    It was easy to schedule with Mr. Electric, they had everything they needed the day of the appointment to complete the estimate and the work. Mike and Brian did a great job changing our a 2 story chandelier, installing other light fixtures and the safety check showed some issues they were able to fix at that appointment. They were friendly, on time, not pushy and thorough. I was comfortable having them in my home and with the work they recommended and completed.

    I had a list of things that needed to be taken care of by an electrician. You know, the bathroom exhaust fan that no longer worked, the outdoor electrical outlet that never has worked, the basement lights that had to be turned on one-by-one by pulling on a chain hanging from the light. But the final straw was when the vanity light fell off the wall and was left dangling by an electrical wire over the sink. It was definitely time to call for help.Mr. Electric was great. They sent out Brandon and Brandon who took it all in stride even as I added more jobs to the list. You know, loose outlets, the unsafe electrical outlet over the basement sink (scary), and something I had always wanted… a whole house surge protector. No more worrying about fried electronics! The two Brandons took care of everything in one day. They were friendly, polite, and cleaned up any mess they made which was minimal. I will definitely hire them again.

    My power pole broke off at the ground in rural Marion county. Was informed by electric company that I owned the pole as it was on my property, Called Mr, Electric to see who to call to replace a power pole. Was told that they could do it. Mike showed up the next morning and gave me a very reasonable quote. Said they would be out on Tuesday to replace. Was raining Tuesday morning so expected a phone call to re schedule. Nope. Mike and Brian showed up as scheduled. Luckily rain stopped for a few hours. Pole broke off at ground so they had to do allot of hand digging to get the 6 of pole that was underground. at 3:30 was the beginning of 3 of rain. They were working in the rain for next 11/2 hours to finish job so we could get power turned back on!! EXCELLENT service!! Thank you Mr Electric for going above and beyond!!

    Exceptional service plus high quality work with attention to detail! On short notice we needed a new electrical outlet run to the electric dryer (old one was gas). Mr Electric got us scheduled the very next day! Brian arrived and was courteous, tidy, very efficient and he figured out exactly what needed to be done then got right to work after providing a realistic quote. We were fully informed of why something needed to be done and the different options for how to do it. Brian’s work was excellent! The price was super reasonable and he took extra steps to make sure everything was usable AND safe. He even vacuumed up the saw dust created by running the new lines. I’m a firm believer that the Trades should be respected for their knowledge and experience so we would never dream of doing something like this without a certified professional current on regulations and products. Brian showed his depth of understanding of the quirks and electrical shortcomings our nearly 100 year old home, and he made the adjustments needed to conform to today’s building codes. While he was here I asked him for a quote on installing lines and new lighting in 3 rooms. The realistic price makes these future aesthetic projects very do-able sooner than we thought possible. We are definitely calling Mr Electric and BRIAN for our next home improvements … definitely for emergency or urgent situations!

    Brian and Sam just left my house after fixing my ceiling fan and it is working great! The fan is over 20 years old and had outdated wiring and the guys were able to figure out how to fix it and did so. We had just called Mr. Electric yesterday afternoon to make an appointment and they were here the next day and very prompt. They also went through and looked at all the wiring and electrical plugs/hookups and gave us recommendations of what could be updated. I highly recommend these guys for your electric needs.     Called after 9 pm and spoke to someone who understood my issue and explained my options of how soon an electrician could get to my house to make the repairs. Received a call from dispatch the next morning to let me know when someone would be at my house. The electrician was right on time, inspected my problem, gave me a price and got right to work. It didn’t go as smoothly as thought but he was able to get the repair completed in a short amount of time and called the power company to come back out and get us turned back on. The price was reasonable for emergency services and the electrician was professional and friendly. Will never call anyone else for electric repairs.

    I wanted outlets replaced in my living room, however the wiring was more complicated than expected. Mr Electric was able to send someone out the same day I called. Mike arrived slightly early and walked me through all of the swapped outlets. He explained why the wires looked different than expected and then performed the courtesy safety inspection to ensure the rest of my home is safe. He thoroughly explained what he was looking for, and why, as well as gave a backpack estimate for a future project. Mike was very knowledgeable, professional, efficient, and made fast friends with my dog. The service cost was fairly priced and discussed upfront before agreeing to the service. Very impressed and will use in the future!

    Could not be happier with the service. Met Brandon at the home show and set up a time for him to quote what I needed. He listened to exactly what I asked for and laid it all out well. Brian came out and did all the wiring I needed done. I have a crawl space which poor Brian had to do work in and he never complained. He worked well with the hvac guys I had there too. Most of the stuff was done on a Friday and Monday he was back to finish the rest since it needed to be switched over for the air conditioning. Both Brian and Brandon were very polite and professional. I couldn’t have asked for better service.

    We were so glad that Mr. Electric was available to help us on such short notice over the weekend with a bad situation. They were polite over the phone and very friendly and understanding with our situation. Explained everything to us that was going to happen and the additional charge for Sunday service, which is completely understandable. They sent Mark out to help us and he was fantastic. Friendly and knowledgeable, we would absolutely seek out Mr. Electric again in the event we should need anything and would be thrilled to get Mark again.     Happy with the work Brian performed today to get a dead outlet to work in the living room and move the outlet in the master bedroom to conceal the flat screen tv. He was professional and provide me with some possible electrical services to keep in mind in the future that was unaware of with the diagnostic check. Mr. Electric was very responsive and helpful in setting up a same day appointment, in letting us know what to expect, and in communicating technician arrival updates. The problem required a visit by a MidAmerican technician and Brian took care of calling and making visit arrangements.     Probably the best experience I’ve had with a contractor of any kind. Very responsive to the tight timeline I needed to get the work done — they shuffled their schedule around to make it happen quickly. Mike did an excellent job for us and ultimately reduced the scope of work (and cost) significantly after inspecting our existing breaker panel and determining that he could repair it rather than the replacement that we had assumed was needed. One of many things he did was, One morning before I had power to the house he brought his own extension cord and hooked it up to the new power pole and ran it into my basement and plugged in my sump pump during a heavy rain storm so we could make sure we did not get anymore water in the basement then we already had before he started his day on another job.     While performing a difficult installation of a TV mount in our stone fireplace wall, we managed to hit the power line, taking out an entire circuit to our Living Room.We started by contacting the electricians who had done the wiring in our new home and they were too busy with new builds and recommended another company. That company was also too busy or maybe just didnt want to tackle the job. My husband heard about Mr. Electric from a radio ad. We called and were scheduled immediately and waited to see if these guys were also going to suggest that they couldnt help us.Austin and Sam showed up on time and spent time evaluating the way to resolve our issue from a few different perspectives. We were given an estimate up front which included all worst case scenarios with the caveat that we may not be charged as much, depending on the final outcome and scheduled work for the next time convenient to me.The day of the repair, the men showed up on time and ready to work. They completed the project in a timely manner, cleaned up (Austin even vacuumed the area where drywall had to be cut) and set everything that they moved out of the way back into place. Then they scheduled a drywall repairer from Mr. Handyman to come out. Turns out the solution was pretty easy and we were charged much less than what was originally estimated. We couldnt be more pleased.Austin and Sam were a pleasure to work with. They are professional, courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and neat.     So recently, our air conditioner decided not to work. I knew it was something to do with our panel, because the breaker popped for the unit and didnt turn back on. I called Mr. Electric and they were able to get someone over to do an estimate. After speaking with Rick and Brian, they found the root of the problem (not just the bad breaker) and were able to take care of me. These guys were very professional and respectful of my property, I would highly recommend them. Now we have air flowing and new wires running.     Had Rick & Brian team up to install some new outlets and they were exceptional to work with. Both of them patiently explained the quote and the process of how they were going to install things. During the day of install, they worked efficiently and very cleanly. Im grateful for how they cleaned up after their work was done and left the entire area actually cleaner than when they arrived.     Brandon and Caleb from Mr. Electric came to our home to fix a GFCI that was controlled by a wall switch. I didn’t want a safety feature connected to a switch. I want the out to constantly be powered. While they were there doing a inspection they came across 2 square D circuit breakers that weren’t meant for our brand of box. Through thermo imaging. You could see these two were producing a lot of extra heat. They address the situation with me. And gave me an estimate for the repair. I went ahead with that repair. And went a step beyond. I signed up for a membership with them. That not only gives me discounts, but priority scheduling. And most importantly once a year they come out and do a inspection. Even replace smoke detector batteries. I was very pleased with them. And trust moving forward with other projects, or repairs with them.

    I had WireOne over first. They were unpleasant, unprofessional, and didnt wear a mask. I was very disappointed. Mr. Electric on the other hand, the electricians were super kind, and very personable. The price was half of what WireOne wanted and lower than I anticipated, the consultation was free, they did a home safety check free, arrived within a 1 hour window instead of an all day window, the work was done in a handful of hours and it looks great. As far as service goes, they outperform the others. Mr. Electric is going to be my recommendation for anyone.
