    Anthony and his partner were very professional at their job and super kind. He went over my plumbing needs and got right to it. Both of them didnt waste any time either working.     If there was a rating better than 5 Stars that would be my choice. Our technician, ANTHONY, was the employee that all employees should use as a model! He was competent, friendly, knowledgeable and an all around good guy. Highly recommend him personally and Action Plumbing as our “go to” company for future plumbing issues.

    I want to rave on the team that was here from Action Plumbing . I cant say enough about how efficient and courteous they were.Very knowledgeable and kind.     Anthony came out the same day I called in. He found the leak between the house and the meter and quickly dug a hole and repaired the pipe. Excellent service!

    Stinky black water in downstairs tub day before overnight guests! Who ya gonna call?! Action Plumbing! Anthony arrived two hours after our call (third company we called). He was knowledgeable, courteous, and successfully fixed our pain in the drain without any drama. Will call them again and ask for Anthony.

    Best plumbing company!!! Great customer service!! Today...thought that the garbage disposal was not working, but Anthony quickly discovered that the pipes were not draining.     I have used Action Plumbing twice this year (2016). Both instances were great. First I had a bath tub faucet with very limited access replaced. Joey changed the faucet and corrected/improved the access issue. They were courteous, clean and efficient. Second instance was for a new water heater. Again they were prompt, courteous and efficient. Also, the pricing was very fair for the quality of work. You can feel confident about using these local folks! I would recommend them & use them again.

    We returned home from a vacation to find our basement flooded due to a faulty hot water heater. I called Action Plumbing on Saturday morning at 9 am and they were able to show up at 10 am and had the new hot water heater installed by 12. No hidden fees, they just expected the price quoted to me on the phone. I was totally impressed with the quality and speed of this repair. We will use them in the future for sure.

    I couldn’t say nicer things about Action Plumbing. This week we had a water leak AND a gas leak. At first we didn’t know the gas leak was there but while my husband was trying to turn the water off, he discovered it. I called action plumbing and they were already on there way before I knew about the gas leak. I mean, these guys were FAST. I was worried about the water damage to our house but the gas leak truly scared me. These men really made sure that we were taken care of and safe before they finished the job. They double and triple checked to make sure that there was only one leak and that it was fixed. They were all gentleman and seemed to sincerely care about our safety. I can’t emphasize enough how proactive they worked to make sure that all our issues were solved in a timely manner. I didn’t get all of there names but Chip and both of the men named Ben were awesome. Thank you all for making my home safe again.

    We had a complex and difficult to diagnose leak that affected multiple unit owners. In a word: Complicated!     This company is great. They installed the updates I needed to my plumbing for my new business, Animal Hospital of Tyrone. The workers that came out were hard working polite and professional. They did more than I expected and came in a little under the estimate, and they cleaned up behind themselves each. I recommend them for any of your plumbing needs.

    We noticed our water heater leaking on 12/01 and immediately had a plumber come out to look at our water heater from our usual plumber that fixed a toilet a few months prior. He happened to be already coming out on Tuesday for a shower leak and he advised us to replace it asap. My bf called his dad and connected us with Chip who came out on 12/04 to take a look at the water heater and checked everything to make sure the tankless wont have issues with installation. Luckily I used to work at Rinnai Corp. and its the only tankless brand I trust. 2 gentleman came the very next day and installed our unit in under 4 hours. I was extremely impressed by their friendliness, professionalism, flexibility, and promptness to getting our family hot water again. We wont be using our original plumbers any more. Thank you so much for your knowledge and answering all our questions. I will recommend you to anyone in the area. WE LOVE OUR RINNAI TANKLESS!
