He is everything you want in a plumber and nothing you dont: he communicates clearly, explains what the options are, is experienced with every problem, and just generally wants to leave you with the right solution at the right price. What more could you ask for?

Peter is one of the best contractors I have ever hired. He is very sharp and always thinks through what he does, both ahead of the job and on the job. There is never a lapse in communication and he is proactive about reaching out with anything I need to be aware of. He is one of the few contractors that I never need to chase down. I have now hired him twice and both times he did a great job. He arrives on time and cleans up after the job is done. He spends as much time as needed to answer all questions and his answers are always very thoughtful. To top it all off, he is always pleasant to deal with.

Have been a customer of Zereski Plumbing for over 25 years. Recently, we had a hot water tank fail................one call to Peter and within hours he was at our home, assessed the problem and had a new water heater installed all within 6 hours.We have always found Pete to be fair, neat, knowledgeable, and highly professional. I had a sewage pump failure in my basement. I located Zereski Plumbing online and left a VM to schedule a visit for a quote-repair on 12/5/22. Peter called me back within the hour and was able to diagnose over the phone as I sent him pictures of my nonoperational sewage pump. We talked about the possible solutions and replacement pump that may work. He called me back same day with a quote and explanation of the repair. He came out the next day to replace the pump and resolve the issue. I would highly recommend Peter for any plumbing related needs a homeowner would have. Very professional and had vast knowledge of his trade.

Incredible professionalism and friendliness. I reached out to Pete after trying to do a repair myself on our bathtub valve. He spent a decent amount of time troubleshooting with me via phone and via email just to see how he could approach the issue and best save on cost. When the appointment came, he was communicative and punctual. The issue fortunately resolved itself, and I was surprised that he didnt charge me for the visit. On top of this, he still spent extra time educating me on the issue. He definitely wants to empower his customers, which is increasingly rare nowadays. Highly recommend Zereski Plumbing. We had them install two new toilets. These were single-piece designs, which meant they weighed 100 pounds each. Not an easy task. The quote was competitive; the installation was smooth and on time. You wont be disappointed with Zereski Plumbing.

Had our water tank leaking two weeks ago. Quoted with a few plumbers online and onsite, Peter is the best for communication for warranty coverage with the vendor and myself, and replaced it quickly. He is professional for the work, was very patient to answer my questions and addressed my concerns. Will definitely rehire him for next plumbing job.

Zereski plumbing is the way to go. Peter came out within an hour, and fixed up two leaking pipes and helped me unclog two separate drains in my house and also too care of a water heater problem for me. Very well put together and extremely clean. I like to make the place cleaner than when I got here he says. Always good for a laugh or two. Great work, great price, definitely will use Zereski plumbing again in the future.

I noticed our hot water heater had started leaking at 6:30 AM Monday morning. We called Zereski Plumbing who was highly recommended by a neighbor in Hopkinton. I left a message on their phone service and they called me back in less than 3 minutes. I spoke with Peter the owner on the phone and he was very knowledgeable about water heaters, and attentive to our families daily hot water needs. Peter and his team came quickly, cleaned up the water in our cellar near the leaking water heater and had a new larger and more efficient water heater installed and working a few hours later and for a couple hundred less than any other plumber we had spoke with. I would highly recommend Zereski Plumbing in a heartbeat and recommend them to all my family and friends. Thanks guys!
