Ok to start off I own South Side Builders. We are a custom home builder servicing middle Tennessee. I have had many subcontractors over the years for electrical and all other trades. Todd Sabin of Sabin Electric is the man. I have not used another electrician since. He is a no nonsense get it done type of company. I highly, highly recommend! I wish every tradesmen I use worked as efficiently and drama free as them. You won’t need anyone else. Kudos and cheers to many years to come Todd and the boys!

Trying to handle a home repair from 650 miles away is always a challenge. Telephone contact with them was easy and responsive. Todd responded quickly and came out to do estimate the same day. Price was fair, but slightly higher than another quote we received. After dealing with a few other disappointing electricians in town, his professionalism was refreshing and we were gladly willing to pay a little more. The crew showed up as scheduled and did a clean job. We did the rough in in 1 phase and trim out later. Both times we were very pleased. Would highly recommend Sabin Electric to anyone looking for a quality job.

Im a general contractor in charge of a large subdivision. Sabin Electric has been doing my electric work for over two years. I cant think of one time they failed an inspection. In my world, thats huge. They show up when scheduled or call and tell me they are running behind. That is also a big plus in my book. Delays are common and expected in this business but communication sadly isnt. Finally, the work is done proffesionally. The owner inspects every job. This can be a thankless business sometimes but I apprectiate having Sabin Electric on my team.

We had an issue and they came out and fixed it the same day. Quality work, very timely, very professional. Would definitely recommend. He explained to us about our Generac and how it needs to be serviced like a car. He serviced it while he was here doing the other things we needed. We will definitely call them again!!!!
