We have used Williams Plumbing since we moved to Tuttle, and I will not use anyone else. I do a lot of my own work to save where I can, but some jobs require a professional. They are quick to respond and send out knowledgeable technicians. They have never overcharged me or added additional work that was not needed. -

First time using Williams Plumbing Service, and we had to use them two days in a row for two TOTALLY separate issues. The first one was needing a replacement for our propane regulator. They didn’t have the part in stock, but they had it the next day for us! The second day we had a busted pipe and with it being a new to us house, we had no idea where the water shut off was. I called Amy and she had someone out to help us turn the water off within 5 minutes! They had to come later the same afternoon to implement the fix to the problem, but at least they helped us avoid further damage! They were extremely kind and timely in both instances! We will be using this company for a while to come! -

A lifelong resident of the OKC Metro, but new to the Tuttle area, I try to help keep local businesses thriving when able, so I reached out to Williams Plumbing to install a new garbage disposal. My experience with Williams Plumbing and their staff was well beyond my expectations. The plumber that arrived to install the disposal, was very polite, professional and was very diligent in keeping (and leaving) his work area cleaned. He fully explained the issue with the old garbage disposal, installed the new unit, and replaced the water shut off valves. I highly recommend Williams Plumbing and most definitely will reach out to them for any of my future plumbing needs. Thank you for the fantastic service Williams! -

Williams Plumbing is the best. These guys are honest and fast. I called Friday afternoon because of a problem with my water softener. I had 2 superstars here within 30 minutes. They fixed the problem within an hour. I wont use anyone else again. -

Called with short notice during our kitchen makeover, needing our sink/faucet hooked back up. Able to get to us the day we needed. Service tech was nice, professional, and efficient. Very happy we called and will definitely use them for future needs. -

I called in on a Monday to get service first thing Thursday morning. I stayed home from work to meet the service guy, and after 45 mins of no phone call I called in. The lady I talked to let me know my appointment was written down in the notes Monday, but never entered into the system. I offered to wait until they could get to me, or reschedule. Because I was missing work for this, I rescheduled for the next morning. Service was quick, courteous, and professional, but I wish they wouldve offered some discount or credit due to my inconvenience which was completely their error. Other than that, this was a very pleasant experience. -

We had a slab leak and after waiting 3 days for the plumber we usually use to come out and then finding out it would be another week till they could get to us, we called Williams Plumbing. I am so glad we did! They came out the same day and repaired the leak by rerouting thru the attic and we now have water again! Thank you so much Zach!!! You were very knowledgeable about the plumbing issue, explained everything to us, answered our questions and did a super job of putting everything back together including the cutout in the wall! Oh and also very friendly. We will definitely use Williams Plumbing again!! Thank you so much! -

Darrell and Daniel came out the same day I called Williams Plumbing to replace my broken hot water tank. Both were friendly and professional. They explained my options, provided recommendations and worked very proficiently to remove my old tank and install the new one. They did an excellent job, I would highly recommend Williams plumbing. -

Broke the pipe for my outdoor faucet. Called around to get someone out the same day. And during OK snowmageddon, everyone was busy. But I was able to get someone to come out and fix my pipe the same day. They definitely saved my day and were very fast and helpful. Price was less than I expected. They have gained a customer for life in Tuttle. I will stand by my recommendation for this amazing company. -

I called them at 9:30am and it is now 12:00 and they have already fixed my issue. They are so friendly, responsive & very fairly priced, they are now my go to plumbers. I was so nervous about calling a plumber, that I let the issue go on for 3 months and it literally only took 20 minutes to fix. -
