    Water savers is her family plumber. They provide fast service and always responsive. They fixed a leaking pipe from my master shower into the garage and they did a fast job on a tub to shower conversion. Theyre my go-to for any plumbing emergencies or needs.

    There was an initial scheduling mishap because of the holidays but once that was figured out, everything went smoothly. The installers showed up early, explained what they were going to do, and were fast. Id highly recommend Water Savers!

    We had a wonderful experience with Water Savers at our commercial office building. We had an old hot water storage tank that had rotted through. They were on site immediately to help. Their cost was good, and the service was great! They had it replaced in no time.

    I am really happy with my experience with Water Savers. Master Plumber Ernesto found my problem within 5 minutes of being in my home. Two other companies came before him, and they couldn’t find the problem. There is a reason Ernesto is called a Master Plumber. He has many years of experience. Fortunately, the repair was very minor. He was honest with his evaluation and even gave me a follow up call.I also want to acknowledge the customer service agent. She was very nice and knowledgeable. I am so appreciative, I actually spoke to a person and not a robot!

    I have used Water Savers twice for major projects and give them my highest marks. They are very responsive and worked us into their schedule quickly. The first job was to find an underground leak somewhere under our house or driveway, fix the leak and then install a new, upgraded main water line to the house. I bid this work out to several groups and they were by far the best and very reasonably priced. The second project was the removal and replacement of 6 toilets. They scheduled me quickly and then rescheduled when my shipment was delayed. 5 Stars.

    My community association had a very major repair that needed to be made for the lift station in our neighborhood. Everyone at WaterSavers was extremely helpful, courteous, professional and flexible for the duration of the project. Special shout out to Taras who was my point person and got everything going for us.

    Ernesto and his team were very responsive during the holidays when our pipes froze and broke and flooded our basement. We have had other work done and are very satisfied with their work. We have since referred him to other colleagues and friends. It’s difficult finding a reliable plumber.

    This review is so overdue! I can’t say enough about this company. I have used them twice in the past year for issues that could have been disastrous..Ernesto, Lou and the amazing office staff have saved me each time. Ernesto always answers his phone, listens to your questions and concerns, and gives you options. He explains everything in layman’s terms. The billing/invoice system is hassle free as well. Their prices are beyond fair for the work they do. Definitely 5 stars for quality work, communication, and fair pricing!

    Ive used Water Savers on two occasions. Most recently to replace the water pipe from my meter to the water heater. I was very pleased with the crews professionalism and quality of work. I cant ask for better service.

    I had a water leak at my house that 3 other plumbers plus the irrigation company could not find. Terry came out and took his time and found the leak. Unfortunately, it required a new main water line installed. Karen at Water Savers scheduled the utility companies to mark and the crew at Water Savers began work on schedule and put in the new pipe. We did run into a few problems that were taken care of professionally and courteously. Anytime I had a call, Ernesto or Karen were professional, polite, and prompt in taking care of my needs. Even with issues, they were some of the best in customer service I have seen in a long time.

    They initially offered water leak diagnostic for $285, which did not do any good as they would NOT locate the exact leakage. However, the lead plumber, Lou, went above and beyond to find the leakage on our front lawn so the leakage was fixed without additional outrageous cost.I think what they charged me was pretty fair, and the job well done.

    I own an after school tutoring business and my shopping center’s main line became blocked when we had multiple customers present. Water Savers plumbing was onsite extremely quickly, fixed the line, cleaned the restroom and left without my customers even realizing what happened. My shopping center gratefully paid the bill and now I’m a loyal customer for all my plumbing needs! They’re nice and honest too didn’t charge me a penny more than what we discussed!

    I would like to say that Ernesto of Water Savers LLC has been wonderful during my ordeal. I found out I had a leak and it turned out it was under the slab. I absolutely did not want my floor dug up and his company was very understanding and explained other options that could be done. I must say the alternative was less intrusive and they did a wonderful job from start to finish

    Recently, my tub handles were stripped by my roommate. I called Ernesto and he came over to replace it right away. Because of his professionalism I had him to look at a leak that I had which was coming from a pipe in the attic. He provided me with an estimate and came over a week later to repair it. Ernesto timely and did a phenomenal job. He also provided me with someone to repair the sheetrock that was damage. I now have a plumber for life and Water Savers of Atlanta has a customer for life. One a scale from 1 to 10. I would definitely give them a 10. Thanks so much Ernesto and Karen.

    If I could give 10 stars, I would. The professionalism and customer service FAR exceeded my expectations. Even with a small scheduling hiccup, they did their best to accommodate in a timely fashion. Taras and Ernesto were both honest and fair with the diagnostic and repair options and the leak is now bone dry. I would recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing services. SALUTE👍🏽

    We had a small, but persistent drip out of a dead end pipe repaired by someone else from a different company about three years ago. Noel showed up as soon as traffic allowed, ( about thirty minutes). He is very knowledgeable and courteous and efficient. The job was fixed this time in less time that it took him to get here. If you need someone reliable to fix it right, this company are the folks to call first.
