    William was awesome at helping us understand what our next steps should be with our water heater. When we ultimately decided to replace it, he was back the very next morning and got it taken care of. He was very nice, helpful, and clearly had strong knowledge about the services he provides. If I had one critique, it would be that we had to clean up a lot of stuff tracked into the house afterward, but other than that everything was excellent. Highly recommend!

    We had a water leak on our side of the water meter and the utility department said it would be our responsibility to have it fixed. Our water had to be cut off over night until someone could come repair it. We called several places, but within 20 minutes, Roscoe Brown called back and said they could meet us to look at the issue. Within an hour, William Gragg arrived and started working on it, fixing the issue quickly. We are completely satisfied with the service we received and appreciative to have our water back on.     What can I say about this.company! They saved us when our other company that installed our unit, let us down. I called them last week when our ac tore up. They came out the same day,ordered the part and was back working by the following Wednesday. Weve been under a few heat advisories. We bought 3 portable units to help us keep cool until our main unit was fixed. Although we had 3 running constantly, it was still 85-90 degrees in our house. Very very uncomfortable. Now our unit is back up and we feel so much better. Roscoe Brown is now the company we will call when we need them. They seem like they actually care about people. We also signed up for their maintenance program. Dave was our Tech and he was so nice, friendly and professional. He deserves a raise!! Thank you again Roscoe Brown!!     William Gragg, Dustin, and Ethan was awesome. We purchased a commercial building and they helped clean out a stopped up septic line. Then we traced where all the lines were so in the future I would have a good idea of problem areas and cleanouts. Five stars all the way!!!

    Have a split HVAC system and upstairs wasn’t cooling the way I would like. Benjamin Fraser from Roscoe Brown came out and diagnosed the damper motor actuator wasn’t opening the damper correctly. To make sure that was the only thing causing the issue, he walked the attic when it was 1,000 degrees up there looking for leaks/tears and disconnected ducting. He swapped out the actuator and got me up to speed. Professional, knowledgeable and courteous, he’s definitely one Roscoe Brown needs to invest in long term for the companies reputation.     My water heater malfunctioned, and I had to cut off water to my whole house. Jacob Davis came out and drained the water tank, and then capped off the supply line to the water heater so I could restore water to the rest of the house. Great temporary fix till my new water heater is installed. Jake is great at his job ,awesome attention to detail and easy to talk to .

    6/1/23-at 2:54 I called Roscoe Brown because the temperature kept creeping up in my house. I had a new unit put in last year and couldn’t imagine the reason. They said they would transfer the call to Tullahoma and they would call me back. At 4:20 my doorbell rang and it was Ryan with Roscoe Brown. I was so shocked, I was expecting only a phone call to set up an appointment. He got right to work and found the problem, a small freon leak which he repaired immediately. Ryan was the nicest young man, clean, professional and such great manners. Thank you Roscoe Brown for hiring people like Ryan.

    I had absolutely the best experience this morning with Danny Powers from Roscoe. My unit was freezing up and he cleaned my unit, checked pressures and identified the problem with the module.     Last night, my parents’ heat pump stopped working. My 103 year old grandmother lives with them, and she medically doesn’t tolerate cooler temperatures. This morning, Lee Gill assessed what units were in stock, worked with my mom to find the system my parents wanted, and had a crew at the house to start working within an hour. He told my parents a timeline of what to expect from beginning to end and stuck to that timeline. We all greatly appreciate Lee’s quick and professional response to the situation. No one likes being without heat, but Lee recognized that there was an added layer of urgency to this particular call. He helped keep my grandmother safe and gave my parents peace of mind.     Roscoe Brown Rocks. Like many others, we had a busted pipe from the cold and freezing. The two techs came out and gave us options and the pricing was VERY FAIR. They found many busted pipes in pool house. I HIGHLY recommend RBHCP to anyone in the area of Murfreesboro!!!     Our AC went out in the evening, 82 degrees in the house. We called and they sent out a tech within 30 mins. He was very knowledgeable and had it fixed in no time.     My heater stopped working after the temperature dropped to -2 degrees. I called five heating companies but no one came, as they were all fully booked due to the Christmas season with many experiencing the same problem I was.     I needed a new package unit installed and I had the pleasure of dealing with Greg Smith , when Greg arrived he answered all questions and was very professional . The installers on the day of installation was Frankie and Slade and they did an excellent job on the installation and was professional as well , they even took the time to let me know that my inlet and return lines were undersized and not sufficient enough for the unit I was installing , the unit worked as it should when they left and left my place in great shape when they left ( all trash and debris was removed ) Definitely glad I chose Roscoe Brown

    I needed a new HVAC system and contacted three companies. Their pricing was in the middle, however they had good reviews, a detailed estimate with all the details and warranty information, and have been in business a long time, so we decided to use them. Doug and Frankie were very knowledgeable and made sure the install was neat and precise. They ran new wires and gas lines and attached everything correctly.     A/C went out on Saturday night, sent a message to them first thing Sunday morning (Memorial Weekend). John called me first thing Sunday morning to fit us in. We talked on the phone for a few minutes and he showed up about 30 minutes later. John troubleshot the problem, however he didnt have the circuit board on his truck. He went back to the shop, got the correct parts and had us up and running within the hour. John worked quickly and very professional. Thank you for the great service.

    The man came out and told us the issue we had gave us a fair price to fix it and we are waiting for the part he ordered to come in .
