    My boiler for my in-floor heat would not turn on... so no heat. This was during a period of - 5 to -10 days called on Monday came on Tuesday. Technician came out and determined that sensor was bad and needed to be replaced. They ordered and the part was installed on Friday. System has not failed since then. I am happy with the repair and they were the orignal installer of the system, so they knew the system best. Thank you for the service. Thanks, Bruce Bauske.

    With out a doubt the most responsive professional HVAC/Plumbing company in the area. I highly recommend. I moved to the area in May 2022 into and old 1880s farmhouse. They have been very helpful, diligent, and problem solve to make my house a home. Give them a call, get on their schedule, you wont be disappointed.

    We have Hansons winterize our home while we go South for the winter. When we are ready to return a simple call and they come back and get things up and running before we get home. The plumber gives us a call and lets us know he has been there to complete the start up. And, he makes us aware should there be any problems. Peace of mind that our pipes wont freeze while we are gone is the best. Great service!

    I never remember to call for AC maintenance, but this year I signed up for scheduled maintenance so Hansons called me. Knowing that they will make sure the work get done takes a load off my mind. The service person showed up on time and performed the work quickly. I love that I didnt have to do anything except answer the phone when they called.

    Hansons has consistently provided prompt, efficient maintenance and repair of our HVAC and plumbing systems. Recently I was very disappointed when my 9 year old on demand water heater that is only in use seasonally began leaking and had to be replaced as repair parts were no longer available. I made an after-hours call to Hansons which was answered and the next day Robert arrived to diagnose the problem and later called to inform me a repair could not be made. A new water heater was efficiently installed by Charlie, My disappointment with the lack of longevity of the original water heater is lessened by the very responsive service and quality of the replacement water heater.

    Super nice! Came the same day that I needed them. Problem ended up being a tripped breaker and I still got charged $149 for a few minutes of work. So thats why I gave it only 4 stars cause they were extremely expensive but very nice and professional. However, they should have told me to check that before they came all this way and charged me a ton of money.

    Your service techs are very knowledgeable. I have had issues with a water softener that I feel should be under a longer warranty. Its only 3 years old and the head needed maintenance for a rusty injector part which shouldnt of needed cleaning.

    Though we are just over 50 miles from their base Hansons has always served us well. We first met them at a Fargodome show several years ago. They cut our electrical bill in half by installing a geothermal heating system. At the time they were one of the few with this technology. Minimal electricity, good recapture of heat (in the summers our showers are free the heat comes from cooling our house) and no fuel so minimal carbon footprint and no carbon monoxide risk. Their excellent technicians have faithfully serviced this system for us.

    Robert was prompt and identified and corrected electrical problem with our dual heat furnace. In addition he found and repaired damage to wires where mice had entered through the roof air inlet. He also made a suggestion on how to construct a way to trap any mice that enter that way in future. Office staff were courteous, friendly and arranged the service call very promptly.

    I needed a new water heater and after calling several companies and leaving voicemails that were never answered, I called Hansons and spoke with Jayson.Jayson was informative and gave me the job cost upfront. He also scheduled it during our initial conversation.The plumber (Derek) that came out was on time and prepared for the job. He was very efficient and was done in short order even though the water heater could not be drained in the house (plugged with scale).He left the work area clean and orderly as he found it when he arrived.If youre looking for a fair price and punctual plumbing contractor I highly recommend Hansons.

    During the very cold, sub-zero weather, no one was at the house for a couple of weeks. And a slow drip from one of the flappers in the secondary bathroom caused an ice wall in the sewer pipe for the east end of the house.     Weve used Hansons for 10yrs to service and maintain HVAC equipment.Last yr we had them do a total system conversion due to NG arriving at our location. The experience from the beginning to end was professional and pleasant. Had some issue with external forces [snow storms] which resulted in needing service under adverse conditions and Hansons responded promptly. I would also like to mentioned the high quality of the field reps. They arrive on time in a fully stocked truck, are very knowledgeable about solutions and are are fun to work with.
