair and transparent, and he cleans up completely. Finally, hes also trustworthy. We were reluctant to bring someone into our home whom we found online, but after knowing him, we felt so comfortable that we freely went in and out as he worked.

    I don’t know remember where I got Derek’s contact information from, but I am so happy that I did! He has helped me with quite a few projects in my older home such as baseboard installation, replacing rotted fascia and soffits, replacing doors, applying roof cement over the carport and so many small projects. Everything was done so well and looks wonderful. Derek is professional, neat, polite, honest, kind and funny. The most amazing thing is that he actually came the day he said he would and he was even early every time he came to work! That’s practically unheard of in this day and age. He truly cares about his image and his craft. Derek is my “forever” handyman; I recommend him to everyone!

    Derek did an amazing job removing some shelving, cabinetry and a Murphy bed from a second bedroom in our home. He was on time and did an outstanding job in a couple of hours.     Derrick and Richard did an awesome job installing our new wall unit(oven, microwave) and then removed the old unit and cleaned up the mess.They also installed a replacement ceiling lite and a toe plate on some new cabinets.My only regret is that I didn’t know about Derrick and his Handyman service earlier. I will definitely use him again!!

He consistently arrived on time ready to work and kept all commitments. His rates were reasonable and he explained up front how the work would be done and committed to an estimate which was not exceeded. He remained flexible throughout the work to any changes and welcomed my input on critical decisions and offerred suggestions where appropriate. There is no one better to handle any project or maintenance needs for the home! Derek arrives on time every time, rain or shine, and he performs the work in an efficient and professional manner. He gives you an estimate for the work and does not exceed it. He power washed all of our deck furniture and the large stepping stones to the pool area, as well as the hose reel and the large entrance and exit door mats. He made a custom plywood frame as a surround for the stepping stones to use during the power washing so that the plants and gravel walkway around them would not be disturbed. No one else would have taken the time and effort to do that to ensure perfect results. He also cleaned all of our gutters and downspouts by hand and finished by blowing them out to ensure even the smallest debris was removed. He finished on time and cleaned up everything perfectly. There is no one better!
