I hired Herr Plumbing to handle a few small plumbing projects at the house. The company was very responsive. I was able to get someone to the house in less than 24 hours. The plumber, David, was courteous, professional and efficient. The price was very reasonable. I will use them again. -

I listened intently to all the fancy tv gimmicks for a new shower since I was in the market for one. With due diligence, I read most of the ratings, You Tube ads and even did some phone surveys before deciding on Herr Plumbing, who I did not know installed new showers. The coordination, scheduling, and installation was top notch considering the backlog many suppliers are facing. The estimate given was true to the ownerβs word and far less than the Big Box Bathroom Remodeling Stores who were not timely in their response to me and their cost was astronomical. Herr did a complete installation with no sliding new over old materials. Everything was to our specificationβ even the shower door which was hard to find at a reasonable rate. My experience with Herr Plumbing was similar to the other positve reviews. I have used them twice in the last 10 months; first for an urgent water heater replacement and recently for a sump pump replacement. In both instances the office staff were VERY helpful, knowledgeable and responsive. Their plumbers service was also responsive, and professional. The workmanship was excellent and pricing was also reasonable. I was very pleased in both instances and would highly recommend Herr Plumbing. -

Our water heater pilot light was out and we could not get it lit. Our warrantee just expired. The lady who answered the phone at Herr was kind and professional, and they were able to get someone out today. The technician that came out was knowledgeable, very informative about his troubleshooting steps and estimated costs, and acquired and installed the necessary part today. I highly recommend Herr Plumbing!! -

I called at noon because my water heater was leaking out of the bottom (it was old and needed replaced), at 320 the plumber (Austin) had my new water heater installed and was gone. It was a quicker job than most emergency situations Ive dealt with plumbing. Everyone was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. Couldnt recommend enough! -

When my old water heater broke, I spent hours trying to find someone to come to replace it, including contractors with several big box stores and a few independent plumbers suggested by employees at the big box stores. All seemed overly expensive. I called my son to ask who he used, he said Herr Plumbing! They were able to get me in the next day, guy was professional and quiet, he even fixed an issue with some of the pipes coming out of the top for no additional charge. Their price was very reasonable, considering all the other quotes Id gotten. I will be using them again for sure! -

Dave was scheduled to install one new toilet. While talking to him (very personable man), I decided to replace my other 26 year old toilet. He said he would do it today and save me a trip charge if I could get the toilet quickly. I did and Dave installed it. The total cost was more than reasonable, compared to an estimate I received from another well-known plumbing company. I strongly recommend this company. -

I called Herr plumbing for a water heater quote and talked to Peggy who was very friendly and knowledgeable. The price given was extremely competitive so I decided on them.I was quoted about 1-1/2 hours to install the new and remove the old water heater. Zach arrived on time ready to get to work. Excellant workmanship on the install which took right at 1.5 hrs. and he cleaned up after himself.We are very happy and highly recommend Herr Plumbing! -

A very fair company with great leadership and caring employees.I hired Herr Plumbing to help run a gas line for a fireplace, and they took extra time to help me understand the job, and answered all my questions.Showed up when they said they would, and the quality of the work cutting into my gas line was impeccable.As im sitting her with my new fireplace, im happy I hired Herr Plumbing! -

Quick response time. Had water pipe freeze n break. They repaired pipe with minimal cutting through drywall to get at the pipe. Didnt take long and it was fixed.Now we deal with the water damage... Could have been worse had we not been home.Highly recommend Herr Plumbing A+++ -

Absolute life savers every time. I wont call anyone else. When you need honesty paired with quality work with maybe a dash of good sense of humor, this is your crew. We have had some tricky jobs but have been met with kindness and fairness each time. Rick has an excellent group and while I never want a plumbing issue to call about...Im always happy to talk with the gals in the office. Amazing family oriented business. I had great service today from the technician. The customer service was outstanding from my first call to payment. Quick and reasonable charges. They even were able to fix a second toilet I found had an issue after scheduling the call. Please do not do what I did to keep them on schedule and tell them every item up front. I was lucky they were able to squeeze that in. Such great service. They even called dispatch to let them know and get approval so other customers would be aware of any delays. So wonderful!One note is that they charge a 2% credit card fee. It is fine, but it should just be added into the charges. Most people I know do not ever pay in cash or check. -

Herr Plumbing replaced a very old water heater. I had a scheduled appointment and received a phone call asking if they could come earlier because they were finished with their other job. Additionally they also moved the location of the water heater and put it up on a block. The installer did a really professional job and I was happy with the service. -
