I had an issue with the pitless adapter on my well. I called and someone was out the next day. He had it fixed in a half hour and we were back to a functioning well. The bill was reasonable (for well work) and came on time. The service tech was friendly and willing to talk me through what he was doing. Would recommend.

When we had a leak in a pipe above our (old) water softener, my husband and I had a discussion on what our plans needed to be for our basement and our water needs. We called Wiley Water Systems for an estimate. It was found our pressure tank wasnt working properly. Our softener was starting to leak elsewhere, we were going through at least a 40# bag of salt each week, along with a lot of noticable rust throughout the house. Our pipes, some were newer, a lot were steel and copper lines, it was the wise thing to change the metal lines over to pex piping especially since we were upgrading our water heater, softener, pressure tank, and filter system. Previously, our water heater and softener were a ways apart from each other and took up a lot of space, they were able to consolidate everything to one area. Since the installation we have noticed a tremendous improvement in our waters quality, pressure, and taste. We couldnt be happier with the results, professionalism, and knowledge Wiley Water Systems brought to our home. We cant thank Robby enough for all he did for us. We will definitely be using Wiley Water Systems for any future water/plumbing needs.

We woke up the day after Thanksgiving to no water. Being in a new house to us and never having a well, we didnt know who to call. Wileys was recommended by a friend. We called them they had the whole pump replaced in less than 4 hours from the initial phone call and Half the price of others! Highly recommend!

Replaced my main water line, and the had repaired it a couple years earlier. Both times it was an emergency and the one time we were going on vacation and the proptly came out in the rain and had it fixed it within the day..

I have used Wiley Water Systems to do plumbing repairs on my rental properties in the Randolph County, Indiana area for the past 2 years. They usually are able to take care of a need the same day or following day. I am out of state and they always do a good job of keeping informed of what they are doing, cost and do the repair right. When youre a thousand miles away and you do not have to worry about a contractor ripping you off, its great peace of mind as a consumer and landlord.
