He is very professional, timely (which is a rarity among contractors, it seems), and honest. He is so good to work with that my mother-in-law subsequently hired him to do other repairs. I can not say enough great things about Josh and his crew! We were faced with totally unexpected renovations to about 70% of our home with no clue where to begin. After interviewing multiple contractors we chose Nxt Lvl. Josh was very thorough during the initial walk thru, listened very very well to mine and my husbands wants and needs, and was easy to talk to. My husband chose him before we even got the bids back, but he also came in at the best price! I was also comforted by his A rating with the BBB. Josh was very helpful and advocating With the insurance to make sure no corners were cut and the job was done to an extremely high standard and the results are absolutely phenomenal!! Communication was very good As well. I was often provided with updates and an plan for when I could expect things to happen, which I appreciated greatly!! Nxt Lvl made all of my Pinterest dreams come to life and was also helpful to make changes along the way if something I thought I wanted wouldn’t make sense with our space. We couldn’t be more thrilled with the finished project!! Our home is stunning and I would refer him a hundred time over!we even plan to Have him return for additional projects we would like to accomplish!

Joshua Jones patiently walked us through the process of roofing and educating us step by step. He was honest and his integrity was evident in the work he produced. When our insurance company was trying to pay as little as they could, he intervened and assisted to get the maximum amount so that we didn’t have to compromise the quality of the work due to our budget. My experiences with contractors have always been where they are late, no shows and/or unresponsive to phone calls or texts- that was never the case with Joshua. He was always early to meetings, very responsive to phone calls, texts or emails. When we scheduled the date to begin, the crew was timely, professional and meticulous with their work. We couldn’t be more happier with the end result. Thank you! We will definitely be referring you to all our friends and family in the greater Tulsa/Broken Arrow area.

Josh and his crew helped freshen up the interior of our newly purchased home. In 2 days they prepped and painted halls, living and dining rooms (with high vaulted ceilings) as well as a large master bedroom. They took down the curtains and blinds and put them back up. When they left, our house looked fabulous. Great crew, nice and professional. This was the second time Nxt Lvl was here. Carpentry work around doors, some roofing repairs and electrical issues were fixed after we first moved in. Always feel confident when they are on board.
