    DJ provided us with the perfect small pool that enhanced the landscape of our property and ticked all the boxes for our ideal backyard private retreat and family play pool. Just right for water aerobics too! Our project was completed ahead of schedule with reliable , professional contractors and wonderful on site support from our project manager Mike.     We had a great experience with Encantada Pools. Due to my chronic bone disease, Paget’s of the Bone, my specialist encourage me to exercise in a pool five days per week. We live 45 minutes from the closest therapy pool so we decided to have a pool built. Our daughter in law’s friend just installed a pool with Encantada and highly recommended them. We couldn’t be happier with the final project. Our pool is beautiful as well as the landscaping. They met every challenge since our yard is so small. Plus the communication was top notch. From the owners, Nic and DJ, to the designer, Daniel, to Mike, the startup specialist, to all the hands on crews, they were all amazing. They even went out of their way to find the hand rail we wanted.Thank you Encantada Pools for all the hard work you provided to make us happy. You provided quality customer service! Thank you!

    Encantada Pools is AMAZING. DJ and his team know their stuff inside and out. The attention to detail, design, and ability to provide the most bang for the buck is legendary. There are no cut corners. We turned what was a nice yard into a contemporary oasis!

They worked with some tight time constraints while producing high quality results within an affordable budget. We enjoyed working with the team there, everyone is enthusiastic and do a great job following-up on the details. They helped us turn a bland backyard into a tranquil oasis.

    We had our pool designed and built in the summer/fall of 2019. The project was finished ahead of the scheduled date and any follow up was handled immediately. We had a small issue with our tile this fall and DJ stood behind his work and had the problem taken care of.. Encantada pools is.a quality builder with integrity. It was reassuring to know that our problem would be taken care of even 3 years later.Carol & Joe Fall

    We were thinking about getting an inground pool and spa done at our new home and reached out to Encantada Pools for a free design and consultation. Daniel reached out to me in a timely manner and made arrangements to take measurements in the same week. Within another week he had a design prepared with everything we had in mind and had us come in to present the design as well as pick out all the different options. Afterwards, he gave us a reasonable bid and followed up with us whenever we had any questions. We ultimately decided that it was not the right time for us but would recommend Encantada Pools based solely on the service received by Daniel.

    This company is a 5 star without any doubt. The owner and his team are on another level of professionalism. Daniel who designed the pool is an amazing person. He will respond almost immediately every time. He will answer any questions during the process. Also he will be at site/your home weekly during every phase. The company work fast enough to make your pool under 6 month. Overall amazing company!!!!

    Encantada Pools exceeded our expectations in designing our backyard for us. We really wanted a great place for family and friends to come hang out and they gave us a backyard I like to refer to as our “stay-cation” yard. Not only did they design our beautiful pool and spa, but an amazing outdoor BBQ pergola area with a bar perfect for my husband to watch the games with his friends. We have received so many compliments on the design from various contractors, neighbors, family and friends. Chad and Jordan and the team are top notch and were very responsive to our questions. We highly recommend Encantada Pools for your backyard design.

    We had Encantada build us a pool and splash pad in 2016. They also designed our landscaping. It was a great experience from start to finish. And, weve had no issues since completion. Ive contacted them a few times with random questions and theyve always immediately responded. Really great company with really great people!

    I shopped around a lot for a pool and Encantada Pools by far was the pool company that gave me a lot more for my money. They really made sure that we got what we wanted. Excellent customer service and the crew was very respectful and great workers. My back yard looks awesome thanks to Encantada Pools. I highly recommend them.

    My pool is beautiful! It was built on time, even though we had some pretty rough weather in the winter. They even upgraded our interior for free when pebble tec was out of our original choice! Encantada Pools is one of the best values out there, with lots of extras. I would recommend to all.

    DJ and his team did an amazing job with our pool. DJ was always available and communicative and conservative with timing estimates which meant we were always pleasantly surprised (rather than disappointed). There was a snag in the process in which our water ended up shut off unexpectedly. As soon as we noticed and let him know, one of DJ’s team members came out to fix it that night and in the rain no less. We’re extremely grateful for his thoughtful hardworking team and would recommend Encantada Pools to anyone else looking to install a pool. They’ve even been kind and supportive and helpful since the project finished, answering one off questions and providing recommendations for pool care and maintenance.

    Completely pleased with Encantada Pools! After starting the process with several other pool companies, we decided to go with Encantada and Chads beautiful design. We couldnt be happier.
