    The musty smells are gone! I cant tell you how happy I feel when I walk in our house and smell nothing. The walls in our basement look great. I didnt think it was possible to have them look like new and so clean. The crew that worked at our house were extremely knowledgeable and hard working. They covered my floors were they walked. They made airlocks with thick plastic to keep the mold spores from spreading while they worked. When they left they cleaned and vacuumed everything. I highly recommend Lakeshore Restoration.

    Great overall experience. Filled out their contact form, received an email the next day, their estimator visited the next week, he sent a detailed list of service with a fair price, gave me a few days / times for the work, crew came in a repainted ambulance and took care of the mold in my basement and then some. Would highly recommend for clean up tasks that youd rather not deal with yourself.

    Lakeshore Restoration were great. My appointment was at 1:00. At noon I got a call saying there techs are running late. The customer before me was more than what they expected. He asked if 2:30 would still work. I said no problem. They arrived before 2:30 and were very friendly and respectful. They told me how long it would take and finished right aroma the time they said. For my first time getting my vents done it was great I recommend them to anyone.

    We recently experienced a severe flood in our basement while we were out of town. The team at Lakeshore Restoration, LLC immediately answered our request for help.Their efforts put our basement back into a dry, safe environment in quick order. We were provided detailed proposals of the work that was to be done. Time frames were clearly communicated and successfully reached. Additionally, with each phase of the restoration, photos of the work once completed were sent.They were quick to respond, professional, and provided excellent communication of the process. Knowing that they were on top of everything was incredibly reassuring. Our experience with them was great and I would not hesitate to use them again.

    They did a great job. I cant give 5 stars because they shut my elderly cat in a cabinet and then just left her there, idk for how many hours. I get shutting a cat in a cabinet while youre cleaning the ducts in that room, but they didnt let her out when they were done and she was already scared of everything, pretty sure shes like traumatized now. Other than that, they did everything needed to remove the mold, decontaminated, cleaned up everything. Very nice to work with, got everything done within 2 weeks of me contacting them. Nice people, fast friendly service. Just a tad upset about my cat.

    I’m a retired engineer and very detail-oriented. I cannot say enough good things about my recent experience with Lakeshore Restoration. We had a leak in our laundry room, Rigo came out on a Saturday, we had a free estimate that same day. From there we moved quickly through the mitigation and rebuild phases. Rigo gave consistency solid advice, we were very happy with the final result.I really like working with local, family-owned companies on projects like this. They are much more flexible than the national chains, and significantly cheaper as well. I am very satisfied with how Lakeshore Restoration helped us recover from our water leak so quickly, and I highly recommend them

    We needed to quickly clear an apartment that was a hoarding situation. Lakeshore Restoration was understanding, worked with our needs, and got the job completed in three days. This included moving furniture and even cleaning the carpet at the end. Anyone who saw the apartment at the start would not have thought this was possible. Lakeshore Restoration did a great job and we would have never been able to clear the apartment without them.

    We had Rigo and his crew over to our house to repair damaged drywall and prevent mold due to moisture from our roof, and we couldnt be more happy with the results. The consultation was quick, the estimate delivered same-day, and the work performed the following week.Not only was his team kind, courteous, and extremely respectful, but the work was done so well you cant tell a repair was ever made. In addition to the fantastic craftmanship, they cleaned up so well youd never know anyone was in our home.We also had them clean our air ducts while they were there, and theyve never been cleaner. I hope we dont need to have moisture damage repaired in the future, but Ill certainly sleep easier knowing that Lakeshore Restoration is just a phone call away. I cant recommend them enough!

    Amazing work! We had a furnace that flooded the basement floor and caused mold in the walls. They were able to take walls down and put them back up as good as new in two days. They also talked with our HO insurance and took care of additional needs with them.

    I couldnt be happier with the service that Lakeshore did for me. After cleaning out my sons home, we found two areas of significant amounts of mold. Rigo came out within a day of my call, inspected the property and took pictures. Two days later he emailed me a quote. The following week they started work and completed the job in a week. You couldnt tell where they they had replaced portions of the walls. And, they matched the paint perfectly. All debris was removed and the house was move in ready. EXCELLENT WORK!!!!!!!!!!!

    Employed Lakeshore Restoration for my mothers house which needed cigarette smoke smell removed from my fathers heavy smoking.     I’m so glad I came across this business. My basement flooded due to a heavy rainstorm and I made a few calls around town and surrounding counties with no luck; either prices were too high or never got a call back. These guys were the only ones to get back to me right away! They are so kind professional and down-to-earth. They did an initial inspection and gave me a quote right away.     Once we heard about Lakeshore Restoration we contacted the company. Within a matter of weeks we were able to get them in the house, despite every other construction firm telling us that they couldn’t do our job. Four men were in our house for five days. They painted, repaired and taped new walls, developed a new closet and put in lighting. They also mitigated mold in carpeting and some mold they found in walls.They were always pleasant, courteous, and left our project ready for the new carpeting. We were so impressed that before they left we had them bid a very large paint job after our addition is finished.

    We had a bad water leak in the kitchen of our mobile home. Lakeshore Restoration gave an estimate and the next week started on the job. They removed all of the ruined flooring, etc., and then did a dehumidification overnight. The next day they put in all of the insulation and subflooring. The next day they came, they did the entire kitchen in a beautiful Pergo laminate with matching quarter round. It turned out spectacular! They are very professional and do excellent quality work.

    Had a mold issue in the ceiling joists in my basement. Contacted through the BBB website by email in the evening. Heard from owner the next morning, had my estimate by 3 pm in person. He was responding from a job sight in Sheboygan. He was able to do the job immediately. He and his son were honest, professional, and personable. They explained everything they were doing, cleaned everything up with directions for me for the next 24 hours - what to do and not to do in the area.
