I really like Delco Construction!!! I go there all the time to buy wood. Theyre prices are very reasonable and the staff is very nice! There is a man named Day that works there who is very friendly and he has a nice personality. He never hesitates to help me when Im there. He also makes sure that I get the right measurements and boards that I need. He does a good job of neatly loading my car up with the boards! I would definitely recommend this place!!!

July 30, 2020 - I would like to thank the staff, specifically Ash, Leslie and Dana (delivery driver) for their awesome and thoughtful customer service. I bought baseboards 16 ft (several) and they were too large to fit on the roof of my car. I live right around the corner from them; I called explained my problem to Ash and Leslie. Both of them assured me they would speak to a manager and let me know. The manager was kind enough to agree to have the items delivered to me the same day, even though I hadnt reached the free delivery total. Baseboards were delivered in great condition.Thanks to all for their great customer service and flexibility in helping a customer with an issue.

The customer service at this business is exceptional. Both myself and my mother were greeted and assisted by Dana and the Owner. All of our questions were answered and we even received recommendations for our projects. We will continue to frequent this business.

I didn’t shop here, but I did go to pick up some free pallets from their back lot. The employee I spoke to (unfortunately I can’t remember his name!) was very friendly and even helped me pick through the pallets and load my car! So kind. When I peeked in, the store looked like it had tons of options, and it also has ample space to park. I highly recommend and will come back in the future!

This Establishment is most definitely a Gem in the Delco area. The staff is Awesomely Amazing at what they do and their attention to you as a customer goes beyond what you would get from other businesses. Day was a big help and even suggested a few alternatives for the project I planned on starting. I promise you they have all you need and if they don’t have it they will get it. Tell your friends and family to come out to Delco Construction Mall right here in the Upper Darby area on Marshall Road you can’t miss it and won’t be disappointed. Ask For Day he will get you right!

Well let me tell you about my experience, first I was worried I wasn’t gonna find the window I needed and the Sales Specialist Heather was a wiz at getting me the exact window I wanted and giving me an exact date of arrival and price. Then she proceeded to call me with updates about my order periodically ! Talk about customer service!!The day I came to pick it up the process was seamless, She even called and had them bring it up and had it ready to go as soon as I pulled up…..Then Dana put it in my truck.

Most impressed with the customer service!! Great attitude!! The yard is neat and they had all the materials we needed. They also have plenty of tools to replace for when your half as co-workers steal or break them.
