    I had a lengthy punch list of electrical needs and upgrades; ( 1960s house) interior, stairwell, garage and exterior, Chris did a great job . He was professional, easy to work with from walk through to job completion . Highly recommend him.

    I received a quick call back for my non-emergency issue. Very professional. We set up a repair date and Todd came out. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. He explained how my pipe burst and how to prevent it from happening in the future. Todd made the repair and checked another issue I was having. He was very professional and friendly. I would definitely work with Northern Mechanical again! They check and double check and follow up everything with an email. Great service!

    Joe at Northern Mechanical was great to work with; he responded immediately when other companies never even took the time to call back. Scott provided me with a written estimate within 24 hours of our initial meeting. Joe communicated with me in a timely manner leading up to the day of work and throughout the process. His team was professional and efficient. They were fantastic to work with!

    Northern Mechanical came through to install a mound/septic system for my new home construction in the Village of Raymond, Wisconsin. A previous plumber that was permitted a year prior failed to show or respond which resulted in a permit needing to be re-permitted 2 months prior to completion. Scott responded even though he was booked for the season. He worked me in and did an exceptional job with installation. A year later and system is working perfectly! Much appreciation!Highly recommend!

    Ive been a Northern Mechanical customer since the company has been in business, and each time with no regrets. This morning I discovered that my water heater was leaking, called at 9:40 am, and by 12:40 a new one was installed. Thanks to Shellie in the office and especially to plumber Derek for his professionalism.

    Scott and his team installed a tankless hot water heater for us. They were great to work with from start to finish. Their work was very professional and I have had no issues with the install (Unit installed August 2017. I am writing this review July 2019.) I would reccomend them highly and I will use them again in the future should the need arise.

    I was getting quotes from a few people for the past year on getting my entire house redone with all new plumbing and for some reason everyone had really bad pitches or ideas of their own on what should be done. I was referred to speak with Joe and he really helped me out with the planning on my entire house and also stopped by a few times to go over things to make sure everything was correct and what was going to make sense. Joe was easy to get ahold of and answer any questions along the way and the price was very reasonable to me. I had old galvanized pipes that were undersized and low pressure in my bathrooms. I went with a mix of Pex and copper and all my issues were gone. Jessie and Ryan stopped by all three days of the project and were on time and worked hard the whole day. They were both very professional and Jessie was there to answer any questions I had during the install. He made a few recommendations for my shower in the basement and it all work out above any of my expectations. They cleaned up any mess before they left and made sure that it all was working fine. These guys did an outstanding job and I cant speak highly enough for them and the company. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone.

    My husband had egress lights installed at work and the electrician, Dan Wolf did such an excellent job, that if we ever needed work done on our home, this will be the person we would call...and the husband doesnt like to leave reviews, so this person/company must have deserved the positive review.

    The sump pump was on its last leg and my basement would have flooded if Northern Mechanical hadnt sent someone one right away to replace it. Jeff was timely, professional, and went above and beyond with the installation and secured the piping to the basement wall which hadnt been done before. Highly recommend these guys!
