    Rarely do I provide a review for a company that I didnt actually do business with, but feel its worth noting a positive experience we had with Campo. We were exploring the idea of solar and reached out to Campo for a quote. We worked with Dave S. and he was fantastic with walking us through what a solar solution might look like for our house. Dave was thorough in his process to assess the current condition of our roof (took many photos), was very knowledgeable and provided us with several options for roof replacement with a solar solution. While we ultimately didnt end up going the solar route, definitely recommend reaching out to Campo (and asking for Dave S) if youre in the market for a roof repair or replacement or exploring solar.

    I would highly recommend Campo Roofing. They did a complete roof replacement for us 14 years ago and we were exceptionally pleased with the workmanship and customer service! Recently, we had storm damage to our garage and roof. Campo again came through with exceptional and prompt customer service.     As a home owner who has done many home projects, Campopiano was the best contractor I have ever worked with. It started with the sales rep, Rob, who was very efficient working with me to find the best solution to my homes exterior renovation. He helped me pick the best solutions and products. After the order was placed, he kept me informed on material delivery dates and schedule of the work to be done.Once material was delivered and I met with the project manager, Jesse, it was smooth sailing! Jesse set the guys up for success and was always available for questions.I can’t give enough praise to all the guys and girls who installed the new windows, doors and vinyl siding! They were nice, respectful, and efficient in everything they did! The whole project took about two weeks to complete and at the end of each work day, they cleaned up so well that it looked as though they weren’t even here. They went above and beyond to make sure that every detail was tended to and they did every task perfectly!!I would highly recommend Campopiano!!

    After a horrific snow storm, my house developed severe ice dams, which led to a leak in my kitchen window. Greg came out to take a look. He really took his time during the inspection, checking not only the problem area, but also walking my entire house with me, including the attic, to make sure there were not any other glaring issues. Greg explained everything as he was inspecting, answered any questions I had, and helped to calm my nerves over an issue that has been very upsetting for me. I am still waiting on the repair to be scheduled, but I am confident that I am in good hands and trust that the job will be done well.     Campo Roofing is excellent and exceeded our expectations. Eddie Norman, our sales rep, met with our insurance adjuster before we signed a contract and guided us thru the confusing adjustment process. Throughout the process Eddie and Campo dealt directly with our insurance company and made the process painless for us. Everyone from the Campo team was responsive and we always were able to get someone on the phone to answer questions. We never waited for someone to call us back or answer a voicemail. The roofing and gutter team were likewise very professional and efficient and went to extra length to cover the house and landscaping. Truly outstanding customer service and advocation on behalf of their customers. We are wrapping up the final details for work that was completed now and just going thru the final inspection and billing process. We highly recommend Campo!

    Had Campo install a new roof and 6” gutters on my primary residence in Avon, Ohio. Project required a tear-off and new install.     We had a bad wind storm come through the neighborhood and tore several sections of shingles off my roof. I called Campo and within an hour, a representative from Campo (Greg Pyke) was at my house and on my roof. He had the roof tarped within 30 minutes and re-assured me that no water would get into my house. Greg worked with my adjuster which was such a help and my roof was replaced. I recommend Campo. Ask for Greg Pyke, he knows roofing and how to treat a customer. Thanks Greg and Campo for making a terrible event a positive experience.

    Campo replaced both my roof and siding due to storm damage.They did a great job working with my insurance company in having the scope of work and costs approved.The roofing crew and siding crew were highly skilled, worked fast and hard and did quality work. Began at dawn and ended at dusk. Project Manager was excellent and replied immediately to questions and concerns.Advice to future clients - get your estimate broken down in detail by line item. My final invoice was almost 15% more than the quote and Campo refused to provide a line by line comparison between quote and final. I was expecting it to be somewhat more due to scope of work and change orders, but not 15% more.Interaction with office staff was fair at best including management and owner.

    Campo Roofing is the way to go for roofing needs. Dave Smorado did an excellent job explaining everything and was superb and thorough with the inspection of my roof. I received 4 quotes on replacing my 30yr old roof and Campo Roofing stood out. The price, the warranty, and the material being used.     I normally dont post reviews, however this roofing company did an excellent job for my roof installation. From the salesman explaining the process, etc., coordinators prepping the job, roofers doing the install and the final inspection for any cleanup/issues - all these steps were so professional, employees very courteous and most of all any issue (which were very very minimal ) I had were quickly resolved. Extremely professional & knowledgeable, recommended them to a family member (yes, they replaced their roof with this company as well, very pleased ). Based on my experience, I would certainly recommend them for a roof replacement.

    Campo roofing was such a good choice. I knew absolutely nothing about the process of reroofing an old farm house. Greg Pike spent a good deal of time inspecting what I had up there on the roof and explaining what works best in NE Ohio. I certainly got the roof for Ohios ever changing weather. Greg helped me with shingles, gutters, gutter boards, downspouts and everything in between. Im absolutely thrilled with my new roof.     I live in Atlanta and Ive owned my own roofing business for nearly 20 years. Over those years, I have seen what unskilled and poorly trained and unsupervised crews can do to a job. Thats why when my Dad in Westlake needed a new roof plus siding and gutters, I reached out to Campo. I grew up in Cleveland and I knew of the Campo company from many years ago. I knew Campo wasnt just a flash in the pan company more focused on marketing and gimmicks rather than skilled labor and producing a quality job that will last for many years. Unfortunately, in the construction business, many companies focus more on marketing and less on craftsmanship. Not Campo. Campo did a beautiful job and my Dad and I could not be happier. I had high expectations and Campo exceeded them. Thank you Campo.

    I highly recommend Campopiano Roofing! My roof was damaged during a storm and initially the insurance company was reluctant to pay for a proper repair. Thanks to Campopiano Roofing working closely with my insurance adjuster it was determined a new roof was needed and it was approved to be replaced. The quality of the finished product was first rate!     My experience with Campopiano Roofing was excellent. Our home was hit hard with a storm. A man - storm chaser - came knocking on my door telling me that he would fix my roof for whatever the insurance company would pay. He wanted me to give him my policy number and stated that he would handle all phone calls with the adjusters, would be there for the inspection, and all I had to do was give him the full payment of the claim. He was VERY aggressive and to be honest, I was quite uncomfortable with his interest.I called Campopiano Roofing. They educated me on the storm chaser process. I showed them the paperwork and folder that the storm chaser left behind and they pointed out the small print - the storm chaser only guranteed his work for ONE YEAR and NO guarntee on materials.Campopiano Roofing was a pleasure to work with. From the office staff to everyone on the crew. It took them 3 days to do my home and each night before they left, they made sure my yard was clean and safe. They were very considerate to the neighbors informing them that they would be working in the area just in case they had children or pets. Knowing that I had an older dog, they let me know how long it would take to do each process of the roof, and when it was safe and clean for my dog to come in and out of my home.     I love my new home, I’ve been here since 2017. Campo Roofing put the vinyl siding on the house. On one side, the siding is warped and not tight to the house, hopefully they will make this right. I called the company in 2017, concerning this particular side when a few pieces of siding were loose, they came right out and tightened up the siding. Looking at this picture in the sunlight, more needed to be done to fix the issue. I’m waiting on a call back from the company to make this right.Update: My siding is repaired. Thanks to the information and pictures kept on file and sent to me in an email by Campopiano roofing, the development company NVR, put in an order to have the siding repaired.     Replacement of my old, worn flat asphalt roof with a new rubber roof. 1+ day install, with one of the employees coming back on Saturday to finish the job. Everything looks good, and it’s a massive improvement over the wreck that was there before. They’re also very flexible with scheduling; I have no complaints whatsoever.     We hired the campo for our roof replacement last year. In the beginning, it was a bit slow process. Our service request was initiated in April/May 2021, the roof replacement work did not start until Sept/Oct the same year. I guess their services were all booked. The work done by them was beautiful.
