    We had Dons change out a water heater. We needed to have it removed late in the day so we can work on the floor under it overnight. They were happy to accommodate our needs and showed up at 8am the next day to install the new one. They were kind, efficient,and mindful of our floors. I would be happy to call them again!

    I’ve had Don’s out to the house three times. Twice for AC issues and once for a furnace issue. All three times were after hours and all three times they had a Tech at our home in under an hour. Each time they found and fixed the issue in 30 minutes or less and charged a very reasonable after hours rate. I HIGHLY recommend Don’s. They are a great company!

Only 5 day turnaround for delivery/ install, including a holiday weekend. Impressive! Well definitely be repeat customers. Nice to support local business!

    I have used Dons for 25 years - plumbing, septic system, water softeners, all appliances in the house years ago, and through upgrades as they finally needed to be replaced (my refrigerator last 17 years!). They are honest, and work with you on getting the best product. Service is as important as the sale to them!
