    I am writing this review a little late. I had my tile replaced and pool resurfaced in January, but was not able to see the finished project until August. (This is a vacation rental.) I absolutely love my pool!! It has a totally different look to it. It is so appealing now with the different shades of blue. Jeff was able to help me through emails to pick out tiles and grout. I told him what I was looking for and he sent several ideas with pictures. I was working with a dead line, which they were able to meet.I highly recommend Pool Creations and especially Jeff Claridge.

    Our pool was very old and in desperate need of a remodel! Ray and the Pool Creations staff were very helpful throughout the entire process, from design to completion. Everything is handled professionally and in a timely manner. The work is top notch and if something was not done up to Rays standards, he had it redone. We love our pool!

    We worked with Pool Creations to remodel our dated pool and lanai and we couldn’t be happier. The work involved a resurface/ retile of our existing pool, a new travertine deck, all new pool equipment, and an upgrade to our lanai drainage. Ray, Michael and team are extremely knowledgeable, highly skilled and professional. They kept us informed throughout the entire process. It was clear from our initial design meeting that they were committed to getting us exactly what we wanted and If we ever had questions or concerns they addressed them immediately . We love our new lanai and pool and would highly recommend Pool Creations.

    We worked with Pool Creations to perform a renovation to our existing pool and deck. Once we were able to establish communications with the company, the process to complete the work was seamless, FAST, and done with care. Our project included re-coating our deck, resurfacing the interior of our pool and replacing some of our pool equipment. The work to our deck was performed throughly and with attention to detail (weve had experiences before where resurfacing was done without properly preparing the old surface and had bubbling and cracking after only a short time, not with Pool Creations though). Renovation to the interior of the pool was a major improvement (by the way, we love the Pebblesheen coating)! Our stained and dated pool was given a fresh, clean and inviting appearance. Ray and Jeff at Pool Creations were readily accessible to answer questions/concerns and made contact with us regularly during the process to provide updates. Their responsiveness did not end with the completion of the pool. We had a minor issue with some debris that was apparently left on our neighbors yard during the process about which we were informed months after the fact. We notified Ray and Jeff and they saw that the issue was taken care of immediately, which helped keep the neighborly peace. We would be happy to work with Pool Creations again and we certainly would recommend them to others.

    It was a very pleasant process having Pool Creations resurface my pool and provide ongoing pool maintenance. Jeff Claridge, Ryan Ross, and Mark were very professional.They handled all the permits and preparation making it very easy. The quality of the marcite shaping and smoothing exceeded my expectations. Mark made an extra effort to restore life back to my old tile and water fall; Ryan handled the ongoing pool service at my request. Great company!

    We contracted with Pool Creations to resurface our pool during COVID-19. We found Ray’s workers to be hardworking, respective of the property, and they left the property clean afterwards. Another thing I appreciated, was how they provided contract changes, promptly, keeping us abreast of where we stood on expenses. Ray made thoughtful suggestions on enhancements, without over kill. And last but not least prior to accepting full payment, he wanted to ensure we had a chance to go in the pool and actually “feel” the final finishes. We couldn’t be more satisfied with a job well done!

    Ray, the owner, jumped on a problem I was having. He fixed a problem with a new pool pump that the original pool equipment provider that installed the equipment could not fix. I now have a new pool equipment company thanks to Ray taking an interest in my situation and fixing the problem.

    Holy moly am I impressed with this pool design company. My Aunt and Uncle just moved out to Venice and the house needed a major upgrade on the pool. This company was perfect because they were experienced and walked them through the entire process A-Z. Their new pool is SO NICE!!!! Now that I have seen it and experienced it I know that I will be recommending this company to everyone I know on the west coast. Had to take the time to write this review because I truly appreciate the peace of mind they gave my family and couldnt ask for better a service and beautiful result!!
