Platinum Roofing has been AMAZING working with us. We had roof damage from a storm months ago. They helped us deal with insurance and provided super quick service with a very nice new roof. Weve even had issues with the mortgage company and the USPS just trying to get payment approved and a check lost in the mail. Parker and everyone else at Platinum Roofing have been extremely kind and understanding while we got it all sorted out. I would definitely recommend them for anyone needing a new roof. It looks incredible. Oh and they did it all in 1 day and left virtually no mess at all. Fast, professional, and quality work🙂 Thank you for making a headache of an ordeal as easy as possible for us!

We experienced our first southern hail storm and were unaware of even questioning the level of damage it can cause on a roof until we started to see roofing signs propped in yards in the area.Thankfully Jasper knocked on our door and so I’m not sure if we chose Platinum or they chose us, but from that initial meeting, we knew we were in capable hands.Jasper was thorough and transparent, helping us understand everything from how our insurance works, helped us file the claim, (even recognized and took additional photos of non-roof related damage for us), met with our insurance adjuster, explained the quality of Platinum’s products, their warranty and his personal promise that we were going to love the end result. Additionally, his quote was right in line with my insurance company, giving me the assurance we were getting a fair and honest price.When the day came, the crew was on time and got right to work. They spread out tarps to protect our grass and sheets of plywood to protect our pool pump and AC unit from any falling debris. Their care prior to the work and the cleanup job after were exemplary. They were professional and fast, starting and completing the job in less than a day. And while they were here, Jasper called, checking in to see if I had any questions or concerns.I think, like many people, using an out of town company is concerning, but it was due to our trust in Jasper and his knowledge and professionalism, that we did. What could’ve been a huge inconvenience and pain was really a non-event and I owe thanks to Platinum Roofing for that! From our very first interaction with Jasper to the completion, this was a breeze and we love the finished product!

After contacting Platinum Roofing of Warner Robins, an entire professional team came to our home and completely transformed the appearance with new premium Atlas Black Shadow Architectural Shingles.As suspected, there was some wood rot on the old decking, which was replaced with new material.A crew arrived early in the morning and worked tirelessly all day, completing the job, loaded all the waste from the old roof and cleaned the yard of all debris before leaving.Lane Watson, our sales rep was very pleasant to work with and provided a detailed layout of all services to be performed, including the price for the project.Evan Andrews was in and out, checking the progress, working hands on and getting additional materials as needed throughout the day.We are so glad we made the choice of Platinum Roofing, getting piece of mind, and a superior, quality job, which will last for decades to come!

My insurance adjustor did a full roof inspection and only approver repair of the backside of my roof following a serious storm. I called Platinum Roofing (PR) to get a qoute. Jasper (Roofing Consultant PR) is who came out to inspect for the repair.He was very professional, knowledgeable and passionate about his job. I explained to him what my insurance adjustor would approve. He asked if Id mind if he did a full inspection. During his inspection he found damage that my insurance adjustor either missed or overlooked during their inspection. He contacted my insurance with his findings and asked for my insurance company to conduct a re-inspection on my behalf. When my insurance adjustor came back out, Jasper made sure he was here for the re-inspection and explained all of his findings that were previouly missed or not considered storm damage. My roof replacment got approved and Jasper explained the process moving forward and was available for any and all questions.When the day came for the replacement, the crew was at my house prepping to start work at 6:30 am. ( This was huge for me. Ive delt with several companies in Valdosta and timeliness is not a top concern for them nor is informing me of any changes).The crew did a great job not only on my roof but also cleaning up all materials and debris. Im very satisfied with my Platinum Roofing experience.Also, Jasper came out on his on during both days of the replacement process just to make sure everything was going well. He is the real deal and a joy to work with.

I would recommend Platinum Roofing to anyone. After the Hurricane, our roof was in pretty bad shape. Jasper from Platinum Roofing was driving thru the area to see if he could help people that had damage to their roofs. Before I even hired him he offered to tarp the roof to prevent further damage. I did call him back and requested a quote. When they finished the roof everything looked great. A few days later I did find a few nails in the grass so my wife called to let them know and within a half hour there were two guys from Platinum Roofing checking the yard for more nails. I hope I never have to go through another hurricane but If I do I will call Platinum Roofing again.

My main concerns were stated in the last review (which was a one star), however, I was reached out to by Hunter Kimbal. Hunter listened to the situation from beginning to end and understood from my standpoint. He spoke and acted more professional than many companies I have dealt with since moving to Valdosta. He also helped me in making some corrections that we both felt could be improved upon. Safety will always be a main concern of mine and communication (or lack thereof) can, and almost did, sink a ship. Let me be clear...the quality of the work performed by the crew was very well done!! My roof looks great. I will leave it to Hunter to make any personnel training opportunities that are necessary. I would recommend using Platinum Roofing

We recently hired Platinum Roofing after a hailstorm in Dothan AL. We thought we had no reason to even bother getting an inspection as all looked intact and without flaw from the ground. Our Platinum representative Shawn came out and offered a free inspection. He showed us multiple photos and explained the damage in detail. Shawn was wonderful to work with from start to finish. He walked us through the insurance claim process (our first claim ever!), showed up to assist with the adjustor, and was communicative, kind, and thorough with every detail and question we might have had! Matt and his team at Platinum did an amazing job installing a new metal roof for me. I had used them once before last year to install a shingles roof and was impressed with their service, but this time was even more amazing. This barn red metal really brought some color to my bland brick home. As you can see from the photos, the roof has a many peaks and crevices, which meant that the metal had to be cut to a variety of different sizes and lay just perfectly to fit the dimensions. This was no easy job, but the team at Platinum arrived early around seven or eight every morning and stayed until almost 7 or eight every night to get the job completed in a timely manner. In addition, Matt stayed in touch with me by email and text whenever necessary to let me know about completion dates and updates on the status of the roof. I can say that now that I’ve gone to metal, I will probably never go back to shingles again in any home that I own. I would definitely give Matt and his team 10 stars for all of their effort.

We recently incurred heavy damage to our home after a hurricane. Reached out to Platinum and Tuzer was at home inspecting in a couple days despite all the roofing needs in our area. We never felt like we were being pushed or sold something, treated fairly and with respect. They were quick to get us scheduled, crew did a thorough job and completed in 1 day. The owner himself even inspected the job after it was completed that night. We did have one area that wasn’t sealed completely, they repaired it immediately. Very easy to work with and we were happy with the job overall. Tuzer was available by text or call anytime I needed him.

I don’t leave very many reviews but this one was warranted, thank you Hunter & Miguel with platinum roofing for getting the roof fixed on our 3 year old home. Unfortunately we had a bad experience with our builder of the house with several roofing issues, but the team at platinum came out, fixed the issues, and gave me a great deal on it. Hard to find honest and reasonable companies these days, and I can assure you, if you decide to go with platinum you won’t have to worry about if you’re getting ripped off or not.

I live in Lee County, GA and my interactions with Paul and Travis was great! Always responsive and answered all questions. Work was done in the time frame promised and looks to be an great job. The only negative is - and dont get me wrong here, I am an early riser and like to get started early everyday. But some people may not like the hammering on the roof at 6:40am in with no warning. Also, I spoke to the Mexican workers several time throughout the day, not sure if they speak English, but I got not even a hello! Roof looks good, and I would recommend Platinum for sure!

We contacted several roofers a few years ago due to a roof leak. Platinum Roofing was one of the contacts we made. Some never responded. One said that we LOOK at our roof for an exorbitant price. Hunter at Platinum Roofing came out, discovered our issue and fixed it in a short time.. We asked how much and there was no charge. He asked that we would just consider him when we needed a roof. After the hurricane we contacted several roofers again including Platinum Roofing. Hunter is the only one that responded. He gave us a very fair estimate and did an outstanding job of advising us, offering us the opportunity of choosing our shingles, and guaranteed the work would be done in 1 day including cleanup. All we can say is they are a 5 Star company that keeps their word, at a very reasonable price, and produces OUTSTANDING WORK. The only reason I give them a 5 Star rating is that is the highest that can be given. So let me add, they are a 5 Star + company. The office staff were extremely friendly, courteous, and helpful. So we made a call to Jeremy and got a great response , Jeremy set up a time to meet with me to inspect the roof and in a matter of a day my wife and i had a quote for a new roof. After that the process with Platinum Roofing was the great. they set the date to start the tear off and replacement, which took just a little over a day start to finish, they handled the permit process and the final inspection. There have been several issues with the roof. When we contacted the office, we were told someone will come out. It has been over a month. We have not had the roof for a year and it is leaking. A warranty comes with the roof, but is voided if someone else fixes it leaving the customer with no choice and no solutions except legal action. Hunter Kimble was great through the process but of no help when problems arose. Also, you can never speak with the owner.Update: the problem has been resolved. The owner did contact and remedy the issue quickly. Thank you!

I had a small leak in my son’s bedroom. I called on a Friday night pretty late and someone actually picked up the phone, I was completely expecting to leave a voicemail. They had someone come look at it, he quickly found the problem. I had a dry-rotted pipe boot. He did give me information on a new roof and a quote for replacing the pipe boot. The roof repair team came out here this morning, one of them hopped up in my attic and identified the leak in there and one got on my roof to examine the pipe boot. They had a price quote within ten minutes of being here and said they could get it fixed today. I think it took them maybe fifteen minutes on my roof after getting the new pipe to fix it. It looks great, and I appreciate how responsive, professional and courteous everyone was! Highly recommend.

Great service, great people and a great product! From start to finish this was an easy process. Ben, the salesman, was not pushy in anyway. He was very friendly and knowledgeable of the product. He answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns. He dropped in several times on the day the roof was put on just to make sure everything was going smoothly. He came by afterward to ensure all the cleanup was taken care of and made sure all my concerns were addressed. The office personnel was very friendly when they called to schedule the install. They verified the product color, which was a blessing because I ended up changing my mind. This is a great company to do business with. The entire experience was seamless and on time! I had asked for quotes from 4 other contractors including non-reputable ones, and they charged me more along with questionable warranties. Platinum Roofing got me signed, and one week later I had my roof finished in one day. They only offer high quality roofing with the Owens Corning system including Owens Corning components. By default, they offer Platinum Protection, which provides you with 50 years on the architectural shingles and 25 years on the labor. Paul was a responsive, friendly salesman. I thank all of them including the office staff. Also, special thanks to Chad and his hard-working crew of 6, who performed on my roof even through the beating rain.

To say that I am happy with my experience with PLATINUM ROOFING would be an understatement! They are the best roofing company in Valdosta, HANDS DOWN!! My deceased mother’s roof was in dire need of replacing after a windstorm caused by a hurricane! Since I no longer live in Valdosta, I did not know offhand a company to call. Thank goodness my brother in law referred me to PLATINUM ROOFING! I made the trip from North Carolina a few weeks ago and stopped by to set up an appointment for a quote. The office was inviting and the staff were welcoming and professional. Mr. Tuzer Chism, Insurance Specialist, called within a few hours and came out the very next day to measure the roof and provide me with a quote. Within about 30 minutes, Mr. Chism provided me with a printed quote and folder full of detailed information describing the process and products to be used. He was very patient and took the time to explain every portion even when I had lots of questions, especially about the insurance claims process. I was very impressed with his customer service!!!! My roof is now complete! The company’s quality of work and products, professionalism, consistent communication and updates, courtesy, efficiency, workers’ professional and respectful rapport, and job being done all in one day made this experience great with no stress! Their online account platform to upload important documents and communication from Mr. Chism made this easy to be done long distance. We live in Las Vegas but own a house in Valdosta. Getting repairs done long distance was always difficult until we started working with Cody at Platinum Roofing. We had a leak after some storm damage and they came out immediately and did a thorough estimate. Helped us work with the insurance to file a claim to repair the roof. Cody followed up with us regularly without us having to remind them of anything. They knew and remembered everything about our roof. When the insurance company refused to acknowledge the obvious damage, Platinum Roofing made the immediate repairs to stop the leaking without even charging us. They are all about the customer service and a pleasure to work with. I would use them again without hesitation and I would definitely recommend them to friends.
