Ive used Glaser 3 times now. I dont leave reviews but did so because of the service that I just received. We purchased a water softener and a drinking water system about a month ago for a house we just renovated and moved in to. We noticed hard water deposits on our dishes when removing from dishwasher. Called and Jon came out two days later, quickly diagnosed that I had the dishwasher line hooked up to an unsoftened water line, which was my fault. I asked him what did I owe him and he said no charge. I about fell over, who does that these days. Doing that he instantly earned my full trust with his company and made me a customer for life.

Ivan and Glaser did a great job for us this past week. We had a new build with a rough in, and the space was very small , but Ivan brought several sized salt tanks and the smallest fit in perfectly. The communication with Ivan and team was smooth and the product we chose to go with has an awesome 7yr warranty for parts and labor, so were well positioned to be supported for a long time. What a great company, everything went smoothly. Chris and Bryan were very professional with my sales and installation. All my questions were answered. This is a much better alternative to Culligan. Where they still treat you personally, not like Culligan who have their own corporate values in mind, not your soft water needs. Im so glad I found Glaser, and you will be too. Glaser Softwater did an amazing job. Our water was smelly and left a lot of red grim. We had a softener and new pressure tank installed. The Glaser team was extremely professional, kind, and answered any questions we had. They also provided a plethora of other helpful information as well. Definitely would recommend this great group. I called and was able to have an initial inspection of the home on the same day. Two days later the company installed the water softener. Every employee I interacted with was very professional. Glaser Water Softener is the best. Their tech, Bryan Wesson is extraordinary in his work. He installed our system in 2019. Never had issue. Bryan was very professional and patience when he installed our system. He told he if I ever had any questions please don’t hesitate to call him. I have had questions in the past and he answered them very professionally and he is also very knowledgeable with his job. Having Bryan as Glaser’s employee has exceeded my expectations about Glaser. Bryan deserve a 5 stars for his work!!I would definitely recommend Bryan when I’m referring to Glaser to install your water softener system.

Over the winter, we had pipes burst in our barn. The place was an absolute wreck. Glaser Softwater was our first call and they were on site extremely fast. I know what you’re thinking….burst pipes and your first call is Glaser Softwater? Yes, they were our first call because for over 20 years… in 3-homes and a variety of issues, they proved themselves time and again. This was no different. The entire professional team at Glaser Softwater were instrumental in making sure all repairs were done right. I will continue to use Glaser Softwater and suggest you consider them for any water or water treatment issues.

Moved to a new house and the water was yellow and stinky due to rust and hardness. Called Glaser Softwater and despite the owner being on vacation, they still took immediate action and had a rust remover and water softener installed within a few days. At our previous residence, the water was not nearly as hard and barely had any rust or mineral deposits. At that house, we had a higher end softener from Sears. Although we never had any problems with that softener, we didnt realize how much better our water could have been. The system installed by Glaser is far superior. Our water went from yellow and nasty to the best water weve ever had. I can personally attest that there is a BIG difference amongst water softeners and Glaser Softwater systems are AMAZING! I would give them my best recommendation not only for a superior product but also for professionalism and excellent customer service.

We have phoned Glaser Softwater so many times in 2020 that we have lost count. During the restoration of several farmhouses (circa 1877, 1880 and 1895) we encountered many snags with the wells. Each time Jon, Darin and even Mr. Glaser, Sr., came on site to troubleshoot. They left us with running water and a better education of how plumbing in these old houses should work. (Pictured in this photo is Darin pointing out where one wellhead was ultimately located....about 300 yards from the house!)
