    They replaced my hot water heater with a tankless water heater. Glenn sized my heater for me and gave me a quote. They installed it the very next day. They went above and beyond to ensure it was perfect. When they removed the drip pan of the old water heater, they added some 2 x 4s so I would have a path to walk on in my attic and also removed some blown in insulation from my HVAC unit. They stayed until the job was perfect and I couldnt ask for a better experience.I have used Kirk Electric in the past for an air conditioning unit replacement as well as several times I have needed electrical work done. I will continue to use them. They are really great.

    Kirks Electric is exceptional!My air went out on a Saturday and I called them early Sunday (not expecting a call back) and they returned my call in a timely manner.I explained what was going on and they sent a repairman out within an hour.The repairman actually took the time to check everything thoroughly.He inspected every aspect of the outside and inside units.He explained what was causing the issue and repaired it.Not only do I appreciate how well he explained everything, I also appreciate how well he diagnosed the problem.After all was said and done, I received the first hour free, as I was a new customer, and the bill was very reasonable.Thank you Kirk Electric for the service and I will be using you again!

    Kirk Electric installed our new Air Conditioner and offered us a military discount. What sold us on this company was the warranty that came with our new A/C. They were very informative when providing us options for us to get the best system for our money. They offered financing with a 2 year same as cash option. Highly Recommend!!!

    We had an older system that Kirks Electric tried to keep running. They were successful for over 2 years. When we decided to replace that unit, they installed our new system. They have done regular maintenance checks. They have upgraded our electrical box and other electrical upgrades. I would highly recommend them for your electrical needs.

    I had a central unit installed in the fall. I got quotes from 6 companies and kirk electric gave me the best price by far. They worked around my work schedule and were always there when they said they would be. There was more that had to go into it than was thought and they went above and beyond while keeping the original price quote. All of the work they did was great quality. I cannot say enough about how happy I am that i went with kirk electric. After living with the unit for several months now I am just overjoyed. Good honest people are hard to come by.

    Kirk Electric handled the replacement of my entire system and I am more than pleased with the process and result. It was simple, quick, and extremely thorough. Glenn is an obvious perfectionist and treats the home he is working on like his own. Kirk Electric was also able to handle the HVAC, electric, and plumbing of the system, while other businesses that I talked to could only do part of the job. In the end, Glenn saved me time and money and I didnt have to sacrifice the quality of the work. Highly recommend!

    Mr. Glenn is amazing! Each time that we have used him, he arrives soon after the call, he jumps right in and gets the job done, and he makes sure the area is clean before he leaves. He is a wonderful guy. We are so glad that we found someone to help us with all of our AC and heating needs.

    Now living 10 years in the are of Tupelo i didnt know who to call when ac unit when down on my business. I use this company for my home and business. Always really professional. When you need somebody to do the job right and for a reasonable price you need to call this guys.They installed a commercial AC unit and never had problems with it. They go above regular companies, not only fix the problem but also tell you what cause it and how to prevent common problems. The prices are always under other companies.

    Corey and his team are extremely professional. Many of his employees, and he himself, are military veterans. They also provide veterans discounts to prior service and current military. While my husband was away with the military, our AC quit working and Corey and his team got it back up and running again the very same day. He was a life-saver! Without his quick response, me and my children would have been stuck in the brutal MS heat. I Highly recommend his services to anyone in the area needing AC work.

    Mr. KuyKendall came out on a Saturday evening to help us figure out what was going on with the wiring of a newly bought dryer. He went above and beyond, gave us advice for future reference, and was very professional! He cleaned up after himself and even found additional issues with the supply line. He then called the city (again - on a Saturday evening) and the city came out immediately, found the same problem that was causing issues for not only us, but our neighbors as well!
