    Hands You Demand and, specifically project coordinator Tee, did a great job renovating our kitchen! Before and after pictures below plus a summary of work done. Quality of work was great but even better was their customer service. We had a vision and a budget in mind and Tee and his team was able to accommodate accordingly, allowing me to handle parts of the project that I was comfortable with and then to handle the rest. Communication was great and they addressed concerns if we had any. Highly recommend and we plan to partner with them on future projects in the very near future!

    Job was a difficult double oversized set of doors and hardware. The whole process took about 15 minutes on my part. Tea came and gave me an estimate that was certainly a fair and competitive price. The job was scheduled quickly. The estimate was comprehensive clearly stated.Work done payment made area left spotless and a follow up call from Tea.Hands You Demand is definitely going to have my business exclusively!

    Hands you Demand handled our kitchen remodel. The kitchen remodel consisted of new cabinets, new granite counters, new flooring, new back splash and painting. We have a small wash closet just off the kitchen. It was a tight fit and the washer and dryer had to be moved to complete the painting and flooring. In fact, others had refused to do the job because of the washing closet. Hands you Demand did a great job.Now days, great customer service is not the norm. That was not the case with Hands you Demand. They timely delivered what they promised and exceeded my expectations. Tee did an excellent job coordinating the many different areas. I highly recommend Hands you Demand for your next home project.Tee was great!

    HYD did an excellent job with our master bathroom remodel. Highly recommend!We needed to remodel our bathroom after some water got behind some tile, causing damage. When we first got quotes, we chose HYD not because it was the cheapest, but because the project manager (Tee) gave a thorough estimate, asked good questions, and gave us the confidence he had the time, attention, and skill set to get it done right. We also liked working with a company local in Tucker.We got started on the project - despite many supply delays (supply chain woes of 2021/2022) HYD worked with our schedule and got crews out to the home quickly as our materials arrived. The crews worked with us to implement the design we wanted, including customizations around tile design, colors, and materials. It was clear to me that the crews had a good relationship with HYD and Tee - which we appreciated and was a sign of mutual trust. HYD was very communicative and worked around our calendar to schedule crew visits.As the project neared completion, one member of the plumbing crew (appeared to be an apprentice) made an error of inexperience, leading to water damage in our walls and garage ceiling. It was a major bummer, as the project was nearly finished, and we were going to have to open some walls and pull back carpet to assess and repair the damage. However, HYD went above and beyond to rectify the issue. They worked to pull up carpet, dry our walls, repaint and repair damaged areas, and return the damaged spaces back to normal. They also provided compensation by making all repairs at no cost to us and providing double the compensation we had asked for for the lost time and hassle.In my view, this was what made HYD stand out above other contractors and firms we’ve worked with in the past: when the damage was done, they took ownership of it, fixed it as quickly as possible, and gave us double what we asked for in compensation for the time lost and hassle. They even installed a light in our kitchen that wasn’t in our estimate free of charge. In my experience, finding a trustworthy and honorable company who will do this for their clients is a rare find. And so while it may seem odd to give a 5 star review in this situation, I hope readers will interpret this as a rating of HYDs integrity, thoroughness, and responsibility as a reputable company. They will be there for you, even if the project gets tough.We absolutely love our new master bathroom and will be asking HYD to assist with other projects in the future.

    When I was looking to have my bathrooms retiled, I got several quotes, including one from Hands You Demand. Although they werent the cheapest, they seemed the most honest and were the most communicative. Work began after I gave them a 50% down payment, and they were on site and on time six days a week until the job was done. Tee was especially helpful, thoroughly communicating project updates and visiting the work site multiple times to make sure everything was going smoothly. The end result in the photos speaks for itself. Overall I feel good about where my money went.

    Had a great experience with Hands You Demand. I got a huge number of quotes to replace our front door, trim and build a new overhang. We couldn’t be happier with the final product and the team was always on time and went above and beyond installing our new hardware and setting up our smart devices. They even came back out and fixed a few small spots in a very timely manner without any issues or pushback.

    I got their name from the “Verified Home Services” book. I had a 2nd story railing that became unattached and was causing an extra liability. I called them up, and by mid-morning the next day they repaired it for me. They also did outstanding craftsmanship and made the railing even stronger. I was very impressed with Israel. Finally, their rates were extremely reasonable. I will continue to use them.

    Our home had a large circular shaped wooden deck built on a hill, that was quite steep in places. The original deck was improperly constructed with water pooling in places and rotting significant sections. We decided to have it torn down and replaced with composite decking / aluminum railing system. In Sept 2021, we hired a different contractor, who rapidly found himself both gravely sick with cancer, and deeply understaffed. Frankly he made a mess of everything. This is perhaps understandable given his poor health, but he left us with a partially built structure, not to code, partially cut and installed decking, often slightly off shape and size, incorrect footings everywhere. In essence when he left, the project was worse than when he started.Hands You Demand was willing to try to salvage his mess. They first carefully took EVERYTHING down... attempting to save all the expensive decking, and some of the substructure wood that was strong and to code, although incorrectly supported. They built proper footings to code support structures, reusing every bit of material they could, and buying new / more only as required. Almost all the decking was saved. They redesigned the shape of the deck slightly, to make it both larger but also more logical in its shape and easier to construct. While slightly more decking boards were needed, the better shape and size made this worthwhile.This took 15 days of onsite labor. There were delays because of rain, or when more materials were needed (composite decking does not grow on trees), but those delays were days, not weeks, and certainly not months. I think the entire project was completed in roughly 30 days after agreeing to fix the 6 month old mess.The result is beautiful.

    Tee at Hands You Demand helped us with our mantle and hearth demolition, moved our TV and mount down, relocated speaker wires, fished new cabling, built a new (custom) mantle, installed new tile, and stained the mantle to a desired color. While they were here they also did some repair work behind drywall for our shower and replaced our pot filler. The work they did was absolutely fantastic and it all looks great. In particular the drywall repair areas they did are so smooth and hidden you wouldnt know anything ever happened. The design was ours, but they made it come to life. They did a great job!

    Hands you demand did a great job rebuilding our basement bedroom after a waterproofing job. We needed 2 walls totally rebuilt including framing, insulation, drywall, finishing. Also, needed flooring replaced. We added some minor electrical work (new lighting) and we needed a bulkhead built in the ceiling. We felt like we were excellent hands with Tee and the crew. Making online changes to the estimate was timely and convenient. They were very responsive to our wishes and concerns. We were very happy with all aspects the project.

    I have been pleased with these guys twice now! This time Gary installed a new doorknob for us, and he did a perfect job. He had spackle in his truck, so when he finished, he filled a bunch of holes around windows made by a previous companys project.     Hands You Demand did a fantastic job on our house at a reasonable price. They did a large drywall repair job and repaired some baseboard. They were fast, good communicators and easy to work with. One thing I also liked was the very good communication from their office and the platform they used for billing, which created a nice invoice that did a good job of itemizing the work.     Talk about AMAZING! My water heater went out and I have a sprinkler pipe that was in the way. Tee came out the same day to provide an estimate and the work was completed the next day by 12 pm.     I was referred to Hands you Demand by another company. I spoke to Tee when I first called. He was very helpful, patient and kind while I explained the work that I wanted done. I did not feel like I was being rushed through the process. He sent me the link as he promised to input pictures of what I wanted done. The process was very easy, and it gave them an idea of what the work would look like. Unfortunately, they were not able to do the job because it is such a unique project. However, I really appreciate Tee for being very honest and transparent. Some companies would have said yes just to get the project and the money. This indicates to me that Hands on Demand values the work they do for you and that they want to do the job right. I will use them in the near future for integrity alone.

    I was very impressed with the company, their reviews, and their professionalism. The contracted arrived on-time, he was kind, and got right to work. He repaired the trim and educated me that the issue was likely due to water damage. He went right and purposed the correct items to repair the issue and worked quickly. We had one hiccup when there was damage to the siding and some paint on my back lawn. The contractor wanted to repair things later and said he could get it done soon, but I strongly insisted that all of this be repaired today, he alerted the office, and I alerted them as well, and he went right ahead and repaired everything. They gave me a 10% adjustment for the trouble and everything turned out nicely. I appreciate them so much. They handle everything very nicely and are a very organized company, which I greatly appreciate because it shows that they value my time.

    We wanted our bathrooms remodeled, but on a budget. They made recommendations including just re-grouting one of the bathrooms and It looked amazing afterwards (this is the one with cream tiles in the photo). We will get a few more years out of this! And the other bathroom remodel was immaculate (the grey tile). We will definitely be using this company again. We have several other projects and I will be updating my review. They are amazing and so professional especially Tee (aka Tobi). We are very happy, great service.

    Hands You Demand is a convenient way to take care of multiple little household projects quickly. Scheduling was easy. I love that I received a text message when the handyman was on the way to my house with an estimated time of arrival. My handyman, Carlos, was cheerful, communicative, and professional. He took the time to look at what needed repair and it was obvious that he was knowledgeable about what was needed. He worked efficiently and at the same time did a thorough job. When he finished, he cleaned up the area and left everything tidy. After Carlos left, the office called to make sure I was happy with the job before they sent the invoice. I am very satisfied with the work that was done at my house and I will definitely keep Hands You Demand as a resource for the repairs needed at my house!

    I use this company frequently for simple repairs. This is the first time I used them for a larger remodeling project. They remodeled my master bathroom (converted a tub unit into a walk in shower). I received a quick response to the estimate (via walk through) and they started and completed promptly.     I needed the crown molding and door frame repaired to my back door. Water runoff caused the wood near the bottom to rot. I found hands on demand through Yep. Submitted my information for the job needed, and had an response within 30 minutes. Communication via email and text was easy. I submitted pictures to help them understand what I wanted and had a quote a day later. The contractor came out a few days later and completed the job the same day. The issues with the water runoff was taken care of as well. Will contact hand on demand again for future projects.

    I had a small, somewhat tricky job adjusting some of my custom cabinetry to fit a new vent hood above my range. Cabinet companies didnt want to take the job on because it was too small and I was nervous about a handyman service because I wanted my cabinetry to look professional when the work was completed - it needed to be a seamless, finished look. Carlos arrived on time and was knowledgeable and friendly. He asked a lot of questions before we got started and did a high quality job that were very pleased with. Company was professional. Only reason for not giving a 5 rating was that my actual install date took longer to get on the calendar than I was originally told to expect, and I did not get a chance to speak with the actual handyman until the day of the project - would have been helpful to make sure he know exactly what the project would entail. Overall though, this was a very good experience, billing was fair and accurate and were happy with the finished product. Would use them again.

    My hands you demand experience was a pleasant surprise because they did exactly what they said they would do and then some, in a world were customer service does not appear to matter , with Hands you Demand it appears to be first priority.     We had an ongoing and unknown leak in our unfinished basement storage area that had crept into our finished area. Who knows how long it had been going on — but it was long enough that it had facilitated mold growth. The remediation required removing a decent amount of drywall and insulation.I looked for quotes for drywall repair from four providers. One never showed up and the other two were pretty expensive. I had a small piece of drywall replaced elsewhere in the house by another handyman company and it was about $600, so I knew that this project wouldn’t be cheap.Hands on Demand impressed me from the beginning. They were eminently professional; I received calls updating me not only on when the worker was coming but when the gentleman quoting the job was going to arrive.I probably would have hired them based on that alone but their quote was also the lowest of the lot. The job took a little bit longer than anticipated because the handyman, Carlos, had to track down the baseboard size and shape we have, but he kept us updated. You can’t even tell that anything ever happened (except for the missing carpet).I would absolutely hire Hands on Demand again for any home repair project I need.

    Hands You Demand is a great One-Stop-Shop. I worked with Tobi who was fantastic. I had about 6 different jobs at a property I was fixing up (paint, decking, gutter, roof, insulation, etc.), and instead of going to six different companies it was great to be able to deal with just one. They really can do anything were also able to bundle some of these services and pass the savings to me! They did great work, were great communicators, and all while staying in my budget!!     I hired Hands You Demand to do major yard work and other miscellaneous tasks. I was very pleased by the outstanding service that Paul and Angel provided.     Hands You Demand what is the fourth company that I contacted for an estimate to remodel a rental unit. Tee arrived on time and told me that he really wanted my business after reviewing what needed to be done. He promised me a proposal on Monday and got it to me Sunday night with a follow up call on Monday to answer any questions. Tee and HYD are the epitome of under promise and over deliver which is rare in their line of business. The project went seamlessly and Tee was always responsive to any questions I had. I can truly say it was delightful experience working with HYD and I will use them again. They also gave me a great price.

    Weve used them for a number of repair and construction jobs over the last few years. We like that they are flexible and can do unusual jobs that most handyman/light construction folks will turn down. Most recently we had a job which needed a door rebuilt to fit a now-larger space. That is not a simple task, nor a typical one, but they pulled it off and the rebuilt door was beautifully and solidly done. We are very happy with their work.

    Gary got here on time and he cleaned all of the pollen off of our screened in back porch, wiped down every surface, uncovered the pollen coated furniture covers and cleaned those. Our porch has never looked so clean He was so professional and so nice. We have always close our porch and open our porch after the pollen season, but I was down in my back. I had heard about hands you demand from someone and I am here to say they are fabulous!

    I have used Hands You Demand in the past, but this was the biggest job we have had them do thus far. We had to let our previous contractor go because he went significantly over budget and did not tell us and we hired HYD to finish the job. Specifically, they added the remaining supports to our deck, stained it, fixed some flooring inside, replaced the front fencing, and built three stairs from the lower deck to the yard. Some of the staining and the steps had to be redone because of quality issues, and the project took longer than expected. However, they went above and beyond with the flooring, and took a significant amount off of our estimate to account for the delays. While not perfect, we are happy with the work and appreciate the communicativeness of the project manager.

    We had Hands You Demand disassemble a commercial piece of playground equipment that was donated to our church. They did an awesome job getting this large piece of equipment taken down quickly and carefully. The lead handyman had tons of tools with him but because this playground was a commercial set he needed a special tool in order to remove the tamper proof bolts. He went to the trouble of locating the tool at a nearby Grangier location and quickly returned to complete the project. After he got the set taken down he and his crew helped us load everything into our moving truck. Our experience using Hands You Demand was exceptionally good. This time I had deck cleaning done and a huge amount of mulch hauled and put into flower beds. I was in dismay because I didnt want my two young children getting poison ivy, but I was having a hard enough time getting the time to plant my vegetable garden let alone tend to the hosta garden. HYD to the rescue! The day after I called, Freddie was able to come out for the morning prior to the rain and pull all the poison ivy and other weeds in my hosta garden. HOORAY! He is scheduled to come again for a full day to help with more yard work such as remulching the hosta garden and installing a nice border between that and the rest of the yard.     I have used the same contractor for 15 years; but in todays market he couldnt fit me in! I wanted a reputable company that would stand behind their work, and have it up to code. Not a guy and his buddy. I had a great comfort level working with my point person T and the electrician I had on site. They were able to pivot when changes were needed in real time, and we worked on solutions to my unusual project together. I was thrilled with the end result, felt I paid a fair price, and am VERY HAPPY I chose Hands You Demand. In fact, I am thinking of calling them for another small project very soon!

    My husband and I are not very hands on with maintenance; he is a computer guy and I work in accounting. When we had a leak develop in our upstairs bathroom, they were quick to come out to give us a quote. Tee held our hand the entire time, which we desperately needed as we had NO IDEA what we needed to do. He even jumped online and shopped options with us that would fit within our budget. They had to come out a couple of time (different project requirements) and were awesome about communicating this and scheduling.They completed our bathroom in what we feel is a very reasonable time frame.     Hands You Demand repaired a sagging gutter in the front of my garage. The repair was completed two weeks ago, since then we have had a couple of heavy rains. The gutter remained in place as repaired. Very satisfied with the quality of the work and would recommend them to others.

    Great contracting company. I needed some water damage repaired and also wanted to get my hot water heater replaced. I scheduled through Tobi who was very professional and sent me very detailed itemized receipts for all work proposed. He was also very fast communicating and proactive in scheduling a technician.I went with Hands You Demand because they were able to get the work done in one day that other contractors told me would take at least 3 different days.Our technician was awesome, very knowledgable about both plumbing and general repairs. Also very punctual! He completed the work quickly and after he was done there was no mess and you could not even tell there had been damage or a replacement.Definitely would recommend them, they are a trustworthy business who are transparent about their billing and do the work that is promised.

    We called hands you demand to add some shelves in our closet and we were hoping to have them match our existing built-ins. Tee was our main contact and he came out twice to assess our quote (it was much higher than most but I assumed based on reviews that the quality of the work would be worth it so we ended up going with them a few months later). There was a bit of a lack in communication as the installer showed up day one and he seemed to have no idea what our project was - asked what he was there to repair. That’s the only reason I’ll dock a star because after that Carlos was amazing…I explained what we were hoping to do (again, I feel like this should have been communicated to him prior, but once he knew the scope he crushed it) and he worked for two days straight to deliver a result we were happy with. Honestly, never seen someone work harder. Overall, their quotes were high so the lack of communication was frustrating, but Carlos was 5 stars and he gave us what we were looking for.

    Yesterday I had Hands You Demand at my home for the second time since the first of the year. Both visits have been wonderful! The first time I needed light fixtures installed and they were installed quickly and efficiently. AND the fellow that was here doing the word was most pleasant and helpful! Yesterday, I had a list of several things (install a faucet, repair screens and install a hose reel on the house). Again, same experience! Completely capable and efficient, very pleasant to have in my home. Either one of the workmen would be very welcome back any time I need additional services (which I will next month!).

He was able to install an outlet and fix some pesky things I have neglected around the house, such as a faucet that wasnt working, a tree growing through a fence (he cut the fence) and hanging a large mirror. There were too many emails and calls from the company for my taste. All in all, it was very expensive for the work performed, but this time I opted for convenience.
