Sam from Heussers Plumbing was exceptional. I called on Monday with an urgent main waterline break. Despite being busy with another project, he initially offered to come Thursday or Friday but managed to arrive on Wednesday - a day earlier than expected. He completed the job immediately, demonstrating both efficiency and flexibility. The pricing was reasonable, and the quality of work was excellent. I highly recommend Heussers Plumbing for their responsiveness, skill, and customer service.

This was the first time I have dealt with Heussers Plumbing. Sam was very responsive to our water tank leak and had a replacement on hand. He is knowledgeable, very professional, efficient and personable. His pricing for the total water heater replacement, installation and removal of the old unit seemed quite reasonable. I would contact him again with a plumbing problem.

Super quick, very thorough, eminently polite and professional. We had a slow shower drain that had been neglected for about 20 years, and he fixed it in 10 minutes. We are amazed and thankful, and Heusser gets our highest recommendation for regional plumbers.

Sam was recommended to me by a contractor in the area. I also realized he put in a disposal for me a few years back when he was working for another plumbing company before striking out with his own business. Although his business is new, he has 15-20 years in the business working for others. I am so glad to have chosen him, it was a big job of changing failing pipelines throughout with better ones throughout the entire house. Sam was very professional, communicating by phone, sending pictures of the work and making decisions along the way to improve some less than stellar work done in the past by others. Since I am not in town, I appreciated his phone calls, his ability to fit it in quickly and his clean-up afterward. I am now planning to be a loyal customer, since he has branched out on his own. The Tillamook community needs Heusser’s Plumbing, Sam did a top notch job.

Definitely 5 Star service! My yard was flooded a the sprinkler system had sprung a leak and then turned on… once I got the water turned off, I called Sam, he arrived and after a quick explanation he went right to work. Fixed the problem quickly, efficiently and effectively! I 100% recommend Heusser’s Plumbing LLC and he will be the first one I call for any future plumbing needs. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I was in a bind with over 6 inches of standing water in my basement and a broken sump pump. I called Sam and within 2 hours he was at my house installing a new sump pump. I cant articulate enough how appreciative I was for such quick and amazing customer service. Not only that, but Sam came back the next day after I called with a slower than normal sump pump. He walked me through how to troubleshoot it. 5 Star Service and will be the only person Ill be using for any plumbing services going forward.

Sam was a lifesaver! Had 6 inches of water in my basement and he came prepared and equipped for the job! He was quick and efficient and very knowledgeable!! He was a big help when the pump was clogged and came out to clean it to make sure it was pumping all full capacity the next day. Such a nice guy too! I will be keeping his number for future reference! And happily recommend him to others, thank you again Sam!
