Jersey Shore Lawn and Sprinkler arrived, gave a detailed, written quote immediately. Discussed all options. We chose JSLS because of their detail. You know exactly what and how much of what you are getting. They arent vague with details, permitting, electrical, warranty, etc. Within two weeks we had installation in a few hours. The well had been drilled the week before. The crews are friendly and hard working.We have a beautiful lawn thanks to the new irrigation. Glad I chose Jersey Shore Lawn and Sprinkler.Edit: Beyond their installation, their service has been great. A neighbor liked my lawn so much they wanted to know who I used. Jersey Shore Lawn and Sprinkler was over there in a couple weeks installing sprinklers. Great customer service.

The folks a Jersey Shore Lawn Sprinkler installed sprinkler heads for my lawn and flower beds this summer. The experience couldnt have been better. Art and the crew were here, ran into a small challenge and just made things work. They even closed the system for the winter and the person who came to the house hadnt been here before but again, just got the job done. Everyone I worked with at the company was knowledgable, personable, and had a wonderful can do attitude. They were also reliable, communicative, and there were no surprises during the job. The price was incredibly fair and I couldnt be happier with the result and the experience. I highly recommend them and it was a pleasure to work with them.

The gentleman from Jersey Shore arrived promptly. He was very nice. He checked all the sprinkler heads and found 3 that were broken. We discussed the side of the house that is in the shade. Jersey Shore Lawn and Sprinkler installed an extensive sprinkler system covering over 16 zones for our front and back yard last summer. All sprinkler heads were properly placed to ensure even watering for our lawn, trees, shrubs and flowers. They installed a system app on our phones and took the time to teach us how to use it. We are not tech savvy but the app is relatively simple to use. Chris the owner was present for the entire job and available for questions after. He was a pleasure to deal with. Jersey Shore has since come back out to winterize our system. Great quality work and they are fairly priced. Would highly recommend their services.

Always great customer service. Recently found out the office did not handle my contract correctly took two months to straighten out. Unacceptable! Add to that they cant come out to do the work for 3 weeks. Owners unavailable, wont return my call. I have had 2 dealings with this outfit, both were very good. First I had a lawn sprinkling system put in on my acre property 2 years ago, with 15 zones. All work was done properly with quality workmanship. The workers worked professionally the whole time, and very pleasant and respectful. The second encounter was for a drainage issue I was having. Again, a crew came out, did what was determined needs to be done, and accomplished in a very neat and professional way. It fixed an issue I had with severe rains that caused temporary ground surface water flooding that rose up on my foundation, resulting in water in my basement. I can report that it stopped water from penetrating my basement. They always explain at jobs end, what they did, any issues, and make sure I am happy with all before leaving. They stand behind and guarantee all their work. Kudos to Jersey Shore Sprinkler for all they have done at my property, and will surely stick with them for any thing I need in this category of work in the future. Also I have learned that owners are veterans, which is a nice caviar to all, a trait i look for with any work I need done by someone.

I could not be more satisfied with the well they dug and installed at my home. The drill truck drilled the well in 3 hours in and out, put plywood under the tries so no tire marks on lawn. Two days later a crew came in and installed the pump, plumbing, and electric. They had to dig up the lawn and they put the grass back in place like it was not touch. They were done in about 2 hours. They were ninjas, you wouldnt even think I had a well drilled. GREAT job.

I have no other company to compare them to so I dont know if the way they replaced sections of my lawn is considered the norm for the business. It is definitely noticeable though.

I have had Jersey Shore Lawn and Sprinkler service since I have had sod and in-ground which was 6 years ago. They do great work and will do anything I request. Good example, I was traveling a couple years ago any asked them to prune and clip my garden. I didnt see it until the following summer and when I did I blown away by how great it looked. The shrubs looked perfect and the dozen or so rose bushes were loaded with beautiful blossoms throughout the summer.

I must say that they are one of the most reliable vendors I have and even more importantly, have the most conscientious, considerate, hard working employees who work in the field. The reason i comment about this is because for the past year i have a dog that grew from a baby to about 100 pounds. He looks a little intimidating, but is very friendly once he gets to know you. The dog loves running around the gated backyard all day. The guys know to go and check that he is in the house (usually they do my neighbors lawn before mine, so we hear that they have arrived and bring the dog inside) before they open all the gates (the dog loves to escape and run around the neighborhood and be chased!!). After the first few weeks of them coming for the season, they always checked before beginning. I really appreciated this.I would MOST DEFINITELY RECOMMEND Jersey Shore Lawn and Sprinkler.

The well was drilled on a Wednesday morning and first thing Friday morning an entire crew showed up and covered my property, which is over a quarter acre, with about 45 sprinkler heads. (this was no small task due to the trees and the amount of roots throughout my yard) They started around 10am and were done and packing up by 4pm. Thanks Chris!!Great job! Great crew! Great company!

I recently needed a certified sprinkler backflow test and piping modifications in the basement for my CCO, and contacted Jersey Shore Lawn Sprinkler. In addition to the test, the water supply line in the basement had been installed incorrectly by the builder years ago, and our township inspector rightly pointed out the deficienciesJamie at Jersey Shore scheduled an appointment, and their tech Aaron showed up as scheduled. My backflow preventer was faulty, and he had a replacement in the service truck (well stocked, BTW.)The repairs were made and the test was completed. I received a handwritten copy of the successful test, and received a hard copy in the mail a few days later.The piping repairs in the basement also went fast. Aaron had solid recommendations to make the valves easier to reach, which we agreed to.The work was done quickly, everything cleaned up afterward, and best of all the cost matched the quote. No surprises!In addition to Aaron, Id like to thank Jamie for taking the time to answer my questions and fit me into their schedule.I highly recommend Jersey Shore Lawn Sprinklers for your sprinkler system needs. This post was originally a ONE STAR rating out of sheer frustration from a bad exchange with one of the companys receptionists who had the audacity to admonish and berate me because I called to inquire why the company did not show up to winterize my sprinkler system several days after the appointment the company gave me...A few hours later, I got a reply from one of the owners (Anthony) who apologized for the mishap and offered 2 years sprinkler service for free which I thankfully declined as my intentions were never to take advantage of anyones labor. Im happy paying for the service, I just expect to be treated with the respect I believe I deserve as a human being and as a client. Him paying attention to my post and making the effort to call to apologize and make things right made a world of difference.Hence, I am removing the one star rating and replacing it with 4 STARS...just for that call.
