    I hired ace handyman services because they have provided excellent service in the past. Even though they changed ownership, they still continue to provide excellent customer service. The best handyman I have encountered is John. He is not only caring and compassionate he listens to the customer and treats the house as if it is his own. He has that attention to detail you are looking for and also makes excellent recommendations. If you are considering using ace handyman services please ask for John. He was excellent!

    I have used Eric for several projects over the past 4-6 months: 2 different dog door installations, a patio sliding dog door installation, built a pony wall extension for a new countertop, did a backsplash installation and just last weekend he painted a bedroom wall and built an access door to the plumbing in the hallway bathroom. Hes very skilled and knowledgeable in all that he does. He responds quickly, has always been punctual (usually arriving early!), communicates very efficiently, and is very personable. My dogs love him!He and Denise went above and beyond working with my schedule to get the projects completed. I will be using him for all of my upcoming handyman needs, as I am not quite finished yet with some projects. I would highly recommend contacting Eric and Denise for your handyman needs. I have referred him to three of my friends already.Another job 5/16/24I recently hired Eric to do some trim work and a few other repair jobs. Eric was punctual, personable, and ,as always, knowledgeable and efficient. That’s why I continually reach out to him when I need some work done.

    Will arrived early and ready to get started! He did a beautiful job hanging a large diptych above our fireplace. The art is a total of 4 feet across and weighs over 40lbs. Will carefully measured, calculated, and re-measured to be exact. Honestly, it is perfectly hung, straight, and stunning!! Afterward, Will stayed to install retrofit LED recessed lights into our existing ceiling can lights, both inside and outside the house. It was wonderful to have 2 large jobs knocked out in 2 hours! We will definitely call Ace Handyman Services again in the future!

    Very, very pleased with the outcome of these handrails on my front porch area. They are just what I was looking for! Big shout out to Butch, who installed them and the entire Office crew that handled the job from beginning to end. Everything was efficient and done in a very timely manner.     We’ve hired Eric and Ace Handyman Services to repair an attic door ladder, and to build and install a pair of wine cabinets. The attic ladder works just like new, and the wine cabinets look great. Eric is a super-nice guy, and the product quality is outstanding. And they’re they’re very reasonably priced. Can’t go wrong with them.

    They checked on us to see if the job done a little over a year ago was holding up well. We were having a problem with water getting under the door of our storage building. Eric came out and was able to fix the problem. Their 1 year warranty was a blessing indeed. Highly recommend them for any work needed around or in the house or storage buildings!

    Colt was the handyman who came to our home and fixed our kitchen/dining room floors after significant water damage had left us in a really bad situation. Not only was he always on time, but he worked tirelessly to make sure he did what was needed and that he put 110% into doing the job right. Weve had contractors come to our home before who did a sloppy job, yet had twice the number of people working. I have only high praise for not only his work ethic, but for how polite and considerate he was to us while he was here. I cannot stress enough how professional, compassionate, and dedicated he was to taking care of our situation and us. Should we need any contractor jobs done in the future, we will absolutely be looking to contact him first and foremost. Thank you so much for your hard work Colt!

    We had windows with wood rot around the house. Bob removed and replaced the rotten sections, did caulking and painting, all in a professional and quality way. The communication was excellent, good initial estimation and detailed explanation of what he was doing. I will use this service again and recommend to others.

    I had bunk beds to put up and looking at those instructions were looking kinda foreign to me lol...I just knew God didnt want me to put it up by myself 😔 so I looked online and found Ace Handyman. First interaction with them were very pleasant when I set my appointment. They were running a little late and I received a call before my appointment to inform me of their new arrival time.. which was only 5-10 minutes later than I previously expected. The service men were very professional and friendly even though my children were sneaking to check out how their new bunk beds were coming along lol. After the service date they sent a follow up letter to make sure things were still all good. Im very glad that I used this company and will be excited to use them again for future purposes. I recommend them to everyone!!

    We were very happy with these guys! We had several items that needed repair and both Tim and Robbie did a great job! One of our issues was a broken cable on a very old attic door. The owner and Robbie researched the problem and came up with a solution so that we didnt have to replace the entire thing. We will definitely use them again!

    Robby and Levi were wonderful, all around. They communicated clearly with us, were timely in showing up for appointments, and walked through every detail with us. This is the 2nd project we have used Robby for and I would highly recommend him and ACE. If we have any other projects on our house, Robby & ACE are definitely who we plan to use. The quality of work is exceptional and tailored to what we envision. They truly value doing it right and making sure its done safely, too.

    We had the fascia replaced about 5 years ago by a different company. It was rotting again so we looked online and found Ace. Robby listened to the concerns we had and made a game plan to address it. Robby and Lilly did an excellent job replacing the fascia. They were able to find the source of the issue and correct it so we won’t have to do it again. They also communicated well and shared pictures of the whole process. They were polite as well. I took my toddler for a walk and they stopped and said hi or waved when we passed by as I was try to get him to communicate more. They worked diligently the entire time they were there. I will definitely use them again in the future.

    We had some areas of our porch soffit and fascia that were rotted from rainwater that overflowed the gutter and seeped into the woodwork. Eric and Doug did a thorough and professional job of tearing out and replacing the rotten wood and priming the new. They cleaned up really well, thanks guys!

    My friend had some patches in her grass close to the house and needed something done to spruce it up. Ace Handyman came in an did a phenomenal job of lying down some nice decorative rock that was able to cover up the bare spots. This new decorative rock was able to help with drainage. I will be definitely be calling Ace very son to help me get my backyard in order as well as some minor projects that need to be done inside my house.

I also received text/email notifications to track arrival time.2. The estimate for the cost and duration of the job was accurate and reasonable.3.     I called Ace Handyman Services for an estimate to repair a wall of windows in a sunroom that was about to collapse from rot. Robby took the time to evaluate the problem come up with a sound plan to replace the whole wall. Also change it from a 4 inch to a 6 inch wall due to the structural importance and poor engineering and work of the builder. This was no small feat, very dangerous, and took a team to accomplish. They prioritized it due to its urgency, came every day prepared with the knowledge, tools, and material to accomplish the task. I now have without a doubt a structurally sound wall that even looks better than before. They exceeded my expectations in every aspect!. I will definitely call on them for other projects with confidence they will do great job!
