    Mr. Chad was very professional and personable. He provided quick service and resolve my issue. My the water had stop running from my kitchen faucet. He removed and show me the small “filter “ had rusted. I could not get the water to turn off in my tub. They corrected that issue as well. I would definitely use his business again!

    Brenton was on time, professional, and knowledgable. He repaired the main water supply line leak underground and replaced the rusted out portion with a new spigot and new copper connection. Was very pleased that we were able to get next day service instead of waiting until Monday. Price was reasonable. Highly recommend.

    Had problems with water heater. Called at 10:30 am and they said they would send someone out that day. About 12:00 I got a text saying the service man would be at my house between 12:30 and 2:30. The serviceman showed up at 12:45. By 2:00 my repair was finished and up to par. Outstanding quality and service work by my trusted plumber. Anyone ask about a plumber my response is always Chad Kings Plumbing.

    I had a gas leak in our house that has not been resolved for awhile. They gave me a fair and reasonable price. I had a water leak from ghe cold. They resolved it right away.Recently, I needed new astetic shower units installed, chad was honest enough to suggest a different solution to get it to work correctly. Honesty and integrity are hard to find.

    I had a washing machine drain that wasn’t draining properly. I called Chad King’s Plumbing just based on the positive Google reviews I had seen. My call was answered immediately and someone was scheduled to come out within two hours of my initial call. The individual that came to do the work was on time, extremely professional, and nice. He was able to resolve the issue and get the line unclogged. My line was actually flowing again within two hours of my initial call.     It was a very good service. The plumber arrived as schedule. He listened and observed and discussed the issue with me. We had different options. The option we chose resolved the issue. It was a clogged drain and he had a machine that could clear it. The price was on the high end ($150), but the service was professional and courteous. Terry was quite competent in what he does.

    I’d already been stood up by a plumber of a different company earlier in the week so at the point in which I contacted Chad’s team I was not in the best mood. I tried not to let that influence me but we all know ultimately it does and they were already at a deficit… I called to make an appointment(super easy process) because I needed shower handles replaced in both of my bathrooms. Each tub had a stripped handle (the previous home owner really did a number rigging things together across the property and the tub handles were no different. I knew it was going to be a mess and I was right) I’m certain that by the end of the week it would have been rendered unusable. Anyway, the guys got there when they said they were going to. They had to go to the plumbing store twice to try to match parts because of all the mix matching and they fixed it in maybe 2 hours. Chad was nice, responsive (same day service), communicative(texted when he was on the way), and honest about the parts and nature of the situation. I’m not saying it was a cheap visit but it was certainly worth the cost. These guys will be my go-to from now on.

    Chad’s installed a natural gas line from my gas meter to my generator. They were reasonably priced and quick to get me scheduled and the work completed when just about all of the other companies I called were completely unresponsive (and I called just about everyone in town). They even corrected some things that the plumber that installed the gas line into the house omitted. After they were done I had some concerns about the depth of the connection buried close to my meter and they came back the next morning and made me 100% satisfied with no fuss. I’d definitely hire them again for any future needs. Thanks guys!

    I called Chad at 9:00am because our office bathrooms would not flush. Our office serves the public and having no restrooms available would really put a dent in our customer service. Thankfully Chad got to our location within 35 minutes of our call and had our sewage lines cleared out so the toilets would flush, however he also found that our lift pump and septic tank were full. We arranged for it to be pumped out and in the meantime he acquired the equipment we needed. The pump truck unfortunately wasn’t nearly as fast as he was but got there the following morning. On a Saturday he and his crew had us back up and running within an hour of our opening. Chad and his crew are honest, hardworking, prompt, and reasonably priced. We won’t hesitate to use them yet again in the future.
