I called Legacy Electric for a quote and they responded quickly and beat the competition by hundreds. Not only was the price great the quality of the work was top notch. Its hard to find companies that do what they promise but Legacy did that and more. They are easy to deal with and listen to all your concerns. The crew that showed up were very courteous and did the work in a timely manner with no clowning around and they were not on there cells all day. Quality work and I will use them in the future. I would like to start with my first point of contact which was with Chase. I explained to him what I needed, I was given upfront pricing at which point I was told to call the office and set up scheduling to assess my issues. This brought me in contact with Taylor who provided excellent customer service which is everything to me. Jonah came out assessed the situation, performed a thorough check and provided a long-term solution with detailed explanation. I then received a very reasonable estimate in comparison to some other outrageous estimates I received from other companies. Michael, further provided additional explanations and followed-up on any additional questions I had. Jonah, Michael and the rest of the crew came out and completed the tasks. They were very professional and courteous. This was an all-around excellent customer service experience. I will be using their services again.

Incredible service and communication. Had an interlock put in on breaker panel with a 50 amp breaker. Also 50 amp plug for generator backup. They did a load test and helped recommend generator needed. I highly recommend them and most definitely will use them again. Very honest and upfront quotes and service. Also I forgot to mention they had to move things in breaker panel and relabeled everything that was moved.

Rarely does a company actually “exceed expectations”. But Legacy Electric is one company that does! Chase and his crew have done work in my home twice and each time, they were prompt, courteous and professional. If they didn’t have a part they needed, they left to get it so I never had to “wait for the part to come in.” They consulted with me before any holes were placed and measured expertly. I honestly can’t say enough about how pleased I was with their help on my project. Just give them a call - you’ve found the best around!

Recently had a bigger company come out after our main breaker kept tripping. The guy said we needs a whole new system, acted like the world was on fire and we needed to do it ASAP. I got Chases number from a co worker who said he was amazing. Chase came out and explained everything to me. Said it is an older house but repairs could be made if it happened again. Let me know the world was in fact not of fire lol! I appreciated his honesty and their prices as well. Will be giving Chase a call when we do decided to replace everything. Honestly, will be calling him for any electrical needs. I was very happy with his service and the honesty he gave. He wasnt trying to charge me obscene amount of money just to do it. Will recommend him to anyone who asks :)

We were so pleased with Legacy! We needed light fixtures and a ceiling fan replaced. We also asked them to look at our Jacuzzi tub that had not worked in probably 10 years. We’ve tried two other times to no avail. We now have a working tub again!! We really can’t say enough nice things: On time, courteous, efficient, left the house as clean as when they came,, reasonably priced and GREAT problem solvers! Thank you!

I was referred to Legacy Electrical Service by a trusted friend and I am so impressed by their work!! They were careful, courteous, timely, and installed everything we asked for above our expectations. He definitely treated this project like he would if it were his own house and he paid special attention to the details instead of hurrying off to the next job. He also installed a new porch light and a transfer switch to our house so my husband can hook up a generator if the power goes out. He was very fairly priced and explained everything in detail to us. If you need an electrician, hes your man! 👏

Great work! Michael and his crew came out and installed permanent outdoor Christmas lights on our home. They did an awesome job with the lights and explaining the work they did, they were very nice and professional, and also followed up the next day to make sure everything was working well. Legacy are miracle workers. The weekend before Christmas, they were able to restore electrical power after a neighbor’s fallen tree ripped the service off. This included communication with the power company as well as the required permitting authorities. Another major company declined to send anyone to look until the following Monday. Legacy has a new lifelong fan.

Wow! I rarely post a review, but this young company is Great! Im thoroughly convinced their skill set is in the top 1% of any electricians within 500 miles ofthe Birmingham area. Legacy Electrical installed a Generac 22KW whole home generator in less than 4 hours. They were very Professional and very Reasonable!Call Michael and Chase for anything Electrical!

I was googling Electrician and reading a lot of reviews, a lot of businesses that advertise didnt really have great reviews nd which I had already contacted a few.Long story short my Grandson was killed 2 months ago and his baby is name Legacy, i felt that was a sign and i didnt go wrong Michael and his team was super nice and had great knowledge of the work they did. They were on schedule and followed up on all their work. He even made sure there was no mess left at my home. Im already looking for them to do other projects i have they already gave me a quote i would recommend Legacy and Michael and his team

Outlet arc resulted in a small fire at our home. We had an initial assessment by a different company (corporate chain with Birmingham franchise) who claims free estimates for repairs on their website. Technician came out and estimated repairs would cost about ~$5000. We knew the matter was urgent but given the significant cost, we wanted to get at least one second estimate. The next day we were sent an invoice by said company with no line-item breakdown. Eventually, after calling and speaking with multiple staff members, we were informed that wed been charged for (1) a repair that hadnt been done, (2) a diagnostic fee and (3) some membership charge that altogether totaled >$400. Mind you, this is a $400 charge for no services rendered.My wife read several online reviews and contacted Legacy Electrical Service for the second assessment. A few days later, Chase, from Legacy came out. He landed on the same diagnosis as the first company at a fraction of the cost even though we hadnt disclosed our first repair assessment to anyone. Chase was friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. He explained all aspects of what was needed in a calm, thorough manner without employing scare tactics or pressure. He inspired trust and confidence. He recommended the exact same repairs but didnt urgently pressure us to act immediately. It was a markedly different experience than the one wed had with the first company a few days earlier. Chase didnt try to sell us on some unnecessary membership fee and sent an invoice to us in real time with a line-item breakdown of costs before we ever asked.We have planned additions to our home that will be under construction in a few months. We have now asked Legacy to do all electrical work for new construction. This company is honest and quick. We feel much safer having a new main circuit breaker box, updated outlets, and electrical wiring up to code. Thanks Chase & Legacy.
