I had a new bathroom put in my house and it is wonderful. They came up with different ideas than I originally thought of and it turned out great. I also had my bathtub taken out and a walk-in shower put in and I love it. They also did some drywall work and painting, it turned out just how I wanted it to look. They put a new roof over my family room, now no more leaks.In the past they also put a new roof on the rest of my house and tore out a porch and replaced it with a very nice new porch.I would definitely recommend them to do more work on my house, if I need any.Actually I have one more small job I want them to do. I am sure it will turn out exactly how I want it.I would recommend calling them if you need roofing or remodeling done and want quality work. They are great people to work with. -

Deitemeyer Brothers did a wonderful job replacing a walk-in shower with a new tub/shower in our main bath. They also replaced a tub/shower with a new low step walk-in shower in our master bath. Neil and Lyrissa were a pleasure to work with along with the rest of the staff. We had a few bumps along the way of the remodel as with any project. These issues were quickly resolved and we are pleased with the results. Thank you Deitemeyer Brothers! -

Sam and Deitemeyer Brothers were an answer to my prayers! I had a small but challenging roof replacement with several moving parts. Sam stuck with me through the diagnostic process and helped me every step of the way. He was very patient and detail-oriented. The group of guys that worked on my kitchen remodel are the best! They are professional, courteous, and hard workers. They came before the sun was up and stayed after the sun went down. I love everything about my new kitchen. The cabinets, floor, counter tops all make the kitchen look beautiful. I have no complaints, or concerns about anything that was constructed. We had a very good experience with Deitemeyer Brothers on two occasions. We refinanced our home and were able to upgrade our roof and our windows. Rather than call two different companies Deitemeyer Brothers were able to do both.The original roof on our house was improperly installed so they were able to tear that one off and install the shingles we picked out and install them properly. It works beautifully and looks fantastic. Not one nail was left behind.When they did our windows, I was impressed with how many questions they asked about what WE wanted. Once they had the siding off around our windows they found the house was missing that green water-proofing wrap SO THEY INSTALLED THE WRAP TOO! The windows make such a difference in temperature control in our home - the house holds the temperature much longer and it is no longer drafty in the back bedrooms!The world needs more companies like the Deitemeyer Brothers. -

The crew was was quick and they got it done in one day and the sales rep Justin Atkinson was great he worked with us and got us everything we wanted and he was very helpful with everything we needed and explained everything if we had any questions. All around when we need a roof done again we’ll be coming back when we need another roof done! -

I very recently moved to West Lima and the house I bought had known roof issues. I was planning on getting a new roof, but I hadnt decided when. After some heavy rains and heavy leaking, the weather made the decision for me. I made the call to a few different roofers. Deitemeyer Brothers responded very quickly and immediately set up a consultation date. The other roofers I called took days to respond. After talking with Sam Black during the consultation, I felt like I understood the problems my current roof really had. He gave me a lot of information on the type of roof I had, slope characteristics and possible roofing options. The other roofers that visited shortly after, gave very little information and immediately tried to sell. It was determined that the best course of action was standing seam metal roofing. The roof I had was a troublesome type of roofing material used on semi-flat roofs like mine. With standing seam, the roof installation would be easier and the material lasts significantly longer than other options. The communications with them were concise and helpful. They were flexible on the installation dates. I was actually away from my home on a business trip while the work was being done. They cleaned up the work area as good as possible and the finished product looks proper. They did a very good job, Im more than happy with my choice in roofers. -

High quality work and a very attentive project manager. They were also very helpful in me dealing with my insurance company. The day of work they had my roof torn off and job completed in a half day. They were attentive when I couldnt get other contractors to return a call( my insurance company asked for a second opinion). Outstanding company, outstanding service and will always be my first call when I need anything done in the future. -

I’m more than a little slow getting this review out there. I am sorry. I love love love my new roof. Working with the Deitemeyer boys was such a pleasurable experience. They are so very nice and good to work with. Happy to answer any question you may have and they really know their products. When they did their first inspection pictures were taken to show me just what he was talking about and then he explained how it would be fixed. In the end I felt I knew what was going to happen snd there were absolutely no surprises. I very highly recommend them to do your next roof. Hands down the best around! -

Deitemeyer Brothers did a complete re-roof on my house and they exceeded all of my expectations. The estimation and proposal process was thorough and done in a timely manner. The estimate was priced very competitively to the other proposals I received and included all of the options and elements that were discussed on-site. Time frame revisions or options for the work that I requested were also handled very quickly and communications by Shawn and the on-site crew leader were excellent, explaining the timeframe of the days anticipated work and completion. Finally, Ive dealt with many work crews personally and can safely say that these guys were excellent and the clean-up was spotless. I was home off and on the entire job and checked on progress several times a day and I was always impressed by their work rate, focus on the job, and overall professionalism. The roof looks great and Ill recommend Deitemeyer Brothers to anyone and everyone I know who needs roof or construction work. 5 star in my book. -

I want to thank these guys at Deitemeyer Brothers for everything they did! Shawn and his crew were outstanding overall. I got myself into a bit of situation of trying to do the roof myself (which I have done before a couple times), but when getting down to how much sheathing was rotted, I knew I had to call in the professionals. I called them and they were out with an estimate and working on it within 2 days!! I will say it did help I had a lot of the materials and a dumpster on hand already, but still that’s a fast turnaround in my opinion. I couldn’t be more pleased with choosing Deitemeyer Brothers to take care of my roof. Thanks again! -

We were interested in buying a home in Ohio but was concerned about the roof. I didn’t know what company to call as we are from Atlanta. Deitemeyer’s name was given to me. I called & spoke to Nick. I was so impressed. He was so nice and answered my questions. He inspected the roof and then set up a conference call to review the findings with me & my husband. He went over everything he found, taking the time to explain and answer our questions. We could tell he really knew roofing. We passed on that house but when we find another home in that area, we will definitely call Nick! If it needs a new roof it will be Deitemeyer doing it! -

Thought the crew did a great and precise job with the repair, but thought the communication with the owner could have been better, there was a bit of miscommunication on how the roof was to be repaired, but otherwise was very happy with their work and would recommend them to others. UPDATE TO REVIEWAfter calming down I texted Neil to get the front door worked on. He was courteous and came out and fixed what one of his workers had messed up. He had done a great job on my back door and made my front door work as it is supposed to. I would recommend them after this second encounter. They could still work on providing more detail in their bills but this is not a deal breaker in my book. Thanks for coming out Neil.Got three doors installed to the tune of 1500 and some change. I was told there would be some extra cost for some work done to get the doors installed but 1500 was almost double the estimate. I wish I could say this was an outlier. My co worker is currently several thousand over estimate as well. Find ANYONE else to work on your house.As if that is all, my front door that was installed by a gentleman that said he hadn’t installed doors “in years” isn’t installed very well. I’d have them back out to work on it but I don’t want to spend another 2,000 on surprise charges. I wish I could say I was making this up or I’m exaggerating but I have the estimate and bill to prove it. Again, find ANYONE else to work on your house. -

We have been clients of Deitemeyer Brothers for many years beginning as I recall with wind damage to our roof, which peeled a considerable amount of shingles from the west side. Sean was onsite quickly, did a complete assessment, battled with the insurance company for us resulting in replacing the entire roof including two skylights. Additionally, somewhere along the way, we needed another skylight replaced. As it turned out, it didnt seal properly and with the first heavy rain it leaked. I called Sean and shared our problem not asking him to come out--I just wanted him to know but within 20 minutes, he was on the roof taking care of the problem in the rain. Our final project was in 2020 when we had our home resided. Our home was built in 1977 so it has more than a few miles on it. The quote we got was reasonable and we approved the project. We were scheduled to be gone for part of the time the crew was working on the job and they ran into what I would say were major problems. The thing about Sean and Neal and crew is that very little gets in their way; a problem comes up, they know what needs to be done and they get it addressed, It was a decision we do not regret at all; Neal and the crew were easy to work with, communicated with us regarding major changes and came in right on the estimate. And, I cant leave out their office manager Jenn Grubb who is friendly, efficient and communicates any issues we have to Sean, Neil or Dave. You wont regret hiring them--they really know how to take care of their customers. -

They cleaned up every day (so well sometimes it was hard to tell they were there)! We couldnt be happier with how things turned out and would definitely go back for any future needs.
