    As I am new to the area, I did not have prior experience with plumbers in Tifton. My issue was with a Gas Tankless Water Heater. After having the City confirm the issue was not gas related, I was given some names of plumbers to call. After checking reviews on line, I called Flow-Rite who responded to my request for service in a very timely fashion. Chance and Jacob explained and fixed the issue I was having. All this was done in a professional yet friendly manner. They also recommended maintenance services to potentially help alleviate issues that may arise in the future. I was extremely grateful for the suggestions as I am a novice to this type water heater. I will definitely keep their number in my contact list and would not hesitate to use them again.

    I had been having issues with my water pressure for a while until it got to a point where I barely had enough water to brush my teeth. I called Flow-Rite and they came all the way to Poulan and told me I needed to have my water lines reputed. My stomach dropped and I was so worried, but everyone was so kind and helpful. They were fair to me with the price and had the work done within a few days. Ive already recommended them to multiple people and would definitely use them again.

    Great plumbing company. Robin was very helpful when I called and was quick to send out help. Destinie and Jacob worked tirelessly in 102 degree heat to get my water restored. Very thankful and highly recommend.

He introduced his self and was very professional. I went over the issues ( clogged pipe ). He explained what he needed to do to fix the problem quickly!     Our family can’t recommend Flow Rite enough. Friendly, honest, prompt and professional. We have called after hours several times due to an ongoing issue with water/hot water - Chance came out to our house and got to the bottom of the issue when it was not even plumbing related! Anytime we need assistance, their employees show up first thing and always resolve the issue. They leave things better than they were before. They work like they’re working in their own home, which is SO rare these days.

    I cant say enough great things about Flow-Rite Plumbing! They are truly professional in every aspect of their company, from Robin who got us lined up for service, Chance, the owner, who was is very personable and professional, Abraham, Zach, Luke and Jacob, who worked hard and with obvious skill got our situation taken care of with precision and care. I was so glad they cleaned up our yard so well - they had to dig a very long trench and cut a lot of roots, and they accomplished this plus the cleanup!!! Five stars for this company!!!

    We trusted Flow-Rite Plumbing with all 4 of our bathrooms and they did not disappoint! Exceptional customer service! The team was timely, knowledgeable, and above all, courteous & professional. We had an issue with our toilets (that we purchased ourselves) - the company refused to help us with our returns but Chance & Keri immediately jumped to our defense - making phone calls on our behalf until our issue was resolved. With pictures and videos to support our claim, they saved us SO much money!! I am thankful to have this team on my side - my future plumbing projects will always be with Flow-Rite!

    Great service, I called with a leak in my yard and called after hours. Zach was here within 15 minutes and immediately got to work. He found the leak, repaired it, and had the holes filled back in within an hour. I would definitely recommend!

    Chance and his crew did an excellent job taking care of our new home! We had sinks installed, faucets installed, and customer service was hands-down A+! Pricing and service were excellent!     UPDATE . Owner called and spoke with me and apologized for the lack of upfront price info and apologized for the first trip which told me what i told the office manager. For this reason i am updating to a 4 star. He did refund me the 1 hr for the first day 5 min visit. They should be upfront with pricing. Had a sink faucet leak which I advised them of when I called. A few hours later the tech came and said I had a faucet leak and it needs replaced. 5 min visit. He said I could buy and come back tomorrow so I bought and a diff tech came and gave a bill with no breakdown of pricing just $375.00. I had no clue what the rates are. On the bill showed 1 hr serv for the 1st 5 min visit and the next tech showed billing for 1 hour of drive time and I hour for his 20 min visit. Everyone was so friendly.

    We thought we needed a whole new hot water heater. But Chance and his crew told us that we only needed a new thermostat and elements. Our HWH is under the house in the crawl space. They could have up-charged us for a new unit and we would have been none the wiser. They fixed what needed to be fixed efficiently and professionally. His office reached out to us later that same day to make sure everything was working properly. Call them TODAY for any plumbing issues you have. We are customers for life!

    We are new to Tifton and are so pleased this company was referred to us!! Fixed our stopped up kitchen sink within an hour after getting on the schedule (within like 24 hours :) They worked professionally and fast and did not charge us an arm and a leg, either.     This was the first time I used Flow-Rite. I will definitely use them again. Luke was great! I thought I had a busted pipe from the extreme cold weather. Turns out I just had a leaking washing machine hose. He also made sure the frozen spigot on the other side of the wall wasnt causing the problem.

    Chance and his team came in to do the plumbing on an addition to our older home. The work required additional upgrades to the older plumbing in place. Chance has made knowledgeable recommendations on fixtures we can preserve and ways we can improve the quality of plumbing we are replacing. He is forthright, easy to work with, and trustworthy in what he can do. He is where he says he will be when he says he will be there, and he does what he says he will do. These are assets when you are hiring work in which you aren’t particularly qualified. Not only that but he and his crew are friendly, personably guys to bring into your home. I highly recommend this company’s services.

    I called Flow Rite to go out and help my mom with her plumbing issues in Ashburn, Ga. When I called, I spoke to Jacob and he was professional right from the start. After Jacob helped my mom, we found out the issue was not completely fixed because she did not give us all of the details. I called back and spoke with Chance and he assured me that they would go back out and take another look so the can resolve the issue. They did EXACTLY what they said they would do and I am so thankful. Being far away from my mom but able to depend on companies like Flow Rite is a blessing! Thanks guys!!! :)

    I was having issues with a shower mixer so I called Chance and he told me to send him some pictures, then he called me back and told me what the issue was, what part to buy, and where to buy it from. He told me how to replace the part and said I could call him back with any questions. I was able to replace it myself with his help. You dont find many business that will do that, most of them want to come out and charge you to look at it.
