I have used Lakepointe Electric multiple times and I am very satisfied with the service. Most recently their technician Andrew did an awesome job assisting me with changing all my light switches, fixtures, and was even able to swap out a ceiling fan.Lakepointe has always had prompt response times, and friendly service!I will definitely be using them again and would highly recommend them to anyone!

Moving into a new home and needed lights to be replaced, new fixtures, retrofits, electric car charger, and new recessed can lighting. Big thank you to Andrew and his team for his great suggestions on where to install new recessed lighting and which types of lights to install. Andrew works efficiently and pays attention to the details, whether it be cutting new holes for cans or changing a receptacle. Generator for the house will be next and will be turning to Lakepointe Electric for that too! Thank you Lakepointe Team and Andrew for a great job and outstanding customer service. Would highly recommend Lakepointe for all of your electrical needs.

Dominick Vitale came to our home, assessed our home and explained which unit would best fit our needs. He even took time to speak to our Assoc. board and answer all their questions. He emailed a detailed estimate the following day. A date was selected, permits were pulled, and Dominick and his installation crew swooped in (on time!) and worked like a well-oiled machine to complete the work. The Briggs and Stratton Generator was installed, tested and fully operational by early afternoon. When I checked our basement, other than a new electrical box, there was no evidence that the men had been here working all day...they left all work-areas spotless (even wore shoe covers)! The following day Mackenzie called to set up the required inspections. From beginning to completion, Lakepointe handled everything beautifully! My husband and I highly recommend Dominick & Lakepointe Electric!

When I purchased the Brigs and Stratton generator I was not sure if I had made a good decision since I did not beleive it was a top contendor. Great company, very responsive. I was impressed with how quickly they returned my call.Thomas did a wonderful job start to finish. He arrived on time, was friendly, professional, knowledgeable & got right to work. Our basement ceiling was a MESS with lots of wires after I had removed the drop ceiling a while back. He and Mike cleaned it up & added in new lights with pull chains and it looks great! This is the ONLY company I will be recommending for in home electrical repairs. The only concern I have is the fee that is charged just to come to the house (I think it was $125) but I understand that companies are just doing what they have to do. Other than that, we are highly satisfied with the work that was done!

From the first telephone call requesting a quote to the install of our new Whole House Generator and follow-up, Dominic and the staff were responsive, answered all questions and scheduled fast install. Even returned the next day after the gas line was installed to be sure everything was working correctly. We are truly impressed with their professionalism and quality work. The workmanship was excellent and their service and support after the installation was great. A year ago I hired Lakepointe Electric Co to install a 26 KW Briggs & Stratton whole house backup generator. Dominick Vitale had come to our home, explained in detail what needed to be done, and provided a reasonable detailed bid to complete the job. The job included installation of the 26 KW unit 200 amp transfer switch, battery, engine oil heater, 40 ft gas line, moving 100 amp garage circuit 45 ft,add 100 amp sub panel to basement, adding a 20 amp outside circuit, and permit. Lakepointe Electric showed up on time, when they said, and very professional completed the job! Last week the entire area lost power again in a storm for over 24 hours in 90 degree humid temperatures. Our generator fired up automatically without a hitch! Thanks Dominick and Lakepointe!!! I would recommend them to anyone. I only wish I had this done years ago.

Dan put a ceiling fan in for me after it was up he noticed the light cover was broken, so he took the fan down so I could exchange it. He then came back after my new fan was in and put it up. SIMPLY THE BEST!!!From sales to installation- amazingly knowledgeable and efficent. We had a generator installed in the clubhouse of a condo community due to continuing DTE power outages. We will now have a functioning office and in the summer our pool can remain open if power is interrupted. We passed all inspections with flying colors. Job well done!

I dont know much about electrical work, but the guys here are nice, professional, and willing to work around whatever other remodeling you have going on. Id recommend them just for their quality customer service, but their prices are reasonable too.
