They built our house, and what a house it is ! Eric Krauth and Charlie, the forman, are super guys ! So are the rest of the boys ! ! The house is well built, to the last little tile. No hidden costs, all up front. They were quick to call back when we needed to get hold of them. The small snagswere solved rather quickly and without bloodshead. They did their best to accomodate my sometimes quirky changes, thank you for that !.They were a bit late but it was raining a lot.....We are here now, and happy..( The only thing I was not exceedingly happy about was the window cleaning after all was done. )All in all, if we would build a house again - wed call Eric ! Yeah, gave me a quote a few years back never happened. It’s OK though and we’re good.

Hurricane Ian destroyed our roof and consequently all the ceilings collapsed. After a new roof was installed, Krauth Construction handled the demolition of literally all the drywall down to bare studs, mold abatement, electrical dismantling and insulation removal. Then the process reversed and everything was rebuilt as new. The project was completed in less than two months by the end of December.Eric and his crew were great to work with. They do high quality work and communicate schedules effectively. The first day I called Krauth Construction and spoke with Eric was a lucky day for us.
