Got a quote from JD who took the time to explain a somewhat different generator house hook up. All that was needed was hooking up a 50amp plug. Advent has earned our business.Follow up1 day later Advents very nice employees Issac & Chris (sorry if wrong name) did a great job on the install.How can you beat that for service

They arrived very quickly after calling for service. My home was struck by lightening and fortunetly I only loss one outlet and the TV that was plugged Into that outlet.The two electricians who showed up to my home were both professional, friendly and worked quickly which I appreciated because they charge by the hour.

For several reasons needed service asap. I explained situation and I had someone over within an hour. Jameel was excellent. He took time to explain what was needed, why, and cost. (Estimate of pricing was discussed when I originally phoned earlier). Jameel was knowledgeable and I appreciated him replacing what could be a future issue. I also was impressed that the employee that answered phone and Jameel were upfront & honest about costs going up but a discount was applied. I know it cost more today but Ive learned the hard way that I saved money in the future by having work done correctly. Would definitely recommend them for electrical work.

I had a problem with flickering lights and appliances not working properly. FPL sent a subcontractor to check for limbs touching the line. He determined (from a distance) that no limbs were touching the power line and suggested I contact an electrician. I called Advent Electric. The earliest appointment they had was for the next morning. In the meantime, I realized I would rather not deal with the disruptions any longer and called back to see whether someone might come before Friday morning. I was not home when Mike called to let me know he had finished another job and was able to come by. Even though I was not here when he arrived, he checked and found that the neutral wire at the transformer on the power pole outside my house was disconnected. He reported it to FPL and left a phone message to let me know what he had done. Im very thankful that Mike was able to come earlier and that, even though I was not home, he looked for what might be causing my problem and reported it to FPL. By late that night, FPL had made repairs and my power was back to normal.

I had an emergency where I had lost all power to my house over the weekend. When I called Monday morning they had a technician drop what he was doing to come evaluate my situation right away. They communicated everything to me every step of the way and were extremely professional and very fairly priced. Had the electrical box outside my home replaced and rewired in no time. I will for sure be using them again for any future electrical needs.
