Saxton Electric replaced my main electrical panel in my house. My current setup was overcrowded and a tangled mess from years of homeowner DYI. They stopped by not long after I called to quote the job and worked with schedule on when to perform the installation. They did an excellent professional install for a more than reasonable price. Ive worked with other Industrial electricians in my profession and other contractors and was impressed with Saxtons work and professionalism. Wires were organized and box was moved to be more accessible.A week after the installation, they called me back and forgot to install mini breakers to give me the more room I requested. They said they would return to finish the install which they did within a week. If you are looking for a company who is honest with their work, Professional, and is clearly passionate about customer satisfaction and the work they do, give Saxton Electric a call. They will be my first for all my future electrical home and rental business needs.

Professional service start to finish! They showed up on time. Did a great job completing a service update! Had a problem with our chicken coop. (Thought there no power) Called them back, and someone was here within an hour. Technician checked everything. He even got in the chicken coop and checked the other end! Never thought turning the power back on would blow both the lights in the coop. Thanks so much for the great service, and making sure my chickens are warm on a winter night!

Let me tell you something if you need the job done right, these are the people to call. During that massive outage of a few months ago, they actually convinced the power company to let them shut the power off to work on my problem. Otherwise, I could’ve been out of power for a couple of weeks. The only people I’ll ever call because they get the job done!

We have had Saxton Electric do work for us twice recently. Both times they were fast, and knowledgable. Most recently they worked with Skaneateles Excavating installed outdoor conduit, alarm system and wiring for our new septic effluent pump. I called and they were able to get someone out the next day to do the job. So happy with their service and will definitely be a repeat customer if I need electrical services again! A+++
