SR&R is all about pleasing their customer. Aaron Owens clearly communicates and does what he says he will do. Corey Robinson and his crew were prompt and did their work efficiently and cleanly. After my roof was replaced, Corey saw something that didnt look quite right, so he had the crew return to redo that portion to Coreys and Aarons satisfaction. Black Sable Duroflex shingles are what I chose and Im very pleased with the result. You wont go wrong using SR&R!

We are so glad we picked Southern Roofing for our new roof replacement!!! Zac was awesome from day 1!!! He kept in touch with us the whole process!! Him and the crew come out and with in 7-8 hours we had a new roof , Everything cleaned up!! You couldn’t even tell they’d been there except for our beautiful black onyx roof!!! We love Love it!! Go with this company for roofing, ect!! Ask for Zac !!!! You won’t be disappointed!!!! 👍👍👍

Highly recommend SRR for all roofing needs. Call Zac Barrett if you need anyone to explain the process, insurance claims, etc. He is very knowledgeable and takes the time to make sure his clients needs are met.

This company does very good quality work. If you need a repair or a whole new roof I would definitely give them a call. They seem to get on a job and get it finished about as quick as anybody I know.

Steve drove by our house one day. Walked up to my husband who was sitting on the front porch and told him he needed a new roof. Everything just went from there. Everyone we talked with was real professional, polite and answered every dumb question I could ask and not make me feel intimidated because of my lack of knowledge. They even have a showroom in Southaven with all their products and a layout of how the roof is installed. Definitely recommend these guys again. The crew that did the job was real polite and professional. Did a great job cleaning after themselves. 5 stars is not enough. Will recommend to everyone!!!

Aaron was great throughout the entire process…explaining the damage, costs for repairs vs. new roof replacement, he tried to assist with the insurance claim but StateFarm refused to cooperate😔 (stay away from StateFarm when it comes to home coverage), and kept us informed throughout the entire process. They tarped the damaged spots so there would be no further damage while we dealt with StateFarm, after realizing StateFarm was not even going to cover the cost of just repairs, we decided to go with a full roof replacement and Aaron was kind enough to come out to our home and assist us with financing options, our roof was finished in one day, they cleaned up very well behind themselves, and our roof looks great! I highly recommend Southern Roofing & Renovations 😃
