We had such a great experience working with Pride Built homes. So many people talk about the stress of building, however we had quite the opposite. It was so easy to work with Hiedi throughout the whole process. She always answered all our questions quickly and never made us feel like we had dumb questions. Loved working with a local builder. We feel like we got so many extras that big builders dont include. My kitchen is amazing! Brandon the owner even had great suggestions at the framing walk through. Everything went so smoothly. We love our new home and would definitely recommend using PrideBuilt Homes to everyone!

We relocated to Tooele for my husbands employment. Of all the builders we talked with, Pride Built Homes was open and willing to modify a home. My husband is paraplegic so doorways, ramps, bathroom, and other little things need to modified for him to be independent. Pride Built Homes had no qualms or issues making adjuatments for us to an existing home. The home we chose was nearly complete and they still modofied for us. They even came prepared to our initial meeting with ideas and suggestions for the bathroom and ramp plans. They explained everything, no sugar coating, and made sure we were good on the outcome. Workers on scene were always very pleasant and professional, answering questions or directing us to the right person. I have been very happy with the results and staff. The interior color scheme is amazing! I love the selected colors and placement. I would definitely recommend Pride Built Homes to family and friends. I helped one of my buyer clients purchase a Pride Built home in Grantsville this year. The process with Pride was smooth, the quality was good, and all of our anticipated timelines were on the mark. I especially appreciated the consistently clean and tidy jobsite, which, I believe, ultimately shows up in quality of construction. As is the nature of construction, there are always things that require flexibility through the process, things that need to be revisited - reworked with a second or third pass to get it right. While there were not many of these during our build, and I should say there were not any out of the ordinary, Pride was there with us to make sure the quality and completion was to both our satisfaction and theirs. We worked with Hiedi Purvis on our build. She gets a 5-star review as well. The build process takes time and requires patience in the best of circumstances and Hiedi was there every step of the way to address our questions and concerns and help us get to move-in day. She was extraordinarily patient with our questions and concerns and helping to ensure that all of the Ts were crossed and Is dotted. So, thank you Hiedi Purvis and Pride Built Homes for a successful build. I would not hesitate to recommend both of you in the future.

Update on our Pride home experience. We have a minor issue with our rain gutter, because of high contractor demand it was not able to be fixed during our warranty period. Brandon the owner of Pride personally came to our home, he apologized for the delay, and assured us it will be fixed. That is service, taking his time to come look at the issue and explain the delay. We are so glad we went with Pride.

From the moment we called their realtor to closing on our home, the experience was absolutely wonderful!They communicated well, answered all of my annoying phone calls, helped us understand the process, allowed us to make changes-even late in the process, and they went above and beyond to help us put our handprints in the wet cement.If I ever have building needs in the future, they will be my first call and I very highly recommend them to anyone!!10 stars ⭐️

Pride Built is an amazing company that will take the greatest care in giving you the home of your dreams. They are easy to work with and won’t give you the runaround that other builders are known for. They are straight forward and super affordable, there aren’t any hidden costs or things that sneak up on you. If we ever build again (which we probably won’t because we love the home they built us so much), we would definitely build with them again.

I just moved into the second home I have built through Brandon Nay and Pride Built homes. I can’t say enough good things about my experience both times. The plans all come with built in upgrades other builders charge extra for. Everything from start to finish was done in an honest manner with pricing, colors, timing and value. Pride Built went above and beyond for me to make sure I was moved into my home in a timely manner and was informative on where the process was. The quality of the homes we have built through Pride Built are exactly that, built with pride. Attention to detail on finish work and the craftsmanship shown on the entirety of both homes are apparent when comparing to other builders. And most notably, on both houses we have moved in with noticeable equity above the sale price we have paid. Instant value. 5 star in every category. I will ONLY build with Pride Built homes.
