    Each time Brandon from Simpson Plumbing does a project for me, it is an outstanding experience. Very clean and attractive copper pipe and fittings work; Im always impressed with the quality of the completed job. The price was $600.00 less than the quote I received from Jazz Plumbing. Brandon also did a tankless-to-tank hybrid water heater (gas-to-electric conversion) and installed outdoor piping across my backyard before I installed a patio hardscape. Highly recommend.

    I was referred to Simpson by two different very good friends. And I am glad that they recommended them. I called Simpson for the leak in my slab foundation, they were out here promptly the next morning at 9:30 to assess the problem. They were upfront about their charges and costs, which were extremely reasonable. And the following day they showed up at 9:30 in the morning ready to solve my plumbing problem, Which they had repaired in about two hours. They were polite, thoughtful, and extremely professional. They were also very easy to deal with for payment as well as scheduling. I cannot say enough good things about Simpson plumbing. I’m so glad that my friends recommended them to me. And I would definitely use them again for any plumbing problems that I might have. Excellent work and an excellent company.

    Steven was on time and his workmanship was a piece of art work. He replaced a stuck inlet valve to my water heater and ran a new water hose bib to my wall mounted pressure washer. The copper piping looks so clean!

    Aaron was on time. Very knowledgeable. He found the root cause for the leak under my sink in the first visit. The dishwasher hose needed to be changed. It was ordered and fixed in the second visit. No mess, friendly service.We really appreciate how Ruth from their office kept us informed of the details of the order and delivery of the dishwasher hose and kept the whole process connected with seamless scheduling for us.     Simpson had a quick response to my immediate need. Aaron showed up and was very professional. I had leaks in all three toilets at my home. I was paying my bill and found that it was double what I usually pay. I had the material to fix them but could not find the time to do it. They came in and used my material and fixed it at a great price.

    These guys did a great job and were straightforward all the way. Our water heater broke and flooded the garage. They quickly responded and had it fixed and replaced within a couple of hours. They were honest and on time. I highly recommend them and appreciated their honesty.

    Aaron from Simpson Plumbing came right over when I thought we had a major leak. He quickly diagnosed the problem as a gutter leak, and he also found a broken overflow pipe. He quickly repaired the pipe, made sure not to track anything into the house, and he explained everything to me. Excellent service!

    What can I say? Simpson Plumbing once again does an amazing job!They quickly found an appointment time to have one of their technicians come out and install our beautiful new faucet. Before that, they even advised on a way a previous customer used the same faucet that made the long-term maintenance easier. Ruth in the office was also super friendly and worked around our job schedules. All around another great experience!

    We needed the water softener installed. These guys really worked hard making sure that the pipes, the turn on/ off handles and the water heater all in good condition. It took 3 days to get this done, but all of the plumbers that came including Brandon were very helpful and cheerful. I really like all of their demeanor! Ruth on the phone was very pleasant and each time she called to let me know whats happening and how soon the plumbers will be here was very nice. If you want good solid work, and honest team of plumbers that know their stuff do give Simpson Plumbing a call! You wont be disappointed!

    Everyone from Ashley to Ruth to Brandon were extremely helpful & professional from the start.I was just calling as a back up plan due to frustration & issues with my warranty company & Ashley did not hesitate, she had quotes to me in minutes & was understanding during my little melt down.     My experience with Simpson Plumbing was great. They came in the same day, detected where the water leak was coming from outside of my home, worked for almost 6 hours and got the job done.     Aaron was the plumber who was very patient and explained everything to me and then re-explained over the phone to my husband so we could make a decision on repairs or replacement of the gas leak and the garage sink that is leaking and from where.     Simpson Plumbing is a locally owned and operated company. I am so happy I chose to go with a local company for our plumbing needs. They were honest, reasonable in their pricing for the repair. They arrived on time, for both the estimate and repair. Brandon came out for the estimate. He was very articulate, explained everything that would be done, provided an estimate that was lower than I anticipated (so I decided not to look for a 2nd estimate), and helped get the repair on their schedule. Clarence came out 3 days later and performed the repair. Again, another articulate employee, conscientious of my time. He performed the repair accurately, in the estimated time frame, and cleaned up entirely after the project was complete. He even alerted me to the ants who were now parading across my porch after they were startled out of their nest.Billing and appointments were easy and seamless, with almost all accomplished online. Ashley was on the other end of the phone, and very pleasant.All our future plumbing needs will be directed to Simpson. We are quite thankful and impressed by them.

    The gentleman arrived in the given time frame, which is always a plus, and everything just kept getting better. He was honest with his diagnosis and expected timeframe to resolve.     I was very impressed from the beginning. My old water heater went out and happened to call Simpson Plumbing. They explained everything to me. They gave me the pros and cons to going to a tank-less water heater. I decided to go with that and im happy I did. Payed a little more up front but the benefits are far more significant. Simpsons team showed up on time and did an excellent job! They were professional and installed the new water heater in a timely matter. They also moved their schedules or appointments around to accommodate the need to have hot water in our house. I couldnt be more pleased with this company and their personal that came to my house!     Tayler McBride is a very professional and honest person. First, he gave a very reasonable quote, which is only half of some other Roosters company. He told us the faucet is not broken, only need some cleaning, we do not need to replace with a new part. Secondly, he did a good job fixing our kitchen faucets and sink drains. We would definitely use this guy in the future, and highly recommend him to all my friends.

    Simpson plumbing was great. We were a little late because we were coming from another appointment. But they waited anyways. When we got home he got straight to work. He was polite and took of his boots even though we didn’t ask him to ( he seen our pile of shoes in the garage) he quickly started going around to house to try to find the source of the leak in our wall. He had to cut into our dry wall to fix the leak but was very thorough. I’d recommend them to anyone who needs emergency or any other kind of plumbing issues.

    Plumber was very good and knowledgeable. Knocked off 1 star because Of the cost. $400 to finish removing existing faucet (husband tried to remove and install but couldn’t remove old faucet) and install the new faucet that we supplied. Took plumber less than an hour. Cost seemed excessiveUpdate: Received call from Simpson Plumbing regarding the cost of faucet install. There was a software update that resulted in a glitch in the program. Having worked with computers I completely understand. Simpson agreed that I was overcharged and refunded $140+ back to my account. I believe Simpson Plumbing is a fair and honest plumber and I will continue to use Simpson Plumbing for any future plumbing needs.

    Wow! What a fantastic company. My water heater was leaking on Sunday and this company was booked solid but found time to squeeze me in to install a new water heater, pipes, and drain pan.     We needed the water softener system installed... and it took 3 of the technicians and one of them is the owner ... it took 3 days to make sure there were no leaks and that everything is in good working condition... not only did they install the water softener system ...the water heater has to be set up according to to the system as well... so with all that work and time and professionalism... it was all worth it! This company did not add up any other charges and did not sneak up with any hidden charges! All of the plumbers and Ruth in the phone were very pleasant and the energy was fabulous! I could see how each and all of the plumbers put out their hearts into the work! So please do call them up if you have any plumbing issues they are going to be our go to plumbers!

    I have used Simpson’s plumbing on three occasions all for different issues and each time they were curteous and professional. Offered great prices and did impeccable work. I had one major, expensive issue in which I could not get a hold of Simpson’s initially and was quoted two prices that ended up being more than a thousand dollars more than Simpson’s and neither other company could do it in a timely manner. I finally got a hold of Simpson’s and he did it over a thousand dollars cheaper and the same day. AND Brandon (the owner) reimbursed me the $100 I wasted on one of the other company’s estimate charge because he said his phone service should have answered my initial calls. This company is terrific and honest. So people who spew negative posts, without even working with them are just ridiculous and deserve the poorer service they will likely receive elsewhere. Simpson’s is awesome!!! That is fact! The negative comments are lies!!! I know that bc Brandon would fix it. I have absolutely no vested interest, just one happy repeat customer who appreciates still getting great service!!! Thank you

    I had Simpson come out and fix a handymans shotty toilet install. They were done in 50 minutes and I can use my master bathroom again. If you have any issues with plumbing and you want it fixed correctly for an affordable price, this company is the way to go.Fast forward a year, I had a slight leak on this toilet again. I called Simpson plumbing after hours, and they returned my call despite being closed. They told me they would have a guy out here at 8 am (thats the exact time they open, so I was a little skeptical but not too skeptical because they have been honest and professional in the past).8 am rolls around and bam, the plumber is there right on time. He fixed the problem for free under warranty, and was done in 40 minutes this time.I recommended them last year, and I will recommend them again today.They are on time, professional, and priced very fairly.

    Sergio from Simpson Plumbing came out to repair a slab leak, instead of busting up the concrete they were able to use the existing copper line under the slab as a conduit and run pex through it. An option that I was not aware of. Sergio did a great job, took care of our home, cleaned up after himself and was more than happy with our dog being around. I will be calling them for any and all plumbing needs.
