    Coming back from my trip I noticed my outside faucet was leaking. No one would answer or when someone would they said call back Monday. (Which I get it. It’s a weekend). When I called Mark he answered and was down at my house in less then an hour!!! Super nice and was willing to help out. I can’t say thank you enough!!! You will forever have my business Mark.

    I will tell you what I wish someone had told me a month ago. If/When you take my advice, pass the good karma along. - Give Make Your Mark Plumbing a call before you waste more time with inferior service providers.The three biggest reasons Im taking time out of my day to share how great this company are-Price- The cost was lower than others.Knowledge- Mark found answers to issues others couldntHonesty- Mark could have lied, made some extra money, and I would have never known. That isnt who Mark is. He was honest right from the beginning.Friendly- Mark was able to empathize with our situation and helped make a terrible day a little bit better.No one looks forward to the day their water heater kicks the bucket. However, the day that it happened to us was one of the worst days it could have happened. Ill spare you all the details, but imagine a day where everything bad seemed to happen all day. Regardless of what my wife and I were dealing with, we needed hot water, so I began searching the web and making calls. By the time I spoke with Mark with Make Your Mark Plumbing, I was absolutely over the entire process. Mark was a breath of fresh air. He was incredibly friendly, helpful, and bent over backward to help my family. He showed up at my front door within minutes of speaking. He was highly knowledgeable and went through an inspection, pointing out that the root issue could be resolved with a simple $20 fix. Due to other issues, we did have him replace the water heater, but I was blown away by his honesty, especially since none of the other plumbers either knew how to fix it or were honest about it even being an option. When Make Your Mark did show up to do the replacement, we found another huge issue when it came to fitting the water heater. Once again, Mark wasnt going to let Murphy and his annoying law win. They found a way around the issues and had our hot water working within an hour or two.Im not exaggerating when I say he single handled saved my wife and me from tremendous pain and heartache. So really, do yourself a favor and call Make Your Mark Plumbing.

    We had a problem with the water pressure regulator. My husband tried to fix it after doing alot of research and effort with soldering (and for other reasons with the original install) but after a few days we decided to just get a plumber. I found Mark had some good reviews on the Vernal Info FB page so I called. 2 hours after calling he came over and had it fixed just like that after all that stress! Reasonable rates too. Very happy!

    MAKE YOUR MARK PLUMBING AMAZING AND THANK YOU! We have had the worst week my husband and my mom had surgery all within a couple days of each other and one of them on Christmas Day brought my mom home from the hospital and our water heater exploded my home warranty couldnt even get someone here I called Mark and he came right up even though its Saturday AND a holiday! He didnt overcharge us he was friendly and knowledgeable I will continue to use his services and I highly highly recommend him!!

    These guys were great! They walked in and in 2 minutes they knew what to do and had the part in and fixed in under 2 hours! Ive been fighting this problem for a year with no help from other people. Mark knew what the problem was and got it done! Thank you Mark!

    On time, efficient, helpful, and professional. Initially called him to replace garbage disposal. He checked and saw it didnt need to be replaced, saving some $$$. Definitely recommend him.

    These guys are awesome! He was very responsive and got here quick! They came in and fixed some pipes in the crawl space and were out in 2 hours. Good quality work in great time. Not to mention they were courteous and respectful.

    We had a pipe burst between our house and the road. I called Mark and he ran over to see what was going on. He was able to help us find the leak, order the parts and fix it fast. We also called him when we needed to replace our sewer line. He is always responsive when I call and it is great service and workmanship. I recommend him to everyone I know.

    Mark and his son came on fairly short notice to install frost free hose bibs. They had 2 done very quickly and repaired the sheet rock in one spot. Job well done. We would use them again and recommend them.
