    Were very happy with the service that we received from All Pro. Our furnace ended up broken just as winter weather began to set in. The price they offered for a replacement beat the competition by a significant margin. They worked hard to obtain the unit and got it installed in a professional and timely fashion. We felt confident in leaving town for the Thanksgiving holiday knowing that our cats (and water pipes) would be safe and warm with the new furnace. All Pro also stopped back the next week to check in. Thank you All Pro for the exceptional service and value!

    Blake Smith, plumber for All Pro did an Awesome job on our new water heater install today. He was very thorough trouble shooting our problem with our existing unit and was quick to get a new water heater installed same day.     From Mitch Harned:I wanted to leave a review of the work you did for us with a glitch I had with our bathroom remodeling project. Blake Smith was sent out . I explained that I was at my wits end trying to get a new shower faucet install to not leak at the connections. I also wanted him to finish out the connections going above the shower to our second-floor half bath. Im redoing the new remodeling with PEX. Blake took in all my concerns and requests, and we were doing test runs before I knew it. Everything worked perfectly. Besides all this, Blake was a truly friendly, likable and polite person who I enjoyed having in the house to get my renovation back on a forward path. Over the past few years, Ive sought out All-Pro for well repairs, a water heater install, and a new heater and AC system. You guys know what youre doing. And its folks like Blake that consistently make your company look good.

    Kudos to Max and John. Called in the morning they were here a little after 1pm. They cleaned my boiler, replaced a thermocouple and replaced my old thermostat to a digital one.     Had All-Pro come out to assess my failing AC. They looked at my issues and clearly explained my options. We decided after getting a couple quotes to replace the HVAC system and selected All-Pro to do the work. This was based upon price and the previous, honest approach to service we had received earlier. We let them know on Friday and they were on site Monday at 8 AM to do the work. They completed the install by 3:30 pm and then found that the new unit had a bad motor from the factory. All-Pro secured a replacement motor, and stayed until we had a fully functioning unit, around 6:30 pm. I really appreciate their commitment to getting us cool and finishing the job that day. I would confidently recommend them to anyone for service or a new unit. They went the extra mile for us in an age when customer service is in decline almost everywhere. Thanks All-Pro!

    Today we were scheduled for our heating system check up. Tech Ian arrived after a phone call telling us he was on his way. He did a thorough check up of our system, changed the filters for us and advised us on when we should next have them changed. He went above and beyond our expectations when he checked the drain and used water and white vinegar to dissolve accumulated gunk in the trap.

    I would HIGHLY recommend All Pro Heating AC Plumbing! This past February during the frigid cold spell, my furnace decided it wasnt going to play nice. I called on a Sunday and within hours someone was here to check things out. Although the outcome wasnt what I had hoped--not only a new HVAC system was needed, but also a new water heater--I couldnt have asked for a greater experience with two huge home improvement purchases from this company. Once I was prepared for them to install the HVAC system....They were prompt, clean, respectful, and answered all of my questions. Price was relatively comparable to other companies but, the impeccable service was what sold me. Be sure to contact them for your HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc needs!

    Great service from All Pro. I left a message on their website in the morning and they sent someone over by the afternoon.The technician (Landon) was superb. He called 30 minutes ahead and showed up right on time. He inspected the whole houses AC system, caught a problem early and solved it, and let me review the work -- all in an hour and at a fair price.What really impressed me is that as Landon was coming in, he took off his boots and carried them with him to go into the crawl space so as not to walk on the carpet. I understand that a lot of home maintenance workers are required or recommended to wear shoes inside peoples homes when theyre working, so I didnt expect him to do that. But he did, and I appreciated the courtesy. Thank you

    I called All Pro on a Wednesday evening about a pipe dripping in our basement. The gentleman on the phone explained the price difference if they were to come then on an emergency call or the next day. I scheduled for Thursday afternoon, and someone was here in less than 24 hours!Our technician, Blake Smith, communicated phenomenally from the get-go. He called when he was finishing up his prior job asking for a picture of the leak so he could be sure to have the parts needed. When he originally called, he said he’d be to my home within the hour. Once he got the photo, he texted saying he’d be there in 20 minutes which was excellent! Blake arrived and was courteous from the start. Explained to me what was going on, what he was going to have to do, and the pricing. Blake was done with the repair within the hour and gone probably in 90 minutes total. Reasonable price (less than the original quote) and great service! Will return to All Pro if I’m ever in this situation again (fingers crossed I’m not)!

    I couldnt be happier with the professionalism and honesty by All Pro Heating, Air and Plumbing. From Logan coming to my home, pricing of a new furnace/ac unit, so courteous and professional. He even had a loaner a/c window unit with him and installed it for me. I was so impressed. Tony and Garrett who both installed the unit were so nice and courteous as well and made sure everything was installed to perfection, cleaned up afterwards and very professional.     All Pro has come to our rescue a couple times in the last few months. Both times were handled with excellence. The most recent reason being due to some of our pipes freezing and bursting in the -35 weather with a power outage the weekend of Christmas. As pipes thawed, the situation would worsen each time, and just when we thought all was fixed, I realized an additional leak occurring. The owner didn’t even bat an eye about immediately turning back around to come and fix it, too. All Pro was prompt, professional, efficient, and trustworthy with their work. I cannot fathom how many calls they received or people they took care of that Christmas weekend, but they had empathy as if we were the only ones. All Pro turned our very stressful situation around quickly, and am extremely grateful. We highly recommend.

    Last February we had them out to look at furnance/AC heat pump that we use in some spare bedrooms. That repair did not last, and when we complained, the owner himself (Miles) came out at no charge and set things right. Very impressive. We would definitely use them again.

    Update - The owner, John, made a follow-up visit and determined it was a misdiagnosis and took the time to fix the issue. I appreciate the professionalism and responsiveness. Heat pump and A/C have been working since the follow-up.---------------------------------------------------------------Overcharged and didn’t fix the issue. I requested service for my heat pump not producing warm air. The technician who showed up said he wasn’t familiar with my Nest thermostat and spend a lot of time reading the manual. After going back and forth from the heat pump to one of the vents in the house a few times, he decided to replace the heat strips in the furnace, which he didn’t have so had to go and get on time I was paying for. Charged me $350 for the part plus 3.5 hours of labor. He only checked to make sure heat was coming out in emergency mode. 3 weeks and almost $700 later my heat pump is still blowing cool air and my electric bill is going up. Do not recommend.

    The blower/squirrel cage had locked up and destroyed itself. In doing so it also damaged my secondary heat exchanger. I was without air (in August). I called the company I had been doing business with for 5+ years and they gave me a quote of $3,300 for new blower motor and heat exchanger OR $7,500 for new furnace. I was leaning towards the new furnace, but wanted a 2nd opinion on the pricing so I called ALL Pro. Within 10 minutes of the owner being here, he told me that both of those parts were under warranty. (the other company never mentioned this) Cole came out and installed the new blower and showed me how the last company had actually let a critical part off which may have caused the blower to fail. I had cold A/C again! I was only charged for the labor. All Pro explained that the heat exchanger was on backorder but would install as soon as it came in. This part came in two days ago and they got me on the schedule quickly and finished the job up today. Cole and the owner were both very professional throughout the whole process. They had me fully taken care of for less than $700...they literally saved me several thousands of dollars. Great Local company...I will be signing up for their preventive maintenance program.

    I had a sewer line back up. I called AllPro and they had a tech. at my house in an hour(on a Friday evening). The young mans name was D, he was very polite,professional, and knowledgeable. He found the problem and resolved it within 2 hours. He made sure it was done right and no leaks. I will all them again if I ever have any more issues. Super great company. Highly recommend ALLPRO !!     I really am Greatful for the young man who showed up to Atwood to fix our heat on Christmas weekend or after, then, again Yesterday to install our new thermostat we bought. The field workers seem very nice, now one bad complaint is..i didnt have a very good phone experience with their female receptionist Yesterday morning, she took my call, but was Very Rude to me..she had no clue or idea what we have been going through, she should have spoken to me in a better more at ease mannor. Im Not impressed with her ‼️

    I have had baseboard heating and my powerbill was outrageous. I called All Pro and spoke to Jim. He helped with my choices and quote. Within a couple of weeks, Vince and Cole installed a 4-zone heat pump mini-split ductless system in my house in mid-December. They came in prior to installation to go over everything, and had the job completed within 3 days, including cleanup and paperwork. If you have any issues or need a new system, you MUST give them a call! These units work great! Even with this frigid air, they are still able to keep the house comfortable!     Our AC went out on Sunday of Memorial Day weekend. I called and someone was here in 10 minutes to assess the situation. Unfortunately we had to replace our very old A/C and furnace, but All Pro gave us competitive pricing and set up two large portable A/C units to get us through the hot weather until installation.     Called at 6pm on a Tuesday and they were there within 30 minutes. He did a great job and made sure to tell us that our unit is an older one so dont invest to much money in it if it continues to have trouble.     Accidentally put a hole in my a/c freon line. Other companies tried to tell me I needed a whole new unit and financing was available. All-Pro came out within a day, patched it, filled it with freon and it works great! Highly recommend for all heating and cooling.

    Literally the best company in the area.I have had All Pro out 3 - yes, you’ve read that correctly - 3 times, this WEEK. The first time was a routine AC spring service. The second time because of an issue with the original service that they had fixed in roughly 10 minutes. And, the third, to look at a leak under my sink.Each time I talked to someone, from the ladies in the office to the technicians themselves, everyone was nice, considerate, and helpful.     We had just purchased a house and when the heat came on, there was a very annoying squealing sound coming from the large air vent in the living room. I contacted All -Pro to see if it could be fixed at a reasonable cost. Austin stopped by in about an hour for he was working just a short distance away. Although it was still running, we wanted to update to a super high efficiency system before our old system became a problem during our upcoming retirement.
