    Highly recommend!!! The short of it is, a new stove was purchased only to discover that we needed a new line from panel to kitchen and a 4 pronged socket. I was at work when i got a panicked call from my Mom and we immediately started calling for an elecrician. All of them said after Thanksgiving until Plugged in Electrical. Brian Black met with Mom same day and had Brian (different Brian) and Sean out within a couple of hours. These guys were professional, polite and did a fabulous job from beginning to end! We were extremely impressed and will definitely use and recommend them when possible. Thank you guys for taking care of my Mom so quickly!

    Had an excellent experience with Josh at Plugged In Electrical! My dishwasher had been popping the circuit breaker and he went the extra mile to thoroughly troubleshoot the problem rather than assuming the obvious (the washer itself or a bad circuit breaker). Ended up finding faulty wiring behind the dishwasher that had been arcing and melted the wiring terminals causing the circuit breaker to pop. Saved me a second visit from the appliance repair people and did it all at a great price!

    Excellent service! Josh and Brian completed the electrical work at our home today. They were both pleasant and friendly. They answered any questions that I had (I’m a closet DIYer.)     Worked with this company before and had a great experience, so of course I reached out to them again for additional work. Had the pleasure of working with Brian Black who was PHENOMENAL when he came out previously- however he was pretty busy when I called again, but HE sent someone over SAME DAY and personally seen to it that the job got done! And top of that, he sent out Joe who was BOMB too! My experience working with Brian & Joe was great!! They are personable, professional, fast, reliable, efficient, knowledgeable and fair! They are definitely our preferred vendor for Electrical.

    They were quick to respond to my initial request and very flexible as I changed my order a few times leading up to the appointment. The guys were very polite and kept me informed as they worked and once done, cleaned up everything! Pricing was about average but the service and communication was well above the norm and greatly appreciated.

    We couldnt of been happier with the work that Plugged in Electrical did for us! We have several new appliances, that needed new electrical outlets installed before arriving, several new outlet locations that needed to be installed and a vent hood for the stove that was hard wired in, removed. They placed outlets above the cabinets for lighting and decorations, under the sink for a garbage disposal and smart faucet, behind the tv for cord management, and did everything at a phenomenal price! I will use them again in the future and definitely will make sure that everyone knows that they are a trustworthy company! On a side note, the 2 guys that came out to do the work were knowledgeable, kind and a pleasure to be around.

    If I could add more stars, I would!! From the moment Alan walked through our home, he was very professional. He came and provided me with options. I initially only wanted 1 under cabinet light placed by our wine bar but we ended up doing a few others. Honestly, I just had a very good vibe from him. He even came back out to our home, to explain how he would do the outdoor lighting.Prior to install, Alan worked with my schedule to get things done. On the day of installation, He brought a team with him along with Matt and they were all very professional. He “huddled” with them before starting, to let them know the plan for our lighting. They each went and did the job and I couldn’t have been happier!!! I have no problems recommending them and will continue to use them for ALL our electrical needs!!!!

    This is the third time using this company.Very professional and personable. They quoted by email what the project cost would be, and the actual fee was less. They removed a fan from a 28 foot ceiling and replaced It with a $5500 chandelier. I was impressed with their care and concern.I know a bit about residential electric systems, and I am happy to say they were very true to their craft. Thank you!!!!

    What a great company to work with. Alan Blankenship is wonderful. My mother needed to replace her stove as well as needing some electrical work. Alan is an excellent electrician and really knows his stuff. They are always on time and keep their schedule appointments. He was more than helpful and went out of his way to help me replace her existing stove and correct wiring issues. I strongly recommend this company if you need electrical services. You will not be sorry. Thank you again for all you did.

    I had used this service for a small job and was satisfied with results. When it came time for a rewiring of the house, I used them again. Crew always came on time and were able to try and be flexible with my personal schedule. I trust they did a good job as knowing nothing about electricity issues, I look to someone who does. My house is old and they have had experience in our midtown neighborhood which was a plus. It is always nice to have a group of workers who are respectful and have s sense of humor!

We usually get the latest time but, this time, Brian was here right at 1. He searched and searched our garage for the GFI outlet, and, finally, was about to give up when “we” found it. He didn’t charge me but he gained a “forever” customer! Thank you, Brian and Plugged In Electrical, for helping us out!We used PIES again today (11-12-21) and, once again, we were completely satisfied.
