I’ve called Dan several times over the years. Two times for garbage disposal replacements and most recently for a leaking dishwasher. Dan came by within a few hours of my call and saved the day. He is very knowledgeable, explains the issue and next steps.

Ive used them twice...and holy cow, is he awesome! I needed a garbage disposal replaced, and he did it in 15 minutes. His prices are amazing, and he was able to get me in the day after I called! I will never use a different plumber again!!

We are a commercial customer next to a laundromat and had 4 floor drains overflow on a Thursday evening. Dan came out Friday morning and tested the drains along with some inspection of the laundromat drains/equipment. He found no issue with our drains and also called MSD to follow up and confirm his testing, isolating the issue to our neighbors. Great service and professionalism, will call again.

The weather was way below freezing for a few days. The pipes in our basement burst and we called Dan. He gave us an expected time, mind you we called him around midnight. He was at our house almost 2 hours before he thought he would be here. He found the problem fast and fixed the problem fast. We figured the price would be outrageous, but it was totally in an amazing price range. We would totally recommend him and his company with any issues you have in your home or business.

My shower handle broke and I wasnt able to get the water to turn off. He came out and took care of it immediately. I called around 6 pm and he was leaving with the shower fixed around 7:30 pm. Absolutely great service and a really nice guy. Ill be calling him for any plumbing issues I have going forward.

We can not say enough about Dan. He was extremely responsive in his attention to our needs. Dan is a true pro. He has made several personal visits to not only fix our plumbing woes, but he also installed a tankless system. Dan has made it a point to personalize his craft. He often checks in on us to insure his craftsmanship and to assess how we like the new product. He has taken his own personal family time to insure our family was provided for in terms of plumbing needs. Thanks Dan for all you do for us.

I didnt know I needed a new water heater until mine tripped the fuse, and when I reset it steam started coming out of the top! I called DNS upon recommendation and left a message. I got a return call very quickly, and that evening I had a new water heater. I really was quite surprised that they were able to provide service so quickly since it was just a day or two after the most recent big snow, and I figured theyd be swamped. Dan just said, yeah were busy, but were not going to leave you without hot water. As a senior with some of the usual health issues, I was truly grateful. Thanks, DNS,you set the bar!

If you are looking for a good plumber, Dan is your man! Our sewer backed up in our basement. We called Dan after hours, explained our situation. He arrived within an hour, fixed the problem. Dan was prompt, professional and had fair pricing.
