    To Robert and the Midwest crew, Payton, Eddy, Brian and the other fellow from Columbia,,I cannot find enough words to say what a fabulous job you did on our basement and crawl space.It was a very difficult job and you transformed a 100+ basement into a water repellent, and pleasant and functional space.Robert took time to measure and be involved in the project. He always answered all my phone calls and even came out extra,to go over to project.The two guys that came out and raised and leveled the sidewalk and filled in around the foundation were excellent.They did it in a couple of hours!!Payton, Eddy, Brian and the other fellow were so kind and pleasant and always informed me of what they were doing!I was amazed at their hard work of jackhammering, removing all the rock, carrying all of it upstairs and downstairs, carrying heavy bags of cement,plastic covering and tools.They never complained and were upbeat and always took time to answer questions.They always called when they were on their way. They worked sometimes until 7pm.     Midwest Foundation is the best! We had an issue in our crawlspace so we needed some help. Midwest came out, checked out our crawlspace and gave us a quote to repair the damage. We were contacted when job was to start and the crew was so friendly and easy to talk to. They explained what they were doing as they went along as well as showed us before and after pictures. They even cleaned up after themselves each day. We have great results and our crawlspace is all protected and clean now! Hopefully cut down on the dust in our home! Would recommend them to anyone wanting crawlspace work done. Thank you Brandon, Cole and crew for the great service you provided!

    From start to finish, they helped us diagnose and create an action plan to fix our leaking foundation. They were able to send someone promptly to diagnose and he spent about an hour checking for water all around the basement. They fixed the issue within the month for an affordable price.     I am very pleased with the work that was done to my patio and the approach to my driveway. Everything was explained as to what they would do. Everything was leveled with their level several times on each project. If I didnt think something was not exact he would work on the area some more, and get the level out and double check the area again. Both men worked very hard on my project. I am very pleased.

    Had a crew come out and was unimpressed with the quality of the work and the professionalism of the crew. Sent an email regarding my concerns and had a response within 1.5 hours. Had a manager out in 2 days to assess the work and already have a crew coming back out to fix it. Quality of the initial work done = 2 stars, customer service = 5 stars.

They were able to fit us in earlier than expected, were friendly when they arrived, were efficient with their work, and talked through everything that had been done and showed some pictures of the new install when they were done.     Honestly, it was a very irritating process - no call/ no shows, arriving late for appointments, project took much longer than what was quoted, damages, multiple crews, and the list goes on, so why the 5 star review you may ask.....INTEGRITY -- this is something that seems to be dying in our society. I had 5 different crews come to work on my 1 project, so I am sorry I do not know all of their names!, but today it was Devon, Adam and Cesar, and I would also like to recognize Grant as well as manager, Robert in this review. All of the guys that did show up were very respectful and pleasant to be around. My concerns were respectfully heard - I was apologized to, was told these things should not have happened, damages corrected, phone calls answered - I did not get the typical run around, excuses, or that never happened responses I have received from other companies. While the project is not completely taken care of yet; I am hoping I can keep the 5 star status and the Company will continue to work on making this right.

    11/05/2023: They did great work in a short amount of time. Minimal to no mess left behind. Answered all my concerns. They made our driveway nice and flat again and better protected from sinkage. I havent had a summer yet to experience our buried gutters but they are nice and far from our house/foundation now. The gutter drainage vents are nice and large. Overall we are happy with the service and protection to our foundation. The price was a little high for us but that may be outweighed by the service level and warranty I am not exactly sure. We were advised warranty if it shifts again 1 inch or more.10/08/2024: Contacted the company for warranty repair. They responded quickly. Setup the repair date and was able to come earlier. They re-leveled 1 slab, caulked, and filled some holes drilled for filling. They did a great job again and were hopeful the leveling issues are over for a long time.

They are very upfront with what is needed and the cost. They did initial work for us and then we had more issues that caused additional work.     12/23/24 I had a sump pump put in. The gentlemen were professional, friendly, and communicative. I work from home and they advised when it was going to be noisy so I wouldnt be surprised. I was pleased with the initial crew that came out to level my driveway. A week a couple weeks after installation, there were some areas settling and they sent a crew back out within a couple days. I would absolutely use this company again for any future projects in their expertise. Their customer service is excellent and done the way businesses should practice IMO

    I talked to Ryan initially about my failing clay tile 100 yr old basement wall as it was out of plumb by 1.5 to 2 inches. They added a wall of steel sheets & I-beams which will support and take the stress from the original wall. This job was completed in 2 days! This new wall isnt going anywhere, extremely solid. Thanks to Chris & his crew of talented guys for their excellent workmanship. I highly recommend this company!

    My service technician, Austin, was very helpful and knowledgeable! I have had my system for nearly 15 years and follow the annual maintenance schedule. As expected, it was time for some items to be replaced. He took the time to show me the readings and provide recommendations that were reasonable and fit into my budget. In addition, I had part of my foundation reinforced a few years ago. Im happy that the foundation was reinforced but have been dissatisfied with aspects of the process and installation. Austin listened to those concerns and offered some good solutions. He was also able to discuss better alternatives as the other side of the basement now needs reinforcing. I appreciate that Austin took the time to provide comprehensive service and didnt rush me into any decisons.

Maybe they could have had some more detailed enough instructions of all areas & what to be done. Also left some pieces of gutter guard up on the roof that I didnā€™t see till later that night so had to get on ladder & snag them with a pitchfork! Thatā€™s the only reason for 4 vs 5 stars.

    I had Midwest Foundation Repair do my driveway. I am located at the bottom of a hill and water comes down my driveway to my garage. The crew was able to slope my driveway, raise the end of my driveway to keep more water in the street, and raise the area in front of my walk way door to my garage where the water pools. The crew was very professional and they did a great job. I am very happy with the result.

    Anthony was very knowledgeable. He came in and checked my system that had been installed about 17 months ago and confirmed everything was working properly after exposure to water from a city sewer system issue. We had Eddie out last November to come take a look at a pad we wanted leveled for a shed and he was able to give us a great deal of insight into their process and also brought up other concerns we hadnt thought about.     The concrete pad in our garage was cracked and extremely uneven and our front step had settled 2-3 inches next to the house. When it rained the water was actually flowing toward the house.     Recently had a great group of employees from Midwest Foundation Repair install one of their dry basement systems. Reviewed with us what they were going to do and then had us see different steps along the way. They were professional, polite and tolerated our pets. They left the space they were working in better than they found it. Explained to us what to expect from the system and thanked us for our business.     Estimate/quote conducted and a crew was scheduled to repair a bowing garage wall foundation.Crew arrived on holiday weekend to perform the work. The crew worked non-stop to complete the project, around 6.5 hours from arrival to exit.The people on the crew were completely professional and worked as a cohesive team to complete the job.We experienced the foundation moving back into position as much as 2.75ā€ at the completion of the project. So pleased with the result, as well as the guarantee the foundation will never shift again.We recommend Midwest Foundation Repair to everyone based upon our experience.

    The crew were absolutely amazing! Very impressed with how professional, polite, and personable they all were. They answered all questions I had, walked me through what steps they were going to take. Communication was fantastic, they arrived on time. They were careful with the property, cleaned up when they were done. I will absolutely hire them again to complete foundation work on the other side of the property, and recommend this company without reservation or hesitation.

    I had a very professional experience with Derek from Midwest Foundation: He did my annual service on our sump pump system. He was excellent. Explained everything in detail and made sure I agreed to each step. He then offered product suggestions to improve the gutter system on our house and the floors in our garage. He thought of things we had not thought about which I greatly appreciated. We will be discussing those product suggestions in the spring. Derek is an asset to his company and to his clients.
