Andy and his team did an outstanding job on my kitchen and main floor remodel. He was very patient and helpful to me as I planned the renovation. He offered his professional suggestions which we found very helpful. He gave us a timeline which he was able to meet even with our changes and additions to the plans. He was on time every day, his crew worked hard and cleaned up at the end of each day. This was a complete kitchen remodel, new floors and trim throughout. He got it done on schedule and on budget! I highly recommend Pioneer if you need a contractor.

Pioneer Contractors is outstanding! Their work is impeccable, they communicate consistently, honest, show up on time, finish projects timely and clean up when they are finished!Originally called to get a fence installed in our back yard for our dogs. I mentioned to Miles that our chimney was on constant woodpecker attack leaving it riddled with holes and exposed to the elements. He worked with us on a step by step plan so that we didnt run over budget. Luckily it wasnt a complete tear down. His team replaced the damage and kept what could be saved.Installing our fence had its own set of hurdles. The permit process took way longer than expected - we discovered we needed a plot survey which delayed the install by 4 weeks. Miles paid a lot of visits to the building permit office and finally after 3 months our new fence was finished! Miles consistently gave me updates and kept us on their very busy schedule.Pioneer is by far the best contractor Ive ever worked with. If you are in need of work give them a call. You wont regret it!!

Pioneer Contractors built us a beautiful deck that were in love with. The construction is first-class, with excellent carpentry work. The deck is so solid that its as firm as, maybe even firmer, than the interior floors. It was a pleasure working with Miles to plan the project and select materials. He was very patient and understanding about meeting our ever-changing schedule. The workers were polite and considerate, and even worked past dark until 6:30 p.m ON A SATURDAY to finish the job. I recommend Pioneer Contractors to anyone considering a construction project.

I cant explain how pleased I am with Pioneer excellent quality work. I get so many compliments from different people whether it be different professionals coming by to do other projects and they are in such amazement of the structure regarding how well built it is. Their work super exceeds my expectations. Please dont hesitate to go with them trust me you wont be sorry. Very polite professional and any questions or concerns I had Andy was willing to answer and made me feel at ease. The whole process was wonderful. They get an A+ in book.

Pioneer Contractors drywalled and insulated the walls and ceiling in my laundry room that had extensive water damage. The ceiling was open to the attic. They removed drywall down to the studs that had been iincorrectly done by someone else. They did trim work, hung doors, and some plumbing work. They paid careful attention to every detail and communicated well so the project ran quickly and smoothly. They even moved my heavy washer and dryer to the garage and back inside again, hooking everything back up. They arrived on time and stayed late to finish the project. After 10 months of dealing with incompetent, cocky contractors that did not work out, I could not be more pleased. They were respectful and professional. I highly recommend Pioneer Contractors and would definately call on them again.
