    After getting bids from several companies, we chose Closet Trends to install the new primary custom closet in our home. From the start, we were pleased that this was a local company, and that the owner spoke with us directly to earn our business. With no haggling, Cliset Trends offered to beat a competing bid by several hundred dollars. From the initial appointment, to the install, their staff was prompt and communicative. The company had a much larger selection of materials and finishes to choose from than their competitors, and the quality was excellent. The design team was easy to work with and answered all my questions. After reviewing designs, making a few tweaks and changes, we could not be happier with the finished product! Our closet turned out beautifully, and is so much more functional!

    I had two estimates to have my closet designed. I ended up choosing Closet Trends because when the designer came out her knowledge and thoroughness on asking me all the little questions that I never thought about was perfect. I was impressed with their level of detail. From making sure everything was cleaned up daily to the little detail of placing beauty rings behind the screw heads inside the drawer hardware. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome of the closet. Everyone in the office was kind and responsive whenever I had a question. The end result is beautiful!

    We recently obtained quotes for a new master bedroom closet. We had a long skinny space and were unsure how to use it. After speaking with Cynthia - our designer - we chose Closet Trends. She made the process easy and fun. She produced designs to choose from within days, and then the custom manufacturing took less than 4 weeks. The installers were prompt each day, clean, and respectful towards my home. This was a wonderful experience from the beginning to the end! And our closet is beautiful with so much more functioning space. Would definitely use Closet Trends again - great company with great employees!

    Excellent experience with Closet Trends. From the front desk personnel to the designer to the owner, everyone was extremely helpful and professional. My installer Marcus was great to work with and made the install process as stress-free as possible. He checked in with me each day prior to arrival, always cleaned everything at the end of the day and finished ahead of schedule. Very pleased with the end result and my experience with Closet Trends. I have plans to use them again for my next project.

    Literally everyone we worked with, from design to installation to scheduling/admin details, were professional, efficient, and transparent. It was a flawless process and we are extremely happy with our two walk-in closet organizers they built.I used this company when I bought my condo two years ago and was so impressed with their work. At that time, they were the best out of three bids. So when I bought a larger home this time around, I didnt even get more bids for my closets. I just contacted Renee directly to come design more closets for me. If I need similar work done in the future, Ill contact Closet Trends again in a heartbeat. Im a very satisfied customer due to the combination of price and quality!

    We had our closet completely redone and love it! The installers were professional and very considerate! Our only issue was that our designer incorrectly measured the closet which caused a delay with the installment. The delay was a bit inconvenient for us, but otherwise the work was great! Despite the setback installers made every effort to accommodate and finish on time. We would definitely use them again for future projects.

The did a great job of demo-ing, patching and painting. They were very neat and vacuumed up before leaving.

    Recently Closet Trends installed garage cabinets for me at my new home purchase. Mateo and Richie did a FANTASTIC job from calling ahead, hours of precise installation, to clean up and making sure EVERYTHING was perfect!! The nicest guys ever!     5 stars all around. Quick call back, closet designer heard the need and quickly sketch a design that had all my needs, they are very good at following up and are timely. When they came for measurements I had some questions and made some changes, those were quickly integrated. Scheduling dept was detail in their instructions. Installers arrived on time and work diligently. They were polite and clean up once their work was completed. Billing dept made sure I was satisfied and then charged me. I mean they are truly a well oiled machine. The price was reasonable and the outcome was everything I wanted. I would recommend them to anyone and I would use them again. Thanks again team for making the whole experience easy. I absolutely love my closet!

Renee came out and not only gave us an estimate, but coached us through the detailed process.She took the time to ask questions to ensure that she was familiar with our needs before she drew up a plan. She not only guided us toward design features that would exceed our expectations, but also steered us away from things that were not going to meet our needs. She was very transparent and functioned as a true consultant. We were impressed with the installation team (who showed up ON TIME, AS SCHEDULED), and were clearly experts at their craft. Our installation took two days, and they were respectful of our home the entire time.     From start to finish, our experience with the Closet Trends team was outstanding. Jacque, the owner, came to our home and took the time to ask us how we like to use our closet and what we were looking to accomplish. Within a few days she presented us with a complete design and went over it to show us how it would fit our needs. We were very impressed with the design! At that point we agreed on a very fair price and she set us up for a construction date. As expected, her installers arrived on-time, were extremely polite and respectful of our home. They were very quiet, clean and efficient. The project was done in about four hours and the final prodcut looked marvelous. It took us 18 years to get a new closet and now were confounded as to why we waited so long! Our closet is clean and its so easy to see where everything is, including our shoes!     Our existing master bedroom closet consisted of one nine foot wall of our master bathroom, with a two pre-fab storage towers and horizontal rods to hang clothes. We wanted this 20 year old budget closet removed and built back better.We investigated solutions from IKEA and Container Store along with another Tucson closet specialist. We stopped by Closet Trends and all their designers were out on appointments, so we left our name and phone number. A few hours later Patsy from Closet Trends called back to schedule an in-home appointment.On Patsys first visit she carefully measured our existing space. She also asked detailed questions regarding what we envisioned for our new closet. At all times Patsy was very courteous and professional. It was a very productive appointment that allowed Patsy to generate closet drawings for us. We went through three of four design iterations since our existing space was so small. Patsy was patient with us and modified the design at each step to move us towards the optimal design.On the day of the installation, Ralph and Chris from Closet Trends courteously and efficiently removed the old pre-fab closet gear and installed our new closet. The installation turned out better than we expected. We are very happy with our new Closet Trends closet.

    It was a pleasure working with everyone from Closet Trends! We recently had a queen sized wall bed with 2 hutches and crown molding installed and it turned out absolutely beautiful! Denny, one of the installers, was extremely professional, polite, efficient and installed the unit with complete precision paying close attention to ALL the details! After considering purchasing a less expensive unit from another company and installing myself, I am so glad that I didnt as the installation was far more involved than I thought and Denny was the right man to install the unit. Closet Trends obtains their lumber and product from the USA which is very important to me. Although I dont envision ever using their guarantee, the lifetime transferrable warranty is an added feature.

    Excellent job and work ethics. They completed job professionally and to our satisfaction. During the process, they ask right questions to optimize our operational convenience - placing of handles and lamps, for example. They themselves thoroughly checked design for completion - nothing left to me to worry about later. I would recommend them to any one without any reservation.

    The people at Closet Trends are wonderful and we love our new wall bed. They were running behind schedule because of equipment issues, but they did everything they could to make sure that we got our wall bed installed before our guests arrived for Christmas.

    We built a new home but did not have any closet upgrades. So when we decided to install the custom cabinets in our master closet, we turned to Closet Trends. Renee was amazing at directing our focus on what would accomplish our master closet storage goals. She was so patient with answering the many questions. The tear out / installation was done in a day and a half. The installation crew was polite, respectful, professional and did a great job with the installation. (Tear out demolition, patching and paint touch up, installation as well as clean up).We didn’t even need to wipe them down to hang back the clothes.If you are looking for a closet system or custom configuration of your closet… look no further.     We built a house in 2018 and looked at California Closets and Closet Trends. We opted to support a local company and wow, we made the right decision! The workmanship was excellent and we were very happy with our results. But what makes Closet Trends a FANTASTIC company is their follow-through.     This is the 2nd wallbed configuration I put in my homes, which is a testament in itself that I believe in the quality of their work. They were/are professional and were able to make the design exactly as I wanted. The crew built 2 twin XL wallbeds in 2 days and were accomodating in where I needed the holes for electrical cord management.     We are building a new home and wanted to upgrade some of the closet spaces from those offered by the builder. We were referred to Cynthia at Closet Trends by a neighbor doing the same upgrades. They had said how wonderful Cynthia was to deal with, how responsive to their ideas and need and how creative the design, so I had a VERY high expectation. Cynthia lived up and even exceeded the expectations. She responded to my e-mail and we set up a meeting at the house. She even verified the time/date and place the day before the meeting. She listened to what we wanted and took measurements. In a few days she produced a set of very detailed drawings and e-mailed them to us. In the meantime, we had some other ideas that we wanted to possibly include, so we met at the store and made some revisions. The store is a treasure of ideas, so don’t hesitate to walk around to get some ideas. We got revised drawings and pricing. Then we made a few more modifications. Cynthia was always every helpful, pleasant and gave great suggestions to help us meet our needs.We had met with some other closet designers and they were not near as responsive.Closet Trends is a LOCAL company. Not only local, but FAMILY. We met Cynthia’s mom, sister and know that her dad and brother work in the shop. The owners are on site and we met them, as well.We can’t wait to get our closets installed and I’ll let you know how the install goes, but if it half as great as my experience with the design process, I know it will be FANTASTIC!!!

The design is computer generated with your desires and needs as a primary goal.     My new bedroom and hall closets are fantastic! I so enjoy their functionality and how I’m able to use every bit of the closets now. The flexibility to move shelves and rods up and down is another huge plus. One closet is the most beautiful shade of blue. I’m very happy with Closet Trends.
