Not only did he flawlessly set up the hardware, but he also linked it to Teslas website for software updates. His attention to detail was impressive.     Got a Tesla Wall Connector Installed. Outstanding work! Everything neatly done. Came on the date promised and on time. Very courteous, very friendly and very professional. Explained everything to me. They are Tesla certified installers. This work requires sufficient knowledge and expertise due to the high voltage and current involved. There is real fire danger. I am very happy knowing that a professional job has been done here and there is no risk of any accidents. Great peace of mind! Mark checked everything to make sure the car is charging fine and that the electrical load is being well regulated. Thanks Mark and Andrew for this good work! And very reasonable rates too. In fact, their quote was the most competitive of them all. Very highly recommended!!

    If you need an EV charger, do yourself a favor and call Mark at Artisan first. I live in an older, late 1960’s house and wasted about a month and 3 prev electricians trying to figure out how to run a circuit for our new EV charger, since we have no 220 line existing and our main panel is maxed-out. Sub-panels were not easily accessed to the garage. I didn’t want to do a huge remodel on the house JUST for an ev charger.Luckily I called Mark and his approach was more straightforward and he took the time to understand my house and my system. He knows his stuff because he does EV installs all the time. We went with an LMC (load management controller) installed in the garage and it fit perfect within the space in our garage shelving. The whole run from the LMC to the Tesla wall unit was in secure metal conduit and is protected, up to code, etc.Mark communicated well and job was done in half a day on the Friday I chose. Power was off for an hour or so which he let me know about.Make sure Mark is the first person you call for your ev-charger needs. He is the best, I’ll recommend him to anyone who needs a charger installed.

    Mark and Andrew did a fantastic job with the EV charger installation. I had someone try to install it but butchered the job, but these people are experts in this because thats all they do. They also removed the old conduit without asking for extra, a job that would have taken me at least a couple of hours. They also charged a very reasonable fee for their job. I cant recommend them high enough

    Mark and team were fantastic. I had them install a Tesla wall charger. He was able to get out here and install within a week of calling him. The whole process only took about 30 minutes and everything looks great. He was very professional and price was much better than some others in the area. He’s very knowledgeable with the whole tesla set up and even did a better job walking me through the charging features than our rep at tesla did. Definitely would recommend him to install your EV charger

    Mark and his partner were so good, like how service used should be. Super quick(Tesla wall connector, 1 hour install) and honest with no surprises or hidden costs. Mark is an authorized dealer for Tesla chargers and brought a new unit to the job(hint: do not buy it beforehand, he charges no tax). Rates were on par if not better than most others. $500 + 475 for the whole job. Same price for a for a NEMA 14-50 outlet($500)

    I am so grateful to have found Artisan Electric to install my Tesla EV home charger! They came recommended from another electrician who told me Mark is the go to guy for home Tesla charging installations. He is certified by Tesla, and after speaking to him and having him out to my house in Ripon to assess the install, I knew he was the man I wanted for the job.I am a pretty picky guy, almost a perfectionist when it comes to work being done on my house, and Mark and his partner Andrew did an absolutely amazing job with the conduit. I could not believe how clean and professional the work was, they truly exceeded my expectations.. I had what I felt was a pretty difficult installation, with conduit, having to jog/bend and run up a wall, but they got it looking so good.Mark also showed me some tricks on my app, how to lower the amps coming into the car when its charging, how to schedule charging, just an all-around excellent experience! He also got my charger hooked up on my homes wi-fi so it can receive updates.Thank you again Mark and Andrew, so grateful that I found you guys!     Mark and his 2-person team was super fast and efficient to install my wall connector! The day before my appt, he provided courtesy text reminder confirming the appt (awesome right?) and he most definitely arrived on time. He introduced himself and his friendly help, assessed the workup, and what was to be expected along with timeframe of the job. Because my setup was simple and not going through other walls *away* from the outside panel, he was finished within less than an hour. He got the charger fully set up and updated; and gave me a great run down on how to charge, what certain lights mean, and expected scenarios.Not only did he install my unit, he is offering his knowledge and future response for any questions/concerns i might have down the road. THATS SERVICE!He is one of Teslas certified installers from their website, and I HIGHLY recommend booking him if you need your unit installed.     Mark and Andrew showed up on their way home from work in the Bay Area. I lost power to my downstairs. Thought I tripped a breaker but that wasnt it. Mark was very professional and kind. He troubleshooted for about an hour and couldnt figure out what the problem was. He put everything back together and apologized for not being able to find the problem. After everything was put back together he told me to check all the lights upstairs and the GFIs in the bathrooms. Low and behold I got all my electricity on. Thank you Mark and Andrew!!

    Artisan Electric installed our Tesla charger for our Nissan Leaf yesterday (Mark recommended the Tesla charger as it can charge every EV currently on the market, and we plan to purchase a Tesla in a couple of years).As many other reviews posted about Artisan Electric, my experience with the installation was excellent. And it’s what I expected, after reading ~2 dozen 5 star reviews on Mark’s expertise, details small & large on the installation, promptness (they arrived 45 minutes early!) & professionalism. Their work was done neatly, and the routing of the conduit was excellent. Some contractors place conduits where it’s easiest to put, not where it looks best and professionally done.Once Mark and his partner finished with the installation, Mark explained in detail what they did at the electrical panel, connecting the charger to our Wi-Fi, best times for charging our Leaf, everything related to EV charger. And Mark spoke both from his knowledge as an electrician, certified Tesla installer and his personal experience with home charging an EV, as his wife has a Tesla and they have solar panels & a Powerwall at their home.Excellent service and workmanship. That’s what you get from Mark and Artisan Electric, and I highly recommend going with Artisan for any EV charger installations.

    TL;DR - Mark is awesome and installed my Tesla charger with minimal headache and made everything easy upfront.I called at least 6 businesses and even made a couple appointments before getting connected with Mark from Artisan Electrical. In that first and only call we took maybe 30 seconds to set an appointment for our Tesla charger installation and he gave me an estimated quote based on what I told him about the setup right away. I did not have this smooth an experience with any other business I spoke with. Artisan knows what they are doing and they do it well (Its literally in the name!). If you like going through a long tedious process with someone else with messages like, Well come inspect it next week and then give you an estimate and set another appointment for the installation... then go elsewhere. If you just want to get it done and have a smooth experience, this is the ONLY electrician in my opinion.
