This review is long past due because K2 finished our new home nearly two years ago. We love our home and Tom and his crew stand 100% behind their work which is a bit of a rarity nowadays. Tom was great to work with; always responsive and professional. Most highly recommend.

Tom and his crew have been amazing to work with. They have done extensive renovations on two of my businesses that have been in historic buildings. Toms eye to bring the building back to the original architecture while ensuring the buildings are structurally sound have been nothing short of amazing. I love working with K2!

We had a toilet leak from upstairs onto a ceiling. The ceiling could have just been repaired, but we had some other ideas. While other contractors came in and told us what they could do, Tom came in and wanted to listen to our vision for the living room. His expertise with older homes (ours is 100+) immediately earned our trust. His crew all were really nice guys and were a pleasure to have at our house every day during the project. From demo to electrical to drywall to trim to carpet, our expectations were exceeded and the craftsmanship was top-notch. I highly recommend them and will utilize them again.

After reviewing several bids and making what I felt were equitable comparisons, K2 Construction including the specificity that I required and therefore allowed an informed decision to go with their bid of service.Upon completion of the roof being installed and personally inspecting both the roof and area around my home, I would recommend their services to anyone wanting to hire a service that proved more than satisfactory.

Hired! Professional and personable with ease of communicating. Text, email, phone all used throughout project whenever I had a question or concern. Very responsive. Replaced roof and siding due to hail damage. Prices, work, cleanup all quality work. Already recommending to others for their projects.
