    I always suggest Green River Construction as one of the Home Inspection companies to call when they order an inspection for a home they are buying. I also use this company for my own homes that we have purchased.Steve and Taylor are thorough and very detailed. They give you a complete report with an understanding that many things are cosmetic and should be repaired in the future, but most importantly the bigger items that are in need of repair like Plumbing, Electric and Roof.Steve will answer my calls and questions. This is a Stellar company and very trustworthy.

    I highly recommend Green River Construction! We went through them for an inspection and I don’t think I’ll ever use anywhere else.     Green River Construction was incredible. We have a Dental office renovation project with an extremely short deadline and construction window. Green River pulled out all of the stops and made it happen. The office turned out beautiful. The team was terrific to work with and they were transparent during every step of the process. They worked great with our dental equipment supplier so they had all the connections placed and placed correctly. It was a pleasant and stress free experience.     We used Steve to inspect our new home. He was extremely thorough and did a much more detailed inspection than others we have had in the past. He offered great insight into some of the issues that showed up.We then hired him to build us a new closet in our new home. His team was friendly, professional, and got the job done in a good time frame. We are very pleased with the results and will choose Green River Construction for any future construction projects or home inspections. You wont be disappointed!

    Steve is awesome!! We have had him do multiple home inspections for us on properties we were looking at purchasing. The most recent one he did really saved us. As soon as we started walking through the home Steve immediately noticed what he thought was foundation issues. Upon inspection of the crawl space his assumptions were confirmed, there was major foundation problems as well as mold issues. We are very grateful to have a trustworthy home inspector in our area.     I am so happy we went with Green River Construction for our home inspection. Steve got us in quickly and he was incredibly thorough. It was worth every penny and I would absolutely use him again. Highly recommend!

    Steve did some drywall repairs in a basement bathroom where we had a leak from the bathroom above come through the ceiling downstairs and ruin a ton of drywall. We had ripped out most of the ceiling and were left with a giant hole. Steve was awesome at coming out to get the ceiling repaired He matched the texture and paint and it looks like it never happened. He even went above and beyond to touch up paint in other areas of the bathroom when the project was complete. I would highly recommend him for all jobs, large or small, and we plan to use him for future projects as well.

    Steve and Green River Construction are the best contractors for any job. It has been more than a year since Steve and Green River remodeled our home and not a day goes by that I do not think about how it transformed our home from a good home to our sanctuary. The thing I love most is the the work done by the subcontractors was superior because Steve and Green River had high expectations and a wonderful reputation. I would trust Green River Construction with any job, large or small and I would pay extra just to have the assurance that the work would be done right and professionally. Thanks Steve!

    Ive dealt with alot of remodeling work and contractors...and Steve, by far, is the best guy Ive worked with. He does a thorough job, hes there when he says hell be there, and his helpers are cleancut--great guys. If I could I would stand on a roof top and yell out to everyone...pick Steve, hes the best!!!!!!!

    GRC did a home inspection for me. Having watched other inspections prior, I thought I knew what to expect. Steve exceeded that by a significant margin. The level of detail and the plethora of specialized tools he used was impressive. His inspections arent cookie cutter. He tailors the inspection specifically to the location and uniqe needs of the property. Any property I purchase will have an inspection by GRC.

    We needed an inspection on a home we wanted to buy. Steve came from Vernal to Orem to do the inspection (recommended by our real estate agent). He was very thorough - even down to mentioning a screw missing on the hinge on a kitchen cupboard. My husband was there during the inspection and Steve answered questions and pointed things out as he did his job.Steve was professional, courteous, clean and prompt. We had a VERY detailed, written report within 24 hours of the inspection.
