    I am so grateful for the Ayers crew...they installed furnace and water heater with such courtesy and professionalism. Now that power outages have affected these products this bunch of people are greatly supportive and responsive...in particular Josh has been very informative and reassuring. He treated me with courtesy and felt like he was family he was so kind...Explained the problem he was fixing and how he would resolve it...he was very clear and concise and funny as well which helped put me at ease too...thank you all!

    Thanks for the response on Sunday Adam was very upfronts with all the details. When parts came in you called and came over next day. Josh came to fix this problem. He was very nice and thoroughly explained everything. He was a great technician but hope we do not need service anytime soon. Thanks to all and kudos to a great tech in Josh.

    Ayers is professional and gets us on the schedule quickly. Josh is always professional and does an awesome job. We were having A/C issues quickly diagnosed and fixed it!     We have used Ayers twice now for our plumbing needs. The most recent time I thought it was my well pump. They didn’t think they could get me in for a few days but I told them I had no water at all and they worked to get us taken care of right away! They were here for less than an hour and were able to diagnose and fix the problem. They are always kind and professional. Thank you! I would, and have recommended them to anybody!

    My furnace quit working and it was 17 degrees not only did the lady that answer the phone find me a tech to come out that night but the tech that came was awesome.     Ayers Mechanical was on time both days they were at my house. They installed my new furnace, A/C unit and my new water heater. It only took them two days. They had to modify some things for the new furnace and water heater to fit, but they made it happen! They cleaned up all the trash and scrap metal and took it with them upon completion. They did an amazing job and Im so happy with their work! I would recommend them to anyone that needs this kind of work done. Ill surely call them again if I ever need anything else done in the future.

    Our furnace stopped working and it was a chilly 40 something in the house. Brady was super helpful getting a tech out. Josh showed up right on time and found the issue in just 20 minutes, a bird got sucked into our blower motor! It’s so crazy but he was super cheery and such a blessing to deal with!! He explained to me how the bird had gotten in in the first place and was just a blast!

    Josh was a great technician! Very easy to understand and talked through the ignition issue. He had the old popped off and new one in effortlessly. It was later in the day on a Friday but he still showed up with a smile and ready to get our furnace back up and running.

    I have called on Ayers Mechanical a lot throughout the years mostly for plumbing. I have never been disappointed with the quality of their work or their workers. I always appreciate them going out of their way to ensure the job is done right and making sure that we are satisfied. Ive never had a bad experience with the workers that come out to my house. They have always been respectful and professional.Zach Ayers will go the extra mile. The way he does business is hard to come by these days. Someone who truly cares about doing business the old fashioned way. I appreciate it so much.
