    After we purchased the windows, it took a few weeks for everything to come in. But once the install was scheduled, it was a breeze. The team came in and were so efficient, they had the living room completely done within the first hour, giving my family the freedom of comfort, while the install continued. The whole house, about 20 windows, completely finished before the kiddos got home from school. These guys were great. No complaints and the windows look awesome!

    We have previously used WW for several projects and always been pleased with the quality of the products. We had them replace the windows in our FL this time and we are very happy with the work. The windows changed the room into a year round addition for us. The solar windows have decreased the temperature tremendously. Would recommend the windows. Only issue is time from initial contact to completion was about 7 months Installation folks were great, but communication with sales was not great. We had to initiate all communication post order to get updates on order and installation. Install was postponed twice at the last minute after we had changed appointments and kenneled our dog to make the install easier.

    Just wanted to say I Love My New Windows!My schedule finally worked out to have my cracked front window and other two front windows replaced to match! And what a difference it made in the view of my little house! And all thanks to Window World! Thank you Salesman Brandon and a special shoutout to the installer Chris and his helper(didn’t get his name)! Chris and helper came one day and looked at my rock and reassessed the situation to determine they didn’t have the proper tools that day so instead of winging it and possibly damaging the stone or windows, he honestly rescheduled with me! I appreciated that so much for my aging house! Then of course my crazy schedule kicked in, which Chris even offered to come on a Saturday to install! No way I was making these guys come back on a Saturday! We got it done today! In 3 hours! No issues with the stone! The windows make the house look more modern and brighter on the inside too! If you have any window issues, I highly recommend Window World! ❤️🪟❤️

    I would highly recommend them! We had our windows put in right before hurricane Helene. I slept through Helene and the tornado that came with it. The window seller and installers were really nice. Our windows look great and we had no damage to our windows from hurricane Helene.

    Were very pleased with our windows! Weve wanted to change our windows for years but couldnt find anyone who would install in a mobile home. A Window World salesman came to our home, explained their products with ease and told us what to expect upon installation. Their timeline was adhered to as we were shooting for Thanksgiving for install. Installers were ontime, efficient, nice and courteous. Ill recommend Window World if given the chance in the future.

    Window World made the entire process of replacing all of our homes windows stress free. From the sales person who came to do the estimate and explain the process to the installation crew. They were professional, quick and tidy. They windows were fairly priced and we are pleased with the results.

    Very, very skillful and pleasant crew. This was a big job, 14 to 16 replacement windows in a 1952 rental house. The old steel framed single pane windows were incredibly heavy. There were probably 7 young men on this crew, and they worked together seamlessly and were all good natured and stayed busy.Window World has really good quality replacement windows.

    The actual installation of our windows were performed in a extremely professional manner. The employees were efficient, friendly, respectful, and worked in a timely manner. They cleaned up all areas, and explained how to properly use the windows, and asked us not to remove the window stickers until the windows were inspected by city officials. The actual problem we had with the company was BEFORE the work started; the wait time from signing the contract to the actual start of the work, and the lack of communication with the company in trying to receive concrete information regarding the ongoing status of our windows. However, in all fairness, we do understand that we signed up for the work in the middle of the health crisis, when nothing is “normal”. We feel that there should have been a better line of communication from the company, especially when the actual wait time was doubled from what we were initially told. Better communication would have definitely eliminated a lot of stress on our end. Well, in the end, it all worked out; we were able to get our windows installed before the end of the 2021 year! We are very happy with the windows. They have given our home an entirely new updated look!

    Window World installed gutters on a portion of our home. Heath and his crew were punctual and worked unceasingly until the completion of the job. I noticed a small problem following a heavy rain and it was addressed promptly and satisfactorily.I plan to also use them to install about 25 windows on my home in the near future. My conversation with Brooks regarding these windows was informative as he made me aware of issues the competing companies never addressed.     Im a stickler for detail, after reading some of the past reviews I wasnt sure what to expect. The installers showed up on time, they where polite and respectful, and went right to work.     I edited my rating from an earlier post that expressed dissatisfaction and frustration on behalf of my parents in getting their windows scheduled for installation. Shortly following my review, the owner personally contacted my father and very promptly corrected the issues. My parents got their windows scheduled and installed very quickly, and the installation crew was very professional. The only reason I rated them 4 stars and not 5 was due to the initial scheduling frustrations. However, the windows look great and the owners personal concern and involvement was very much appreciated by my parents.

    Took a little longer than installer thought. We love the clear view,ease of cleaning and operation of our new windows. Love the new doors. The screen rolls up and hides on the storm door, giving a complete door length view.

    I was thoroughly pleased with the whole process! The installers were quick and did a great job. I had numerous questions which they cheerfully answered. It was really surprising that removing the old steel case windows from concrete block and installing the new windows left no mess at all. I’m looking forward to my first reasonable utility bill in years...and the windows look great. ‘They are easy to open, too.

    We had a great experience from start to finish. The salesman Daniel who initially sold us the windows was ver informative and stayed in contact with us just as he had said he would even though it took a few months to get the windows in. Then the installation crew were very friendly and timely with installing the windows. The windows are very nice and improve the look of our home dramatically. We are looking to let them do our roof as well in the months to come. I gave 4 stars because there were a few pieces of metal and glass left laying around after clean up and we have small children in the home. There were also a couple of screens with small holes (which have already been noted during a follow up call) but other than that-GREAT SERVICE! Def would recommend Window World to others.

    We had to replace our windows so I wanted to replace them with PVC windows to prevent any rot in our moist environment. I was afraid they would look cheap. Our salesman showed us very nice looking windows and the end result was very nice looking windows. They were installed quickly and very efficiently. Beautiful windows and a very solid PVC door.     I love my windows .. the only issue is it took 2 days to installed and normally that wouldn’t have been an issue if it wasn’t for the fact that it took them about 4 months to installed. No one contacted me to inform me of the delay... I had to continue to call. They said it was due to COVID shut downs but honestly I would have fathered a simple call to Inform.
